East Side Marine Inc: what do users think?
Brennon Atkinson: Drove 3 hours to buy a boat on consignment. Was in contact with Jake the salesman for over 3 weeks. Told him I wanted to hear the boat run on muffs and have a compression check done before purchasing a 31k boat. Get there and ask to hear it run and he tells me he's not moving 3 boats to get it out even though I have cash in hand ready to but this boat. The absolute worst service I have ever experienced and do not recommend this place to anyone. They're going to come back with some excuse on they didn't know I was going to purchase the boat that day but I have the emails proving I had cash in hand and wanted the tests done that day and purchase. Poor excuse for a salesmanship and service!
Marlene Bailey: East side Marine does great boat repair and can order items for you . They also have good assortment of of boating items ,
Joe Besse: Great customer service!
DARREN TIMMONS: Very helpful people that work there had most parts in stock and the parts not in stock were shipped within 2 days very nice place to go
Josh Shreve: Really nice people willingly to work with you
Mike Harmes: I've known this family owned and operated business and there the Best in Evansville. If you are a boater well they are your answer to all yours needs.Reliable,Fair In prices .Get to East side marina then get out on the water.
John Smith: Service Dept does poor quality of work
Sean Troy: Eastside Marine is the way a business should be run. Great people to work with
Hanna Porter: Came here from owensboro. They did have the part that no one else had in stock. The woman that intially helped me was very nice and helpful. But when I asked if they would trade out a bellow for me, which I did not buy at eastside, the next woman that helped was rude. I will be keeping my business in owensboro from here on out.
Timothy Martin: Great people, great service! Just picked up my new boat!
robert owen: Great service and family owned.
David White: Always excellent help.
Elizabeth Williams: Dropped our boat off September 2019 for them to replace the engine over the winter. They put our repairs on hold (didn’t notify us) or forgot about it, and it is now July 2020, and our boat is still not fixed. Working with the service department and hoping to get the boat fixed ASAP.
chad brady: Always awesome service and great experience!
Fred Haton: Very helpful staff
Jon Bond: Plenty of new boats and accessories. With inside boat storage
Bret McCutchan: Was not there today but I have been there before and all was great
Viktor Shell: Great experience 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Chris Collins: Had the parts I needed to get me back on the water....my goto place for boat parts.
Jacob Pace: I took my boat to get a fuel pump fixed and a few small other things. 2200 dollars later and I get my boat back and it has the same problem. I took it back to the shop and I had to argue with them over the broken fuel pump to get it replaced. They said they wouldnt warranty it until there rep looked at it. So the second time I got my boat back the fuel pump is still not working. This is twice now east side marine has put a broken fuel pump in my boat. 2200 dollars later and my boats still not fixed. I'm very upset with east side marine and I'll be taking my boat back up there Monday 6-15-19) If they do not want to fix it for me I will be having to get legal help and go talk to a lawyer. I never imagined east side marine would beat me out of 2200 dollars.
Curtis Garrett: Very nice selection. Lots of new boats to look at in the show room. Plenty of storage for boats. Conveniently located and they sponsor alot of boating events. But their biggest problem is they are not friendly. Been in multiple times and they are just down right rude. They also changed the sticker price on an item once that I bought from there making it more expensive at check out.

Lynn's West Side Marine: what do users think?
Missy Williams: You rip people off.
Jordan Fullerton: Kind, loving, family owned, caring, and all around Great Business!
Chad Bruce: Took my boat in for an engine replacement. They kept me in the loop as work progressed and did an outstanding job all the way through the process. Not many places where you'll get a message from the owner where they're doing the work to your boat themselves. Top notch operation.
Steven Phelps: Took boat in for repair. Got it fixed! Faster than expected
Ric Moore: We had had a puzzling issue with our pontoon. Lynn’s team got us all fixed up. Thanks you guys rock.
Derrick Hahn: Great family run business, always bending over backwards for their customers.
Viktor Shell: Great experience with part order. Thanks Jordan 👍👍👍👍👍
James Rush: They are efficient and courteous.
Curtis Garrett: Just took my boat in for some issues and Lynn's had a very quick turnaround time. No waiting weeks for a diagnosis. They located the issue and Lynn himself called to tell me the news. Once they dove in they found a few more issues and Lynn once again took me to the shop and showed me 1st hand what was going on and explained everything to me. Showed me exactly how it works. It was a great experience and the personal touch of the owner working and explaining everything was awesome.Definitely the best option locally for all your marine needs.
William Work: Great place to do business!!!!!
gail weyer: Very good service. We love our new boat.
Bass Eric: I would give negative stars if I could. I took my 2016 bass boat in for annual service in addition to some odds and ends. Pricing ended up almost over $200 what I was quoted for basic work. I had them pair a remote for the alarm on my boat. I was charged 3-4 hours of labor on the pairing of the remote, which was never completed (It was a faulty remote in the end, but they had TH Marine’s customer support number, and never called them back to tell them it wouldn’t work ((Ben from TH Marine told me they didn’t call back as he handles the calls for alarm systems)). I called TH Marine the following day and they overnighted me an entire new alarm remote and all, paired in 20 seconds. I addressed the fact they charged me 4 times the amount of the alarm in labor they didn’t complete and the shop manager told me “we put in the time, sorry”. There were also deep scratches put in the boat on both sides from replacing a trailer bunk board. I was told they were already there. To put it all to bed, they left the entire boat unstrapped from the trailer had I not double checked it would have been an even bigger disaster. I would highly reccomend staying away. After all of this, I was informed these issues were my fault as they’re not a Nitro Dealer. I feel they are liars, crooks, and theives. Buyers BEWARE!
Lawrence Tully: Only place to go.
foose 1: I just purchased a new engine for my fishing boat from Lynn's. The whole experience from start to finish was awesome. This was the first time I've dealt with Lynn's, and I was completely impressed. They gave me a great deal, and got the engine installed within a couple days. They have gained a new customer for sure.
Derek zeller: Super knowledgeable and extremely nice great customer service
John Wellmeier: I have had the boat in there twice for the same symptom. First repair cost 240.00 Second repair cost 650.00. When asked "is it fixed?" They said that they will not warranty it, and the problem could arise again. Really wish they would just admit that they are grasping at straws, and that they would stop charging me to guess at what the problem is. My father in law has had repeatedly has problems of the same scenario. Described what the problem was, they said they had "fixed it" and the problem persisted. Took it back in, and guess what got charged again to fix the problem... again. All in all they guess what the problem is, and charge whether they fixed it or not.
