Scott Shepherdson: If I could give a zero I would. I called both the store and customer service to ask for a service extension because my bill is due soon. They said the only service extension they can do is for me to receive calls and texts but I can't send texts or make calls. They say they are better than metro pcs and frankly their customer service is few and far in between. I won't ever use boost mobile again. Go to anywhere else if you want to be treated like a person with a phone carrier. At least metro pcs allows service extensions until you get paid.

S Jones: The female rep there is really nice and her customer services is excellent. She greets and helps everyone that walks through that door. I haven't had a problem when making a payment or purchase. .I do recommend this location.
