Boyett Treatment Center: what do users think?
Erin Mand: LOVE this place. They made me and my recovery a priority. Everyone was kind and understanding. I highly recommend Boyett for MAT!
Tim Burnett: Awesome place to go to. If you are seeking help with drugs or alcohol I highly recommend going here.
aaron bilby: Great place to go Nate the director goes above and beyond to take care of his patients!! Couldn't ask for more out of them and so glad I switched to here no more wasted time at Boyett things are streamlined and you feel important Nate truelly cares about people and it shows by how things are done here.
Tim Doerr: The smartest thing I have done.I switched from Clean Slate to Boyett..At Boyett you are treated respectfully by caring people who care and will go out of their way to make your recovery work..With ease..Love this place.
Laura Gail: I have mixed review and feelings about boyett.I came here from Csc medical. Better known as Cleanslate. I was told they were days away from accepting HIP. Well, 6 months later, I was still having to pay. They made sure no matter whether I was caught up or a week or 2 behind, I did receive treatment still, which shows NATE really cares about his clients. There was a mix up at first, Nate, with his caring personality, hired a thief. My money paid was GONE. in one payment I caught up 2 months behind. Well, that was gone. Upon leaving Nate found out and offered my money back, which would not be fair on him either. What's done is done. My advice, for any is not JUST HERE, BUT EVERY WHERE, make sure you ask for receipt & keep it. You never know character by meeting. Anyway. . Nate wanted HIP, but it was Dr. Oliver that went against the paperwork for hip. Which screwed over nate. All in all, if your looking for treatment, especially without HIP or insurance, this is a good place.I think highly of Nate!
RICK AYERS: I've had one of the best experiences through boyett treatment as an addict. They are compassionate beyond words and I would definitely refer them to anyone who is struggling w opiate addiction.
TamLeigh H (TamLeigh): I could not recommend this treatment facility more if I could give it more than five stars it's worth so many more, and this is from a person with plenty of experience especially with other treatment centers in this area! I've never ever received such a high level of care with the most compassionate staff, from making that first phone call as a new patient, to the DR himself! Highly would recommend them to anyone struggling with addiction, call them today, they will fit you in. They truly care about your recovery & they will work with you whatever your circumstances, just give them a call today!!
Tricia McConnell: I have had no issues with Boyett Treatment Center. The issue was Dr.Oliver leaving last minute without the courtesy of warning Boyett Treatment Center. And anyone that doesn't understand how hard it is for a facility to get Medicaid and doctors willing to be a Medicaid provider there are so many things you can research online just Google and take the time to learn something.
Kathy Berry: Where people really care. Thanks to Boyette center I'm nearing the first set of holidays clean from opioids of all kinds. Other places could have been helpful in that. However, everytime I entered the doors of Boyette I felt I was visiting friends. Friends that cared and offered positive answers to ANY issue that I had. Who would not want that. Anyone that truly wants a better quality of life do two things. Believe in yourself and get to Boyette Center on Vogel Rd. Evansville, In. The main question you will have is why did I wait so long to do this!!!! Its the best group of NEW friends you can find.
Emma Galloway: I can not speak more highly of Boyett Treatment Center. They have given me my life back. Not only do they have an amazing staff that cares about YOU and wants YOU to succeed when you go in you automatically feel safe and like you’re coming in and meeting your new best friends or new family. I get genuine excited when it’s time to go in. My first couple appointments and meetings there I had already build a relationship with Nate and the staff, it’s like going in to talk to friends and it feels like we’ve all known each other for a long time. Most ‘treatment’ places they want your money and they don’t care what happens after that. At Boyett, they truly care. They check up on you, and actually ask how are you doing. And can immediately tell if something is wrong or are excited when you are doing good. I feel safe here. I feel like I actually have a second chance at life with their help. And I am truly truly grateful I found such and awesome, amazing team. If you are looking at a second chance at life and getting clean and sober, I highly highly recommend Boyett Treatment Center. They will truly change your life and will work with YOU to help you be the best YOU that YOU can be!
Patty Hamm: Great Staff. Very caring, These people are so helpful in getting you on the right track. They have been so amazing to my Dad. If you're looking for help THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Kamille: This is a well-run, high-quality addiction treatment center. Nate Boyett and his team take a very personal approach to each patient's treatment and truly care about recovery and long-term wellness.
