Chris Nelson: I needed help while I was sorting through some fraudulent charges on my account. The account was supposed to be closed, but they reopened my account and charged me an overdraft fee. Disappointing.
ann poochy: I was looking for a Bank of America on google, but the German American Bank popped up. i spoke with a very nice young lady who told me German American had NO affiliation with BOA. please check this out so the next customer looking for help will know that the website is not correct. thanks
