Dusk Wind: Forget about that Starbucks line.Dunkin' has better drinks all around especially when it comes to everyday new creations. Not to mention that their coffee tastes amazing (read: doesn't taste burnt).The food selection is also on point. From the bagels and donuts to things like egg bites.I love coffee in general so I will drink it from anywhere - but lately I am choosing Dunkin'.
Shelley Stewart: I had ordered over the app and then ended up super late picking up my order. However, they filled my order very quickly when I was able to arrive. I also picked up an iced chocolate coffee as well. The doughnuts tasted perfect, and my husband was very happy that he was able to enjoy his favorite doughnuts at breakfast the next morning. Also, the iced coffee was PERFECT. All the staff was super friendly and the store was very clean!! Thank you for a wonderful experience. I will be returning when I make trips to Evansville.

With inflation and gas prices and food prices being so high I want all that I pay for. Donut Bank this is not okay!New update Dec 28, 2022We decided to give Donut Bank another go but this time our coffee is cold. More like luke warm. This has happened repeatedly in my family. It seems to be the new thing to sell us cold coffee in the middle of winter. We paid $11 for cold coffee that we had to warm up in the microwave. Luckily we had the chance to warm it up in the microwave because otherwise we would have had to drink it Luke warm and everyone knows that hurts the stomach. Please do better Donut Bank.

Today, when I pulled up to the window, she already knew I had received the wrong coffee and apologized. How very personal is that kind of service? And the coffee is my favorite.

Jessika Collins: The donuts are fine but the employees are rude. The last two times I’ve gone, the lady taking my order has cut me off and told me to pull forward before I was even done ordering. This last time I even told her I wasn’t done ordering so she told me to continue and I added one thing to the order before she told me to pull forward again—hadn’t even ordered my coffee. The lady at the window didn’t seem to care, she didn’t apologize or anything for the rudeness. I ended up not ordering my coffee—no need to give them my money if they are going to be this rude.

Chris Lee: This donut shop has been making people happy since 1967. They have the best donuts in the tristate area. The store is very clean and welcoming. The staff are very friendly and professional even though they have to get up insanely early to be ready to soothe our sweet tooth and coffee needs. You should definitely go inside but they do have a very efficient drive through.
Cheryl Bugg: I purchased three donuts on Wednesday. I ate one in the shop. I put the other two in a plastic bag and put them in the car. I promptly forgot about them. Today, Monday morning, I remembered them. I just ate one and it was still delicious and not the least stale. I was going to pop it in the microwave but after tasting it, found it was not necessary. Going to have my apple fritter tomorrow.

Amy Beavin: I went to use a gift card for my purchase and was told that they could not process it at the moment because “the system was down”. I called and spoke to Cindy and told her how disappointed my class was that they were unable to get their cookies over a system issue. Cindy filled the order the following morning for free and even gave my class an additional gift card to use at another time. Customer service like this has started to fade at many places, but I am so thankful that people like Cindy are still around to make our experience the best it can be!