Larry Michael Johnson: This place is where addiction goes to die. The struggle is real y’all! Let me ask you this, if you knew someone that had been in a wheel chair for YEARS would you expect them to be able to just say,” You know what, naw, not today wheel chair, I’m going to run my mile on my own today?” No, you wouldn’t and guess what, chances are pretty high that they COULDN’T either. no matter “how bad they WANTED to.” It would take time, therapy, help, and THE WANT TO. Boyett treatment center is all of those things for an addict. They provide the necessary tools you need to be able to get clean and stay clean so that you can be a functioning member in society. Everyone that works there is professional, relatable, and great people. They truly want to see you succeed in recovery and in life. I’ve been to a few different centers and there’s not a single one that comes close to the standards that Boyett has set. Suboxone helps to keep you normal so you can fix your decision making, your thought process, your friends/family or (the people you surround your self with) and your behavior. At Boyett treatment center they walk with you as you create goals and help you to achieve those goals. Most people/centers do not understand how bad it is mentally, physically, emotionally. That’s why the majority of the recovery centers don’t work, they don’t want to work, they just want that money... At Boyett it’s different. They want you to be comfortable, they want to HELP you because they DO understand the struggle. I know that reviews are usually short but I wanted to go above and beyond with my review in regards to the BTC because Nate, Dr. Oliver, Marcus, and Margo have ALWAYS gone above and beyond to help me, so this is one way that I can give back. If you looking for a place to start, if you’re at a place and it’s not working, if you are tired of that life style don’t wait, call NOW! Boyett Treatment Center is a LIFE CHANGER!!! Thank you all for continuing to help me in my recovery and for helping me get my life back on the right track. There is NO way I could have done it without Suboxone, your all’s counseling, and your continued support.
BillyToni Codynah: My husband and I have been patients at Boyett Treatment Center for a year and we could not ask for a better group of people to help us down our path to recovery!
vingy poopy: This is Steve Durham, boyett center has definitely been the best rehab center I've ever been to. Dr. Oliver and Nate boyett has helped me more than any other treatment center. I've been to alot of treatment centers. But Nate and dr. Oliver have helped me more than anyone. I think of Nate like a friend, just like Dr. Oliver. They have helped me out SOOO freaking much.
alliekizat yo: Treatment is not only substance abuse oriented, though personally have seen many success stories. Boyett also offers various methods for treatment for other issues, working closely with the patient and listening to their needs. There is a focus on discovering the root of your issues to bring about real and substantial life changes, and learning how to break bad habits and patterns in behavior. This is not the type of place that simply focuses on money or their "numbers." There is genuine empathy for the patients and the staff is quick and will be there to support if you have an issue be it personal crisis, medication wise, financial, transportation, and scheduling. They are not preachy, judgmental, or rude, and that helps more than anything when you are seeking help and struggling.
Trevor Cooper: Boyett Treatment Center is a very clean and well kept facility. The staff & doctor are more than respectful and understanding. If you are struggling with addiction, this place is the key to your freedom from the hold opioids can have on your life.
D Ki: This place is a sh!t show. There are alot of these ttreatment centers, its not hard to find a better one. There are conflicting egos that run the place, which makes the patient suffer. It feels like they are just making the rules up from week to week. They will threaten to not give you your medicine if you question them.
Jenna LeeAnn: Was the most wonderful experience since someone turned me down he seen me and help me out with a week's worth of medicine and then referred me to someone else that would help just as much as he would awesome place friendly not at all what I expected they rocked it! Checking in was really easy anyone around this area should go here!!
Miranda Key: I've been going to the boyett treatment center for about 10 months now. It's such an amazing place all of the employees are so amazing and they really care about your recovery. They actually want you to succeed and do good. I absolutely love this place and highly recommend it for anyone who is looking for help. They understand what were going thru and they do everything in there power to help in anyway. They even supply clothing for patients who are in need. If you or someone else you know are looking to get help, definitely give this place a try.. I've never had any problems with them or my medication. Just all together an amazing place.!!
Jennifer Hale: Boyett Treatment Center truly cares and has your best interest at heart. They saved my life and countless others. It is a very effective program that works! With amazing supportive staff. Please call if you are seeking treatment.

