Judilyn Niedo: North Park Apartments is the first apartment our family ever rented here in the US. Friendly and reliable staff, prompt maintenance, fair rates/fees, calm environment and accessible location all in one beautiful place! We need a single floor unit with washer and dryer hook up. Unfortunately theirs are two storey units with the hook up and single unit without hence we had to move. They accepted us and without any bias allowed us to live safely in their territory. We are so thankful to North Park! God bless!

Kaitlin Ray: Had a few minor hiccups when we first moved here, but the staff and maintenance was on top of everything ASAP. They keep the property clean, and grass cut. The pool was always clean and tidy, never had an issue.If we have a maintenance issue, depending on how severe it is, I have never went longer than 3 business days for them to come fix the issue.I live in a 2 bd 1.5 bath townhome, and it has PLENTY of storage/closet space.I recommend this place to anyone that is in search of an apartment complex. 😊😊😊
Blair Reynolds: This place often feels like I’m renting out of a third world country. Consistently breaking everything and maintenance takes months just to do simple things.It’s cheap and no hassle to get into for a reason.
Levi Murrell: Terrible place. My gf lives there and is pregnant and her balcony banister is dry rotted. Her light switches only work half the time. The concrete slab that is the balcony is broke in half and leaning. Drain issues for days. Mold in attic crawl space. Mold under bathroom tile we found. Will be calling health department this week. Terrible office ladies. Once she moved in the office stopped caring and only throwing lease violation’s not to mention half of them aren’t even because of her , they just pinned them on her. This place is garbage. 3.3 stars? What a joke. Negative 3 stars. Garbage. Would rather her live in low income housing. 1000$ a month damn near just for a pregnant woman to not even have good safety codes In her apartment.
Evansville Honest Reviews: We lived here for 3.5 years. Be prepared to have a lawyer when you move out. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.
Christian Will: The leasing process is very simple and straightforward. The maintenance crew is definitely five-stars, the only downside is the laundry room can be far away.
Thomas Hostetler: Mostly a great place. Maintenance requests seem to be getting fixed slowly now but otherwise, great. Love the salt water pool, tennis courts, and dog park. Great location and friendly neighborhood.
Vanessa Cotton: Guaranteed me a monthly price but more than 3 times proven by the power company the apartments took my account and put it back into theirs creating additional charges to my rent that would be sometimes close to 300 additional. The apartment I was in was barely liveable and it took months to gain any "repair". My dishwasher never worked and smelled like fowl eggs. My refrigerator always leaked onto my kitchen floor and the drain pan they promised to cover with a door took months for them to bring a very used door when they did. The medal strip at my door caught my foot several times, the maintenance never came out to fix it from move in until move out. I fixed it for the next tenant. They did not put mine or my children's safety at priority nor seem to care. Not regretfully, they deserve this post.

Carlos Raucci: We lived here for a year and I have to say that it was a wonderful experience! If you are looking to move in to downtown Evansville then this is the place. Maggie and Jacob are extremely helpful and always available. The few hiccups we had were addressed immediately. The only reason we left is because we moved to Indianapolis, otherwise we would still be living here. Thank you team Post House for all of your hospitality.
Schroeder_ Shears: Living at The Posthouse has been one of the greatest decisions I could have made. The staff is incredibly kind and more than willing to help with any need. Their location is absolute perfection. The entire aesthetic and amenities they offer is beyond compare. I have truly adored living here!

