Tammy Sablone: We were there probably 30 minutes, there were another couple there sitting at a table with several boxes stacked on the table...not sure if they were customers or reps. We didn't see name tags so we assumed customers. 🤷‍♀️ There were 2 more people at another table with a salesperson who were purchasing. Then, 2 guys were setting new products up for display. During the time we were in the store nobody ever asked us if we needed help with anything, or said someone would get with us in a minute, asap, not a hello, etc...we were there to purchase a phone but decided after visiting the store on Green River Road, we weren't interested in doing business with someone who couldn't take the time to even acknowledge us.
Dave Molinet: BUYERS BEWARE!! We bought a new phone there was on a promotion $1000 dollar trade in on any condition phone. We had to take the phone to get all contacts pictures etc transferred to new phone. We returned the phone and there trade in is now $800. And they just said sorry that trade just happened to in on the day we bought the phone. Don't do business with them this is not the 1st time they have screwed up my plans
Ben Hill: Sold me a phone but didn’t have stock. They shipped me a different phone and now require $55 restocking fee. Make sure they order what you tell them.

Chad Neal: If they had negative stars I would have given them at least 2 and the store on Burkhartd 4 negative stars. Att shut my service off because I had a 3g phone neither store would help me because I was a prepay customer. They kept trying to push me into a contract. They said prepay customer's have to use the customer service line. Since att deleted my acct I had no phone to call customer service. Neither store would let me use there phone to try and resolve my problem. So after buying a Brand New unlocked Att compatible phone they refused to help me. They stated my phone was not compatible with att (I assure you I checked with the manufacturer and provided documentation thanks to the extremely helpful people at best buy) needless to say after 6hrs on a friend's phone, talking to 3 call reps and a manager I finally got my issue half resolved I had to call again the next day to get them to credit my acct what was still owed to me and for them to turn on my mobile data. I have been a loyal customer since 2001 I've kept the same phone number the whole time and the automated system had more information about my acct than the call center reps. I'm beginning to think it's time to change carriers.

Heather Grant: I was on the verge of cancelling my service because att is constantly pulling charges out of nowhere and jacking my bill up. I called 2 different times and tried to get the worker to fix my bill. The first time the worker said he’d fix it. He didn’t. I called back another time and she just gave me the run around. I ended up hanging up because I was so frustrated. Then I talked to Sarah Feese and she is the ONLY reason I still have att. She fixed my bill, listened to me, and made me feel heard. Next time, just send me Sarah Feese. She’s the only one that listens.

Camille C: I will start by saying I have been an AT&T customer for many years and have never had any issues with the plans or customer service. That is until November 2022 when I visited this particular store. I visited this store to purchase an iPhone for an additional line. During this visit we were told that it would be cheaper to add two additional lines on the one device and that when we were ready to use the additional line we could purchase a new device. I was also told that there was a better plan available and we would not lose any incentives we had with our current plan. In addition, the store was “running a promotion” where I could get two “free” AirPods pros. The problems I have since encountered since this visit in November are:1. When the plan was switched we lost the HBO access we were told we would not lose.2. The “free” AirPods began showing up on my bill as a $41.67 12-month installment plan.To make matters worse I called AT&T to get the AirPods issue resolved and was told there was nothing they could do since stores run their own promotions. I was told to call the store to see if I could return the AirPods since as I had previously told the store, I already had AirPods and did not need anymore. The store had since changed managers and I was told I could bring them into the store and they would credit my account. I returned the AirPods to the store and they reversed the charges. I wish this is where the nightmare visit ended. I was told they could not do anything about the future installment payments and I would have to again call AT&T to get this issue resolved. When I called AT&T they informed me that a credit was given to me by the store. I have searched each account I use and this credit has still not shown up. Until this day I have lost my HBO access and am continuing to go back and forth between AT&T and this store to have this installment payment to stop occurring on my account.My advice to anyone reading this is please DO NOT come into this store or any other “authorized seller”. Save yourself the headache, mileage, and countless hours on hold and just go into an AT&T store. I am highly disappointed and still do not have this issue fully resolved.

Tyler Feese: . Isaac demanded to know what the number was, and the representative notified him it was his watch's number. Isaac then wanted to return the watch because he was not able to use his number sync or its line, one. The employee notified him that he was outside the buyer's remorse period to return the device so they could not return it in-store. He got irate and began blaming the rep for company policy she had no input in creating and blaming her for not disobeying company policy. Seeing the customer was getting more irate and the situation was not going to be de-escalated because he was all but cussing the representative, the representative asked him to leave her store. It is like Isaac could not comprehend that someone only 3 levels up in the company had no part in designing a policy that was decided by upper management for the entire company. Also, it seems the customer cannot comprehend that disobeying company policies get employees write-ups and terminations (or he was too selfish to care

Tess Harper: Best customer service I've experienced in a long time! The manager, who's name I didn't catch, was so helpful. The next day, I went in to get my new phone & Korey H. & his coworker, who I think was a new employee, were so helpful & nice! They took the time to show me different cases & explain everything to me & it was a much more positive experience than I had expected it to be. I will definitely be going to this location every time from now on!

Kim Bayer: I always dread going into AT&T because I am not tech-savvy and it gives me extreme anxiety just walking in the store. I was greeted the minute I waslked in with a warm welcome from Nathan. I was long overdue for a new phone but on a tight budget. Nathan (manager) was so extremely helpful and respectful of my time. Highly recommend checking this store out. I am not from Evansville and would make the hour drive back there just for the awesome customer service!!!

Jason Sharp: This store was well organized and the service was really good.
Joseph Powell: This is the only AT&T store I use. There is one closer but nowhere are the staff so friendly, knowledgable and ready to help.
Mr Stevo: The employees were very rude and they lied about how my price would be locked in. I asked them over and over and they said no additional charges.

Megan Jung: Very poor customer service. Sat in the store for almost 2 hours with not one of the four workers on the floor approaching to talk to us, take our names, or ask us why we are here. Watched them help customers who came in an hour after us before us. Ended up just taking care of ourselves and walking out. Will not be returning to this location as they seem to busy to help anyone who isn’t a female in short shorts and a crop top.