CleanSlate Outpatient Addiction Medicine: what do users think?
Terri Neice: Staff was great and very helpful
TayLO W: I never leave reviews but today my provider Monica made me feel really cared for. I wanted to thank her and the rest of the team at cleanslate for always being so kind.
Ashley Mayes: This place and these people have been such a blessing for me and many others I know! No judgements, only kindness and compassion! This team has been amazing to have by my side throughout this journey.. guiding me & lifting me up always! If you or a loved one are looking for help i HIGHLY recommend!!
Matt Shep: Clean slate is such a friendly and caring establishment that actually is concerned about their patients well being. I give clean slate 5 stars because they are worth every one of them.
Indiana Mermaid: I have seen other providers in the past and had bad experiences with rude un caring staff. However, the staff at Evansville indiana CSC is on another level. They always treat me with utmost respect. They are also always on top of prior authorizations. Whereas every other place I have been never kept on top of the prior auths so every few months I would be without meds u til the prior auth was approved. The staff here at Evansville CSC understands how important it is that the patients receive their meds. Mostly, they understand how important it is to treat the patient with respect
Debbie: I’ve been in this program for three years now was going once a month for over a year now we’re back to two weeks for some reason it so you go one week to get your medicine the next week they call you in for a pill count knowing that you’ll be back next week for another appointment I think they should give out gas cards if they’re gonna call in a pill count
Laura Stroud: EVERY single person there has always made me feel truly cared about and they honestly want you to get better & be healthy! After the very first time I went there the front desk ladies knew my name when I came back the next week!!
ish: Couldn’t be happier w the doctors and staff. The appointments are always on time as well as flexible. Life changing
Joshua Carr: Your staff and customer service is absolutely phenomenal, the only place that I think there is room for improvement is your hours of operation. Being that this is a treatment center, only having one day of late hours is very counter productive to those who are attempting to setup a strong foundation for recovery. I literally had to quit my job in order for me to make this medical appointment possible. Not intending to sound dramatic, but many recovering addicts are starting jobs with very restrictive hours and when the treatment center is only open during normal work hours, it becomes nearly impossible to make the appointments. Other than this one issue, your staff and overall program is done REALLY well. Everyone is extremely helpful and pleasant to work with, unlike any provider I’ve ever been to before. It’s obvious that your staff cares and creates a level of trust where the patients can be open and honest about our needs and struggles. Thank you very much for what you do!
StrangeTrip: I’m so grateful for clean slate! The staff are awesome no looking down there noses at me.i feel loved and not judged.i honestly believe they are rooting for me to succeed.as a result I’m able to be the father/husband that I was meant to be,before I went “off the rails”❤️CLEAN SLATEThis place was full of love and laughter now its just a Dr's office
Leirin Reinitz: I recommend Clean Slate for anyone struggling with opioid dependence/addiction. Clean Slate in Evansville has a staff that goes above to provide their patient’s with excellent treatment options, close monitoring by professionals and not to mention, they always offer great advice or just an ear to listen when you really need to vent. Peyton* and Keeli* are such a bright light for me when I’m having an off day. Those two ladies alone will always make sure you leave smiling and satisfied with your services rendered. I’ve been under the care of Amy Walker NP at Clean Slate going on 3 years in November. She continuously has my best interests in mind and pushes me to keep going. The facility is always kept clean and offers hand sanitizer, purified water, free WiFi for guests and other amenities to ensure that you are comfortable while waiting. Clean Slate accepts a wide variety of health insurance, private or state plans and also will accept patient’s without insurance (cash payment option). They won’t turn you down for not having one or the other at your first scheduled visit, either. Getting the care and close monitoring that addict’s so desperately need is the staff’s main priority. If you are struggling with opioid dependency, don’t hesitate to call Clean Slate in Evansville right now and schedule an appointment. You’re the only thing stopping you from getting your life back.
Kelly Lloyd: Definitely not the best wait times. My husband and I go here together two times now my appointment has been canceled without me knowing or the front desk person has "forgotten" to save my appointment. Keep in mind I live almost 1 hour away and supposed to drive here once every two weeks. This last month I have gone back and forth multiple days in a row because they didnt give me or my husband the right appointment time. I definitely would recommend a different place if you can find one. Unfortunately I will have to continue going here for treatment but If you can..save youself.