Victoria Rone: If you're looking to move to Evansville, Post House is the place to be. I've lived here for almost 2 years and have very much enjoyed my stay. This is one of the nicest apartments I have been in. The Co-Working space is such a rare luxury, especially if you work from home! I spend 50+ hours a week here easily, and there is a fully stocked coffee machine.The leasing staff is extremely friendly, pleasant, and responsive. I had a minor shower issue and emailed Jacob (Property Manager) on a Saturday morning. Within 10 minutes he called me to get more details on the situation. A response time that quick (ON A WEEKEND) is unheard of!This is definitely a complex that emphasizes community. From movies on the front lawn, to margarita and bingo, to trivia night, there is usually something to look forward to. Many of the residents are super friendly and easy to get to know. It is very pet friendly, which could be a plus or a minus. 11/10 would recommend.
Morgan Phillips: We've lived at Post House, since its beginning. We'd planned to stay long enough to find a home nearby... but we've enjoyed it too much - at this point, this is home. We couldn't be more pleased with the professionalism and service. Jacob and Maggie are wonderful, as are all of the property staff we've encountered. Maintenance concerns (there have been very few) have been addressed, same day, and the team goes to great lengths to be mindful of time and privacy. The grounds are very well maintained and clean. Post House is definitely the nicest apartment community we've seen in the Evansville area - which is why we're renewing our lease for a third time. There are a ton of amenities and the underground parking is tops. For us, though, the biggest selling point truly is the property staff - they are genuinely kind people who remember your name, and pay attention. Speaking with them is always a pleasure, and it never feels forced. Things don't get done "some time," they get done immediately, and you never feel like a burden as a resident. A lot of people might not care about that, but working and living alongside friendly people is a priority for us. We choose Post House, and we've never regretted it. If you're interested in luxury living, by the river (yes, you can see it from many units), you should call Jacob or Maggie and schedule a tour.
Hanna Wilson: I couldn't be more happy with Post House. I truly love living here. It's quiet yet social if you want it to be. The common areas are always clean and the amenities are awesome. The best part about Post House is the staff! Jacob (Manager) is fantastic and Maggie (Front Desk) is seriously the best. They go above and beyond to help with any request and they make living here very enjoyable.
Robert Wiederstein: Very business like and professional. Emails, phone calls and maintenance requests were completed promptly and in a gracious manner. The staff is friendly and eager to accommodate. Location is close to great entertainment and dining options. My spouse and I would definitely rent there again if we remained in the area.

Maggie is a sweetheart who really cares about the tenants, Sam takes care of the whole place and really does a good job, and Jacob has been there since day one and is always pushing to improve the place. They all went above and beyond for me, and I know I will be stopping by for years to come just to say hi because they are wonderful people who are more like friends!

James McDonald: I enjoy the location and the Staff are wonderful with top notch maintenance, but it stops there. I feel as if I’m paying 2021 prices with 1970’s accommodations. The bathroom has a green toilet and a yellow sink. The kitchen has a dishwasher and kitchen faucet from the 80’s. It seems to have original windows and sliding glass doors and the drafts to go along with them since it’s hard to heat in the winter. The fake wood flooring is dreadful. Next, the monopoly they have on Internet and Cable is HORRIBLE. There shouldn’t be a reason why cable companies can’t offer services here, but they can at other complexes. I would expect updated apartments like others I have seen with marble countertops and stainless steel appliances with updated flooring and bathrooms. I don’t think it’s asking to much for the price we already pay.

As a full time PA student, I have other things to worry about, hence I set up autopay. But she charged me a late fee due to their portal not working and not even informing is of their issue prior. She’s also extremely weird and will talk down on you (and your parents) even when she knows she’s in the wrong. Don’t recommend City Pointe! Mccurdy I heard if 100x better and the people working there are more polite and helpful

Mackensie Russell: My partner and I moved to Evansville (his hometown) because he got a promotion and had a lot of trouble finding a place, we tried to get into one complex and the paperwork was not up to date and we were very dissatisfied… then we contacted Anna. We had looked at city pointe but what drove us away was the availability date. Anna went out of her way to go to bat for us to move in next weekend after assessing our situation, gave us an awesome tour, and overall seemed like she cared about her residents thoroughly.
Brooklyn Loyd: The move in process was super easy, maintenance is fast, and this place is BEAUTIFUL! I love that it's a gated community & the security this place gives me. Parking isn't a hassle, which you can frequently find at other apartments. Our neighbors were also super sweet on our move in day. Excited to be living here!

