Matt Huntfast: Inventory was very low or sold out on most items. Only undesirable colors were left. I understand that some things are hard to get, but not every item that is popular!
Karen Huff McDermott: Great selection of products to choose from. They always have great sales going on as well. They are very reasonably priced as well. You can find high end products a well as lower priced items as well. This store is dangerous for me!
Christie Keortge: First time ever going into this place since they’ve been in Evansville and it will definitely be my last. My daughter and I went in together and she knew exactly what she wanted to buy. As we were walking to check out, an employee looks at us and coldly states “Did you find what you were looking for?” No smile, no hello, nothing but blank stare. While waiting to be checked out, the cashiers would smile and speak to customers. Our turn, we’re smiling and neither cashier greeted us or smiled at us. We go ahead and pick one to check out with since they were standing looking like a deer in headlights. She proceeds to ask if we have the membership and my daughter kindly answers no we don’t but no need to worry about it because she doesn’t shop there often and what she was buying that evening is exactly what she needed, that’s all. The cashier continues pressuring about it and proceeds to keep talking about the membership and it would be needed in order to return the item. Clearly she did not listen to what my daughter said at all. She wouldn’t need to return the one item because she knew she what she wanted and had no need to return it. Overall AWFUL experience with rude employees. Ulta will never receive my business.

I wish I would have gotten the name of the young lady that waited on me because she was wonderful.Ulta is expensive but they do have good sales at times and you can earn points. I had a good experience there. I was also told if what I bought didn't work I could return it if doesn't work for me. That made me feel better.

Bob Shnieder: on 6/20/22 i had an incredible experience at this location. i was looking for a certain uncommon type of product and 3 separate advisors were scouring the store shelves aswell as online for me. it was one of the vest experiences ive ever had at an ulta.the blonde chanel repthe clique rep with lash extensionsand the beauty advisor with purple bangs all really went above and beyond helpful, friendly, and seemingly a true desire to get me what i needed. Ended up we couldnt find what i was looking for but they all helped me find great profucts nonetheless.simply exceptional

I was offered help by a 1980's rock band member, except this 20 year old was trying to sing soprano. Honesty, my virgina felt too outnumbered his member & beard. I have wrinkles & bags under my eyes as a result of having children. His OWN wannabe facial skin routine is NOT going to help me. Nor do I want to hear his speel about his favorites. I want a host who I can relate to. -Ulta Credit Card holder & Mother who birthed & breastfed 3 & nearing 50 years old. The real deal!

Regan Pace: I visited Evansville Ulta yesterday, December 18th, the store was packed with Christmas shoppers. I just needed some foundation and after looking for a bit on my own was approached by a store associate , Tyler. I just wanted to express how absolutely amazing Tyler was at his job , he was extremely friendly , funny, and knowledgeable. Perfectly shade matched me sent me hone with a bomb sample and gave me so much information on the products . I really am blown away by the absolute customer care that was provided . He should run the place .

Ted Miller: Do not buy their belts.They leave them on a truck and they are old and rotten when you buy them. I bought one and it lasted a little over 17 days. The customer service person I talked basically refused to give me my money back. I came back at another time and talked to a different customer service person. It’s a good idea to save your paper receipts; that’s another way they try to get you.

A: Would have purchased more but the girl at the Jewelry counter was like a hawk on me, popping her gum as I asked about something expensive in Your case, she had Zero Interest in doing this.. as I had less expensive things also in my hands, I basically said forget it, I go check out counter, another one of your associates....didn't give me my change bk bc she Shut the register Drawer (thanx) than your Alarm goes off, I go bk into your Store to show her she didn't take the Device off my tennis shoes that weren't in sale with my receipts! Are you kidding me????? I came in there first, hated the vibe so went shopping to cone bk hours later b4 going to my car. Nice!Could someone give me feedback Please!!!!!!!

Nerd Philosopher: I can now understand why this company is struggling. Yesterday I was just in there looking for the rest room, couldn't find it but I decided I'd buy some clothes from the clearance section. 45$ worth of sales they cost themselves that day, plus the future sales since I won't be going back.I go to check out, and I'm interrupted by a different associate named Tom. He tells me that I can save 35% today and 10% going forward with a credit card. I told him I didn't really want one because I didn't want it to hit my credit. He swears up and down that it's a soft touch and won't hurt it.Eventually I agree after his repeated insistence. He takes all my information, address, social, income, etc. which was way more than I felt like giving out to by some clothes, gets me the card, and then he turn to me and says. "I'm sorry, this card can't be used for a discount on clearance items."I was highly upset he lied to me, I wanted to cancel the card. He couldn't do that, I would have to call and cancel. His Manager couldn't either. I left the clothes there as I hadn't paid for them yet, and then did call and cancel the card. I know Tom is probably still gonna get his commission for a sold card, but I want people to understand that this place has no problem pressuring you and lying to you. Nor will they do anything to make it right beyond saying "I'm sorry". You've got to do that part.Tom told me I could use it the next time I came I in. I told him I wouldn't worry about next time since there won't be one.

Ivan Loh: My worst retail experience in my life. Bought a samsonite luggage from Kohl’s on 7 Nov 2022; about 4+pm. Based on my previous experience with samsonite, they always provide a warranty card. So i seek assistance and manager Deb (if im not wrong), she told me straight up that they are not samsonite. “Take it up with samsonite” she said and register it yourself online. Im jus shocked that it now becomes my fault. So i walked off and realise my receipt is misaligned and i cant make out the number to register my warranty. So i ask for a reprint for the receipt so the cashier seek help from Manager Deb to help me to reprint. To my horror, in order for her to reprint i have to reprint it directly on the spot once i received my receipt. This was what she said. I went back after 10mins to have it reprinted but she cant reprint it. This is ridiculous. So now i might not be able to get my samsonite warranty and its my fault for not being able to spot the misalignment of the receipt on the spot. Really disgusted by this manager’s behavior and attitude. I think this is unacceptable.

Only for an employee to casually stroll out. They don’t want to use the standard bathroom because it’s kept in an utterly disgusting state. Funnily enough it’s been men each time. Those bathrooms should be kept open for those who need to juggle children. Not occupied by employees who should be scrubbing the bathrooms if they don’t like the state they are in.