Megan Kuenzli: Great place!!! everyone is so understanding and kind... They work with so well!!
Ashley Terry: The staff is so great! No one judges you they are 100% there to help you.Changing my 5 star to one star! If I could give zero I would. Been coming here for a very long time I had a issue with the dr I seen last week because she accused me of three different things three different weeks. I have never failed a drug screen here. I left the office last week bawling because I was talked to like I was nothing. Iv always been very respectful and don’t understand why I hade been humiliated made to feel like I’m less and just plain hurt.
Chloe Culver: If you can go anywhere else for help, do. I’ve had THE WORST experience here. I’ve struggled with addiction, and the medicine provided here has been extremely helpful...when I can actually be seen to get it. They never answer the phones, have told me a time of my appointment just for me to come at that time and it turn out to be a completely different time??? My provider that I speak with doesn’t listen to me at all, just decides what’s best for me and rushes me out the door. I’ve been in tears multiple times. For me, it’s a life or death situation, but they sure as hell don’t treat it as such. PLEASE JUST GO ANYWHERE ELSE.
Christopher Griggs: Dr. Holder is awesome! He is compassionate and understanding of our situation as addicted people. The girls at the front desk and the rest of the staff that I have met are awesome too. These are truly caring people. I can't say enough good about them.It went from a 5 Star rating to a 1 Star rating since they FIRED ALL of the GOOD PEOPLE in their office!!!That place was awesome man, but now they Fired Dr. Holder, Linda, 2 Great nurses, and one of the 2 Amazing front desk ladies!!! Finally they brought one great front desk lady back, but that’s it! Evansville CleanSlate....get it together because you are making it VERY DIFFICULT for Your patients!!!
Kyra Amich: I am changing my current 5 star review to a 1 star review. You guys have turned this facility into a nightmare. Dr. Holder used to be my provider and he was one of the most caring and knowledgeable doctors I have ever met. He honestly cared about each and every one of us and how our recovery was going. He didn't just write us a prescription and push us out the door like everyone else did. He cared enough to ask about our lives and actually carry on conversations with us to get to know us and our families. He genuinely cared. You guys made a huge mistake wiping out all of the original staff and replacing them with corporate wannabe's. All of the previous receptionists/nurses that were there were always kind and made us feel great about our recovery each and every time we came into the building. Now, we are forced to sit and wait long times just to drop urine and we see a new doctor each visit. This office has turned very corporate-like with all of their "new policies". Instead of explaining the new rules to us they just cut down our prescriptions and are rude when we question them about our recovery. My husband had the same exact issue today, which caused me to update this review. You guys no longer deserve 5 stars now that Dr. Holder is no longer working for you guys. The nurse practitioner, Amy, is not very sociable and doesn't care to hear patients input on their own recovery. You are not able to question her about anything without her feelings being hurt. My husband told her today that he wanted his file because he was leaving their facility and found a new doctor. She was unhappy and kept interrupting him while he was trying to talk. He explained to her that after this week he was switching doctors and when he wouldn't tell her where he was switching she got fussy and hung up on him because he was angry about not receiving his medical file, which he had requested weeks ago. Now that Dr. Holder has left everything in that office has changed and it is gloom, corporate-like, and has a horrible energy. I am scared for my own recovery in all honestly. I hate the fact that I may have to find another provider in the future since I have been going there for a while now. Since they removed the original staff it isn't the same anymore. They treat us more rude each time we visit. My husband has had enough with it, but I haven't decided whether I am going to switch yet because most places require a high co-pay for myself unfortunately. If corporate had any sense they would bring back the Dr. Holder, who built this entire office other people are now running. My husband was his first patient and it is very sad to see you guys make such a mistake as to remove him. So many people in the waiting room 2 weeks ago were talking about how everything is changed and the fact that they have already been looking for new providers. I know this review is very detailed, but I feel like people should know how current and now previous patients have felt about this provider and the facility. Let's hope that things get better in the future and they start to focus on recovery rather than treat their patients like numbers and $$$$.
