Tiffany Kruse: FIRST: let me say that this review is NOT in reference to the Evansville, IN store. Please read entire review.I have NEVER experienced such HORRIBLE service. I place an order and after a week with no update or shipping, I reach out and get some computerized response. I then use live chat and I am told that my order is "stuck" in the system. If that's not bad enough, my order is cancelled without my knowledge! I reached out to the closest physical store to me which happened to be in Evansville, IN. The store manager, Jessica, was the nicest and most helpful person. She tried her best to help me resolve this issue but she was unable to even find my order. She stated she would keep trying and keep me updated. She kept me in the loop every step of the way. This company should cherish her because she was the ONLY one willing to even try to help me! I love this company’s products but after this, I don't know that I will EVER shop here again. I will be more than happy to let EVERYONE I know in the EMS/First Responder/Military field to stay clear and shop elsewhere. This is absolutely ridiculous and I think it's time this company take a class on customer service. Thanks for nothing.
