Sabrina Ragler: I had a situation where the store manager went out of her way to not refund me cash when needing something refunded and not having my card handy. Item was literally less then $20. Food that was making my sheepie throw up. I was on my break and she was willing to turn me away. The owner was amazing he had no issue. Upon the owner telling her to refund me she asked him “are you sure”. Not a good way to hide the fact that you didn’t want to refund me when you ask the owner is he sure he wants to right in front of me. Owner is a great guy he just needs a more customer oriented manager.
