Basically we were told that Jason was satisfied with how the door worked so what we thought didn’t really matter. Lock is unnecessary because someone could just cut the screen if they wanted in. Why have a lock ? Very disappointed in the tone of his response.Service was handled very professionally from initial inquiry to quotes and final installation. Crew was prompt, courteous and professional. I would highly recommend All Weather Products.

jenna embry: Team that did the work was great, when job was finished the product looked great! Owners are not so great, they tell you last half is due upon completion and when I tried to give the workers my money they said no due to not being able to give me a receipt or my bill and since the company will only accept cash then I do not walk around with a $1,000 in hand! I then tried many times to go out there but could never make their hours since they are only open mon-fri 7-4 and the earliest I can be off work is 4:30! I finally received my bill in the mail only after having them call me almost every day and me asking for a bill, once the bill was received (received bill a week and half ago) I new I had 30 days to pay it but then they just keep calling you day after day after day and now it has become harassing phone calls cuz not only does 1 person call you a second person then starts calling you, I don’t know if I will ever do business with this company again due to them forcing you to come in, calling you day after day, and not being helpful even after trying to pay them when the same day the job was done!!! They do not need to tell people due upon completion when customers do not even receive a bill for a week and then they have 30 days to pay it!

James Roll: We used this company around 15 years ago in our previous house and were completely satisfied. We had a couple of windows seal fail, called them and they were replaced - no problem. We have since sold the house and as far as I know the windows are doing great. I would use them again and have referred them to several of my insurance clients & family.

Brandon Gray: Very reliable and good company, and the owner is one the nicest in the area. They will get the job done exactly right. When they fixed my back screened in porch, they had forgot a piece for the door. We made plans for them to come back in a couple days, but the owner come over the next day and fixed it himself! Would recommend this company to my friends and family.

michael jones: It's an adverage home improvement store. When you need help you have to go find someone. If you need wood then you would have to purchase in store then drive out back to another place to get the wood order that you purchased. To me it is an inconvenience.

When you call they are clueless and all pretend to be the manager. I get a call at 5:10 they will be here in 10 mins. It’s now 6:52 and they have not arrived. I will never ever spend another dime at Menards and I am doing a 35-40,000.00 kitchen project. Good bye Menards discount store. Don’t do anything that involves a delivery! Finally arrived at 6:55 with no paperwork? WTH.

She knew exactly what I was looking for and showed me where to get it. I am short in stature and she even helped me get the product I needed down. I was thoroughly impressed by the knowledge and professionalism of this location. I was treated with respect, despite my recent experience with Home Depot. I will continue to patronize this business based on my positive experiences with it. I am a happy customer as well as a returning customer in the future. There is plenty of parking. Bathrooms are located near check out. Items are easy to find and if not there is always staff around to assist you in finding them. I recommend this location.
