Jeremy Bost: Great Local Bank! So much better than banking with the big corp banks! They treat customers like family!If you are a small business owner, this is the place for you! Flexible with options for all size businesses!
Lee: Avoid! High fees for activity on their accounts. No notification when these fees are going to be incurred. Poor website - cannot download or export account details in to a spreadsheet or csv. Difficult to read and understand statements.

HelluvaChic: This bank is conveniently situated on the corner of Burkhardt Road. The tellers are helpful and friendly both inside and in the drive-thru. They are quick to resolve issues as well. My experience at this bank has been excellent!
Andrea Hadley: When we first started our business accounts with them, service was great but over the past year it has gone downhill and their mobile app is even worse, and their customer service when it comes to their mobile app is just awful. The tellers that used to work there that were great no longer work there it seems, and the new ones don't care at all.

Josh Beavin: Normally, don’t go to this branch go to the one on Green River Road. Went to do a deposit and cash a check. Lady in the drive-through was extremely rude. Apparently she can’t cash a check but the other location can do it weekly. Then she thought she could educate me that she’s been at the bank for 20 years. I didn’t know I was giving her an interview?

Bret Roebling: I am the only car in drive-through and I put my deposit in the tube and send it. Four minutes later I get no response that they had received it or welcome to you old national bank or any other greeting so I press the call button. A nice gentleman comes on the phone and tells me that they are working inside as well. Not sure what happened to customer service but when someone walks into my business I acknowledge them and welcome them to my business no matter how busy I am. Employment really must be tough if they’re that short staffed.

Brady Fox: I live in Springfield missouri. We had issues with a title for a car .I called up to the bank and Karen Alvey spent all afternoon going out of her way to help me after multiple people working at the other branches said no. She is an amazing asset to the team here and really went above and beyond what she had to. I live three states away and she still treated me like an everyday customer. Thank you so much. She deserves a promotion for sure.

Joanna Dough: Most outrageous banking experience I’ve ever had folks.I went to withdraw the 6k that was left in my account and got treated like a criminal.No banks has the right to question why you’re withdrawing your money or what you’re doing with YOUR money.No bank has the right to impede their customers from accessing their money — especially at a time like this.You wanna file an SAR (suspicious activity report) that’s fine, have at it.But don’t presume you have the authority or right to question undermine or interrogate unsatisfied customers who wish to close their accounts with your institution.Check yourselves.

William Myers: Absolutely ridiculous. They charged me overdraft fees when I had money in the account and have charged me everyday for a week or two without notifying me. I call them and they admit they are in the wrong but say they can't do anything about it on the phone I go to the bank and they admit they are in the wrong but wont refund me overdraft fees so I still have to pay them! Closing the account. I have banked here for 6 years. Ridiculous.

Marcha Parker: Closed my Old national account because they used to charge me for everything it seemed like. And that’s when I was only working part time so money was tight anyways. Even when my account went paperless, Old national was still charging me $10 a month to send me a paper copy of my banking statement. The app barley worked for me. Old nation is useless. There was a time I went to pay my rent at the Washington Ave location and when a hostile customer began to take his frustration out on those around him, there was an employee who engaged with the man by taunting me, calling him names, challenging him to a fight, threatening him, and chasing him out of the building. She was completely unprofessional! She was seemingly proud of what she just did because she was boasting as she walked back in. But honestly, if this man was mentally ill or under the influence AND had a weapon, all of our lives would be at stake! I’m sure old national doesn’t train their employees to behave that way! I would not feel safe at all if a real emergency took place. The female employee even seemed to brag to the police when he came out. I haven’t been to that old national since! I wouldn’t know if that woman still works there. But when I sent an email to the manager, I never got a reply or an apology or anything. Don’t waste your time with old national!
Carri West: A few of the tellers are nice, but...slow drive thru! Almost always a long wait. This last visit really was frustrating. On my lunch break, i tried to cash a check. Waited at the terminal, after sending check in the capsule, for 15 min. There is never anyone to say "be with you in a moment", you just wait. I press call button(others around are clearly upset). No response. I called the bank and asked if there was a problem. Finally a man shows on the screen and states he needs my account number. I did not want to say it aloud for all to hear and didn't have anymore time to waste. I asked for him to send my check And licence back, i have to get back to work, I'll cash it later. No apologies for the wait, no "have a nice day".
