They described to us on the phone the options for live Christmas trees, sent pictures of the ones they had, delivered one, and even came back and replaced it with another when we were afraid that the one we got was dying! Bob was the best. Thanks Bob!Also, we got an wreath and it was absolutely beautiful (not to mention huge). And unlike some wreaths you'll get, it has lasted and lasted beautifully, no signs of browning, so I gather it was made fresh.If I could give more stars, I would.
