Jessica Stewart: Tried to take my daughter to get her belly pierced. Walked up to ring the doorbell and they took the person in front of us. No problem they were first. But never came to help us even after she came back out. There was a lady sitting by the table next to the door playing on her phone who wouldn’t even make eye contact or bother to help us. Another girl came up behind us needing a service as well and we all just ended up leaving. I tried to call once i got in my car and it went straight to voicemail . Then tried again later and it rang but nobody answered. If you aren’t going to answer the doorbell why have one? It’s pretty rude to be playing on your phone right by the door ignoring customers also.

Amarie: I 1st came across this shop due to unforseen circumstances...a conch piercing I received elsewhere had become incredibly swollen to the point the jewelry almost disappeared in the hole. Hope saw me immediately, explained the best course of action and took pics so I could share them with the original shop in hopes of getting a refund. She ultimately decided it was best to remove that piercing and did so with extreme care.My experience with her was so great that I came in a week later to get a daith. She walked me through each step of the process and I couldn't be happier with my new piercing.Super sweet and professional. I had my helix done first because my girls (5&6) wanted to see it done. Amanda explained every step and it was quick and clean. kinsey callahan (Kins): I went here for a tattoo of three hearts drawn by each of my family members. This is important because my dad is dying of cancer and I wanted something special for him. Nick was the tattoo artist that did my tattoo. We had contacted through instagram, which I think is somewhat unprofessional, but I digress. I had sent him a picture of a paper containing hearts that my dad and sister had drawn. A few days later, I had sent the previous picture again, and another picture of hearts my mom had drawn. Within the two pictures, the hearts that I wanted were clearly circled and had “1st” labeled underneath. The day of my appointment, Nick had drawn up 3 hearts. I didn’t check if they were the right hearts because I didn’t think I would need to. Once it’s tattooed, and week goes by with the saniderm on, I looked back at the pictures I had sent. I noticed that the three hearts that are permanently tattooed on my body are the three my mom had drawn… Very disappointing. I had also gotten another small written tattoo the same day and it was $250 total not including the tip. This tattoo was supposed to be special to me and my dad. I reached out to Nick to let him know that the tattoo is wrong, he offered to add the hearts from my dad and sister free of charge. But I have 3 people in my family. Not 5. The parlors up near us cost $$$ for each girl, so it was out of the question at those prices. Since we were visiting family in Kentucky we looked into Evansville parlors. We had a wonderful experience here!! The check in process was quick and painless, and the piercer was wonderful with both of our girls! (I'm sorry I didn't get her name.) Both of our daughters said how little it hurt. As the parents we were so pleased with how clean everything was, and the sanitation between each girl was amazing. Michael Crews: There is so much good to say I’ll try and keep it short. I wanted a custom tattoo to fit my other tattoos. Shad (the owner) worked with me for 2 days getting it the way I wanted it. Never pressured me to get the tattoo and told me twice if I wanted to go home and think about it no big deal. Once he started my tattoo he didn’t give up till it was done 11 1/2 hours later. I have 5 tattoos all by other artist. I will never use anyone else but him or anyone he hires. I have that much trust in him. His shop is clean and spacious. The hospitality is incredible. Chis is the one that answers the phone does all the running and does laser removal. Couldn’t ask for a nicer person. I could go on and if I could give more stars I would. FYI Shad likes Mountain Dew. Dane Reeves: These guys are pretty rude over Facebook messenger, like they take personal offense to someone asking questions, and the one time I got an answer on the phone, Chris Renshaw (that’s the name I was given) sounded high as a kite, slurring and spacing out while he was talking to me. He told me to go ahead and come in, and when I messaged the next day to make sure that was still okay, I was greeted with a “had you listened to the answering machine, you’d know we’re appointment only”. Get that, thought I had one and was messaging to confirm? Told them about the tattoo I wanted and never got a reply back. I don’t know how good their tattoos are but their attitude and work ethic are terrible. I got a much better experience at Earthborn Studios in Evansville. And I would suggest them to anyone, they were prompt with their replies and they made time for us to come in and discuss our tattoos, did amazing work as well!

Josh B: I found this place through Instagram and Facebook, and I’m glad I did. I was able to meet up with Demetrius Harvey and he gave me exactly what I was looking for. The studio is nice, the staff is exceptionally nice! Making the appointment was even easy, you can do it all online. Once I submit it all I wanted to the artist, he took it from there. I feel like if you truly appreciate a good tattoo then you let them guide you as to what it needs to look like. All in all this was a great experience and a really good place to go and get your next ink.

Jessica Buck: I had scheduled a tattoo to be done which was a half sleeve and artists had to reschedule my appt twice then 30 mins before heading to get it done I got a message that he was running behind on appts and was going to be late. Since I was already on my way (which I live 45 mins away) I asked to just get something smaller and my friend get one as well to at least fill up the time slot I had scheduled. I got attitude back for wanting to change it but I had to because I couldn't be at their shop til super late. Once me and my friend got there the person who they said he was running behind on wasn't even there yet and wouldn't let us go ahead of the other person who we found out later was 4 hours late! After waiting two hours they finally started and the quality of my tattoo looks horrible. My friends was ok but not that great for the price I paid. They asked to schedule my sleeve and then on the date I was suppose to go to get it done they had again canceled and wanted to reschedule. I asked to just have my deposit back and have been waiting two months and still have got nothing! I've asked repeatedly only to get some excuse and now just being ignored. For sure won't be going back.

Jo Arbary: Unprofessional, bad tattoo, and didn't give me anything afterwards. Didn't even clean it, wrap it, nothing. I left with an open fresh tattoo. Also I never saw him clean or change tool after my friend went so I'm pretty sure I got tattooed with dirty tools. Immediately after I walked out the door I started bawling. I also paid through cash app which weirded me out.

Deposits are to hold the customer’s spot. If the customer changes their mind, ok customer’s loss. But when your employee doesn’t do the work, that’s your loss as an owner. A the B: Not polite .the worker told me to come in at between 6:30-7 for tattoo. A tattoo for me and my daughter. We arrive at 6:30 he was tattooing someone else and seemed confused at first to who I was until I reminded him we talked on the phone. He said, you'll have to wait I'm tattooing someone else. I said okay. An hour and ten minutes later I ask do you possibly have a gestamation on how much longer and he said no , just depends on weather or not the lady he was still tattooing wants color and I said okay well I'll just call back tomorrow and see if I can make another appointment because I didn't have much time. He was kind of snippy and said you should never come to a tattoo shop if you don't have enough time. I said normally, yes but you specifically said come between 6:30 & 7 He did agree but honestly I think he realized his tone was rash. Anyways I went to Evil Twins and they did both of our tattoos within 20 minutes. So long story short I don't recommend.
