Craig Johnson: It’s a decent company and the drivers are on time. However if I have to pay 15 dollars for a 4 minute drive to go up the street when Uber or Lyft offers only 13 dollars to go from east green river to west red bank road then I’ll pass. And I say this because dispatch mentioned they have a 5 dollar late night fee and a 10 dollar minimum and Its usually midnight when I use Uber or Lyft. But I’ll definitely recommend them for a speedy pickup for late night after hours.
Review Queen: Haven’t had a negative experience once and I’ve used this service many times! Brittany and Craig especially are very polite, on time, go out of their way to help, and their rates are very reasonable.

Lovely Mimi: HORRIBLE experience. HORRIBLE customer service. Called at 4:15pm, was told a 45 minute wait so i decided to be patient and wait. Continued to call and over an HOUR later still NOONE. Needed to specifically make it there to pay a bill, which they PROMISED that they'd send someone in time before they closed and I was not able to! After numerous promises of someone "being on the way" NOPE. Horrible. After the final call they finally sent me to voicemail instead of just owning up they screwed up and were "busy" I will continue to give my money to uber & Lyft. I'd rate this "company" a 1 if i could! If you use this company make sure you have a plan B!

Dim P: You have an unsafe driver, driving white bus on I-64. Constantly accelerates then decelerats, then accelerates again. Probably, on the phone
Dalton Gray: We had a great experience for our wedding! On a 95 degree day, the bus that we used for 2 hours worked perfectly! Our driver was promptly on time, and the service was great
Crystal M: Great communication leading into the event, but we had issues with our first vehicle having no A/C. Luckily it wasn't too hot, but when you're in a suit/wedding dress, the A/C would have been appreciated. Additionally, the last pickup was supposed to be scheduled for 6:30 but driver said 6. It worked out fine, but was a stressful way to end the night.
