Jacob is absolutely my hero!! I have hated this washer ever since it was delivered because it has given me so many problems. I explained all of them to Jacob and he took care of them...one by one. He actually recognized a problem with the tub that was due to a mfg oversight. Since he fixed that, my clothes wring out better and I do not have keep a layer of paper towels under the tub because it no longer "leaks". I used to have to stay close to the washer because when it spun, it had issues. That is no longer an issue. Again, Jacob is definitely my hero!!!!
