Tri-State Aero Inc: what do users think?
Ronald Benjamin: Very nice place and Receptionist was glowing with smiles and friendly. Jennifer I think.
Tom Rech: Very nice office and waiting area, with a nice pilot lounge.
Brian Hunnell: Suggest you ask for the crew car on A2G before landing. Seems we landed first- but because we were taking care of our clients, another plane that landed after got the car before us…and then proceeded not to use it. Never mind the fact that we bought 5 times the amount of fuel.
J Smith: Great place to stop
TJ Boyd: Great service, hangered our plane from the weather, very professional.
Randall Brown: Good guys
John Harbaugh: Nice place. Has a massage chair. But there's a 5 dollar landing fee.
Daryl McFarland: Fast service. Met by 3 linemen and a Service Manager. Good fuel price.
ismael Rodriguez: Good place
Chas Gorman: Outstanding work
J. Michael: This is a great place! Friendly staff!
Jim Hensley: We flew our Citation Encore to Evansville on a part 135 charter flight. We had intended to pay for jet fuel with contract Phillips into Plane at a cost of $4.20 per gallon with a minimum purchase of 200 gallons. After fueling with 200 gallons our pilots were informed they could only use the Phillip into Plane contract if we were flying cargo or air ambulance and not if we were flying passengers. So we had to pay $5.25 per gallon. If we had know this before we added 200 gallons we could have purchased the minimum of 150 gallons on non contract fuel. That extra 50 gallons cost us $262.50 and not being able to use the contract price cost us $210.00. We all are hoping to make a small profit in the aviation business but it would seem some want to increase their profits at the expense of others. Make sure an ask questions before you do business with Tri State Aero and get the raw end of the deal.
Jeff Davis: They are rough with their air freight.
Brian M: Nice FBO usually busy so service can be slow at times.
Shadi Wadi-Ramahi: I can talk here about Tri-State Aero in regards to instructors & plane rental for private pilots. Building is clean, free WiFi & newspaper, staff support & instructors (had two there) very friendly and take time to go over your needs. They have cesena 172, they keep it clean from inside & has what you need from VFR flying. Rate is decent as long as you join their flying club & you plan to fly at least 4 hours a month