Austin Ward: I recommend this program to anyone who is battling substance abuse. The staff goes above and beyond for their patients. They are caring and very welcoming. Never did i ever feel judged or uncomfortable talking to the staff. They really do care and are there to help you. I can honestly say nowhere else has helped me out as much and in a way as this program. Thank you guys at CleanSlate. 💛💚❤
Mitchell Lester: Great place! Was nervous my first day, but since that first day I have been sober. The staff is all great, if your running late or need to show up early it's never a problem. So glad i made the decision to go through those doors almost 3 months ago!
Elaine Rice: If you have a problem with drug addiction or know someone who does, PLEASE call Clean Slate and set up an appointment ASAP! Everyone who works there is AWESOME! They are so kind and understanding, I never felt like they were judgemental at all...and typically everyone looks down on people with addiction problems. They also understand relapse is part of the process for a lot (most) people. I relapsed several times and had a urine screen that was positive, they always understood. They ABSOLUTELY WILL NOT discontinue your meds even if you have a dirty drop. My issues were far deeper than just opiate addiction, I have extreme anxiety and sleeplessness. They gave me meds to ease these problems. Dr. Holder is AMAZING! He is one of the sweetest doctors I have ever dealt with. I honestly cannot think of all the great things I could say about Clean Slate and their employees. Honesty I can't think of one bad thing to say about them!
Ivory Vinson: To be seen and treated for something that you lost all control of and to know your not being looked at as one of those people but treated with respect, kind words and a group of people that let u in witout judgement just support to face the scariest thing u can deal with and that is something having a hold on you that nothing or nobody chooses .THANK GOD FOR THIS PLACE.

Volunteers of America Fresh Start Recovery Center - Evansville: what do users think?
Mary Cavanaugh: drug court thru chins told my daughter u go here or u go to jail. she has a newborn baby that she isn't allowed to see or visit with during 1st 30 days. how is that keeping moms with their babies? this place is charging insurance alot of $ however she's expected to buy her own food. everything she owns is in her room however the center told fssa she wouldn't be coming back to this household so they removed her. so now what do I do with her things?
Debora Storrs: This was a very toxic environment. There was a lot of mom shaming going on for me and I was accused of neglect every time I went to the restroom without my toddler. Detoxing was very difficult while going through the first trimester exhaustion and caring for a toddler. I had Little Help from the staff and was constantly threatened with DCs
Holly Stout: Well I just want to say that I actually stayed at this one in evansville and at first I wasn't really feeling it when I first walked in but not even a half hour later I had changed my mind the people and the staff they were so welcoming and great and I ended up staying the entire program and it was amazing so I would recommend this program to anyone struggling and or scared anxious worried exc you won't regret chosing this place I promise
Tracy Hamby: Some staff are overly rude!!

Stepping Stone: what do users think?
Chris Moers: Pretty much worthless for mental health. Girlfriend got out of St Vincent for schizophrenia and was doing well until her meds ran out. Took her to her next appointment, no meds. She is currently off meds thanks to the aftercare with this place that was set up and as bad as she was when she was admitted a month ago
Ian Mcdonald: Never Friendlier or more accepting of anyone for anything!
Joy Eaves: Saved my life
Cecilia DeVasier: If i could give 0 stars i would. 5 stars for the food. However, the staff is so unprofessional it's cringe worthy. I was kicked out even though I was working the program & calling my sponsor everyday. Some newbie tech felt some type of way because when she asked if i had a crush on her, I told her I wasn't interested in her & the next day she told them that I MADE HER UNCOMFORTABLE. There was NO investigation before sending me away & then I was not allowed back into treatment because I didn't relapse over this bogus lie. Thanks to the unprofessional & impulsive staff, I have zero tools in my toolbox. By the grace of God I am still alive & am on the waiting list elsewhere. This tech continuously told me personal issues in her life like her boyfriend dumping her on her birthday & even told me about her new therapy through southwestern. She has wrongly interrupted my treatment & only has to take a class over communicating with patients. I am who suffered for this false accusation. My recovery is a matter of life & death. I asked for help & was sent home because a grown woman couldn't keep her own feelings in check in her place of employment. I've filed 2 formal complaints over her & the supervisor. If you are a woman, I recommend the Warm center in Henderson. They have an almost perfect success rate & actually want what is best for their patients. Where stepping stone's turn over rate is as cringe worthy as their lying staff.