I like how the grass looks and is taken care of, I like the peace and quiet and friendly neighbors. The property manager Anna Lena is excellent, very nice and friendly

Gabbie McGregor: In my first renting experience I was nervous to say the least, but CityPointe has exceeded my expectations. This apartment complex’s apartments are clean and modern. The complex inside and outside are taken care of and well maintained. Maintenance is quick to respond and always goes above and beyond to help fix the issue. Anna, the manager is great. She is kind, and is always willing to help. I have never been responded to later than within 12 hours of sending the message, and everything is always resolved quickly. I am currently in school at USI, and this has been a great first on my own home. I would highly recommend city pointes to students! Anna will make sure it’s an easy transition and that you always feel happy to go home!
Jean Hall: I dont recommend. My boyfriend lived here for a year and we saw roaches when we were moving him in. They NEVER went away. Yes it looks nice, but they are infested. No grocery nearby either. The neighborhood doesnt have anything.

Jake Brantley: City pointe was great, the apartment were nice and so was the complex but what really makes this place is the land lord Anna. She is very sweet and a fun person to talk to. As along as you are respectful you will have no issue. It really sucked that our relationship with her got good when we moved out. Only reason we moved was to be closer to school to save some gas money. Thank you Anna for a great experience and wish you the best.
D Carnes: Anna Houseknecht recently showed me a townhouse at City Pointe in EVV…very nice, neat, clean it was. She first offered me a cup of coffee and we had an enjoyable “klatsch” together, which made me feel very much at home. We talked about life in Evansville, restaurants, schools, employment and other amenities in the area for adults and children.Anna took the time to answer all my questions and I never felt rushed. I probably could have spent the entire morning chit-chatting/klitch-klatsching with her. That’s how charming she is.
Paige Benton: I have recently moved to this community. To be honest I am already obsessed. The townhouses are so modern and just downright gorgeous. The neighbors are so friendly and everyone waves to you making you feel included. The complex is clean outside which is a huge plus! The location is amazing, so close to downtown Evansville. The gated feature makes me feel so safe and gives me peace of mind knowing my kids are safe outside!However, what amazed me the most is the property manager, Anna. She is the kindest woman I have ever met! She has ALREADY went above and beyond for me from the start of the move in process. She runs that apartment complex like a complete boss. I can already tell I am going to have no issues.

Abby Mathis: This place in all reality doesn't even deserve one star. My boyfriend and I lived here for a year and it was terrible!! The office never answers their phones, the lady upfront is super rude, the apartments climate control is horrible it says cold in the winter and hot in the summer, the neighbors are rude, the community is trashed, AND there are so many shootings in the complex. In the year of living there we had at least 3-4 shots a month. They don't have any lights in certain parking lots which makes them pitch black at night. There was never enough parking for all the residents and their rent is stupid expensive for what you get. All together this place is horrible and we will never rent from here again
Ronnie S: they never answer their phone. If you need something, or have a question you have to go to the rent office and ask in person. Sketchy neighborhood where homeless/potential thieves come into the laundry rooms if you don’t latch the foyer door

Their staff is friendly and responded quickly to all my questions before move in. I applied and was in my new home within 10 days. They are friendly and personable to my circumstances. darth vader: I love staying at the Coldwater Flats apartments. The community is amazing and the staff are helpful and kind to everyone in my family.
Eli Mason: The Coldwater Flats is a truly amazing place with it being in a nice a respectful neighborhood it's great for everyone looking for a nice apartment. When I visited the Coldwater flats JJ had given me my tour around the beautiful place. His social skills where truly professional and I I felt like I could rely on him to answer any questions I had about the Coldwater Flats. I would recommend The Coldwater flats to anyone looking for a truly remarkable place to live and call home.

Katelyn Ross: We chose Coldwater flats bc of the cheaper prices for a 2 bedroom apartment. Most cheaper places have outdated apartments but these are all updated nicely! The people in the office have been more than accommodating and very friendly!
