Brittany Michels: I have had geico 10 plus years. They use Hartford for homeowners insurance and their prices are ridiculous compared to others. With the exact same coverage if not better. I cancelled them months ago. I get a bill today and try getting ahold of a customer service rep only to be given the run around. This isn’t the first time. I have friends and family that have had the same issues.