Laura Wilcox: I'm so glad I choose to go here to learn how to get clean and stay that way. The staff was very patient with me and knowledgeable about the material they teach you. They do not waste your time with what they've got to teach you about your addiction. They are serious about wanting to help the next person achieve sobriety. They are strict about their rules though. I love my recovery and I'm forever grateful to Stepping Stone for all the effort, love, and tolerance they show their clients. Thank y'all at SS, I love ya to the end of the earth!!!
tabitha freeman: You'd think drug screening someone when they first come in would be a no brainer. My mother got her first visit (not long after arriving) was screened and kicked out because of medications that SHE TOLD THEM she was given upon arrival. They said they'd send it to the lab and check levels. What were they planning to compare the levels with since they didn't screen her coming in? Now she can't go back and it's struggling to find a rehab that get get her in asap. Smh. Since this happened, I've come to find out she wasn't the only one not screened. If you go here, be sure they follow protocol or you'll be booted for their own mistakes.
Scott Alexander: Awsome place it totally changed my life
Harley Russell: The staff (RA’s) every last one of them are absolutely wonderful and they all truest care! I loved it at this facility and if you truly want to help yourself this is the place to go if you just need a rehab this is he place to go because if you don’t want the change when you get there you’ll want to once you’re in there! Never felt so much love from strangers in my life until I went to stepping stones! And the food is amazing !!!! Don’t think twice call them now !!!
Troy Bowling 4 LIFE (WORLD WIDE FOR LIFE): It will help me now that I really appreciate working and going back to work and keeping myself busy and out of trouble
John Kuntz: Drugs bad. Stepping Stone good.
Bruce L: Throwed my daughter out in the street in the middle of the night cold and 125 miles from home no friends or family nearby you would think they could have at the very least waited till day light
Larry Dillon: I was there 12 yrs ago and they showed me how to be the real me and gave me the tools to stay clean from drugs. I'm still clean and thanks to God and stepping stone and my sponsor in N/A, for all they done for me!
Denny Field (Hoosier dent man): Wonderful staff. Great place to get your life together if you have chronic illness of drug addiction. Thank you

Now Counseling: what do users think?
Barbara OLDHAM: I think Jordan Milby is a great person and tries to help to the best of his ability. Sarah is a great person to talk to. Bailey understands and works with people to the best of her ability her classes are great. The people at the front desk just rock all of them. Also I want to thank Bailey and the nice lady who came and got me from Posey County and help me out getting back to Evansville and getting to where I needed to be. I could not ask for better treatment thank you heather for the woman's housing program the momsprogram it sent me on track. I'm 9 months clean got a place of my own take care of myself independently and I have a structure in my life I also have my daughter full custody and taking care of her on my own without the program I would have be a disaster thank you everybody in the now program for helping me Jess and Renee and impatient and they're great ladies at AOC on Thursday night's women's meetingThis program would me to incredible people places and things I would suggest it to anybody who needs help thank you again
Adriana Duff: Dropped a friend off she was on the streets and drinking whiskey every day. Came to my house and said i need help. Talked to her today a week later and she sounded amazing.Thank you for helping her..
Jennifer Ellen: In my experience in residential and outpatient was amazing. They changed my life. The staff was amazing and caring. The program worked for me.
Millie Myles: Zack said it best they do not help you. They simply took my money and tried to accuse me of false accusations which is not help when Someone is seeking rehabilitation services. I would not recommend no one to ever do business with them!
Zach Neumann: Their Clients and employees are continuously disrespectful of neighboring properties. Their clients have even used the restroom on my property on multiple occasions and stand in front of my front door and smoke! I’ve got a lot of video evidence, and I’ve given them plenty of opportunities to make things right, but seems they only care about the money!!!
Chandra Luzar: This Now, has helped me change my life. I go to meetings when I get a chance. I have a good job and I feel so much better and happier with who I am. I don't need to use, ever again!
Sheilah Skinner: PLEASE DO NOT INTERN NOR WORK HERE! The Owner speaks horribly to the staff and patients!! Owner will staff 1 employee to 12 newly detox patients just to keep cost down; regardless of patient or employee safety! This is a FOR PROFIT company...not for recovery! - Sheilah Skinner.
Tammy Russell: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,Quality
