Jewel Cote: The staff was absolutely brilliant. They help me choose the perfect wig !! The quality is on! You can straighten it you can curl it. The lace front is fantastic the baby hairs are so natural looking. Go there if you want a really good experience great wigs at a decent price. They do have higher-end items but they're a little more expensive but totally worth it. This Platinum is perfect I could never get my hair this color in real life. I am definitely going back!!!

There two lines open, and when i went to one lady to check out and she told me she couldnt help me and sent me to the other line. She then proceeded to help check out another customer. The other lady was at least friendly!

Joanna Gooch: I went to the Eastside store and got someone to help me which items I needed for my hair to be all the same color and she pick up the two different bottles and took them to register and got instructions before leaving and double checked even went home done exactly what she said and my hair was not only tented that awful green color but it wasn't light at all let alone all over blonde it was way darker , and called the store and talked and explained what happened 3different times was told if I was to come back with receipt she would give me what I needed plus my money but after thinking I'm getting my money and my hair will be ok nothing like that came out of it but I was able to get a 3$ hair color at Walmart that at least got my hair away from it looking so green

Kristian Clay: Sold me a broken T-Wide replacement blade and the package was unopened and bought less than 5 minutes ago. They told me to contact Wahl instead of replacing a $22.99 T-Wide blade. I highly recommend to stay far from this place. Deserves 0 stars but thats not a choice. The manager was very kind and found a really creative way of telling me I'm SOL

The phone said the store was open until 9 but it wasn't even 8 when I got there and it was locked up and dark except for the lights that are left on for the night. I was very disappointed. If the hours are not correct on the answering machine then it needs to corrected. This was for the Evansville IN store.

The store is smaller due to the decreased traffic in this area and being away from the hustle and bustle of the east side is nice for shoppers who dont want to feel rushed or crowded.
