The “non-smoking section” is a complete joke, it’s literally just signs designating the areas, do they think the smoke will read the signs and not travel around the whole room? Secondhand smoke increases the risk of heart attacks, heart disease, stroke, lung cancer, and other cancers by up to 30% among nonsmoking adults.needless to say I will not be returning here unless they separate the sections with a solid wall, however a smoke free policy would be the most effective way to provide protection from exposure to secondhand smoke. Dixie Shelton: We stayed March 31st departed April 2nd. Very disappointed. No fitted sheet was told they don't have fitted sheets only flat by the lady in the back office because the guy up front all he seemed to know was I don't know. We had no room service. We got 2 washcloths and 4 bath towels for 2 people for 2 nights. Called front desk multiple times never got an answer any time. We called after 10 p.m. several times n called again around 6 a.m. the next morning. No answer at anytime. I thought we would have a small refrigerator in the room. No to that as well. My husband was wanting to surprise me for my birthday. The surprise was on us. We spent $423.00 to be very disappointed. Would not recommend and will not be back. Casino was a joke. We tried to get help in the casino because this was our 1st time. They were rude did not help in any way. Got dismissed with a wave of a hand. Hotel n Casino staff needs a attitude adjustment. I work at a hotel. We would never get by with treating our guest the way my husband n I were treated. But Cavanaughs was wonderful. The staff could learn lessons from Cavanaughs. For $200 a night we thought there would be coffee and contintal breakfast. Even if u would have coffee n creamer would of been nice. That coffee in the room was not fit to drink. And even if it was there was not enough for 2 people. Could not get more because we could never get any assistance. Any time we needed something we had to go downstairs for assistance. As big as this hotel is, I really expected something different. The view is the only nice thing I can say. So the next time we want to get away we will go somewhere else and get better service better rate.

Bectar Braun: The security at this casino is a joke. I left my license and my bally card on one of the machines by accident. I left to go to atm down the street since their atm fee is so high. Once I noticed my license was gone. I drove back to the casino I was gone no longer than 15 mins. I went back to the machine and both were gone. I asked security to run cameras back and was told no because it wasn't a purse or cell phone. Someone can literally steal my identity now. I was due to check into the hotel by 6 pm and couldn't because they wouldn't locate the thief who stole my license.

Christie Griffitt: My best friend and I reunited after some pretty traumatic relationships.. We called and booked rooms for 2 nights. We did not anticipate the rain. When we arrived they had canceled our whole reservation and now it is sold out! The front desk was annoyed by us being here saying it will mess up their audit on their paperwork so she has to go back through and change the fact that we actually showed up. She would not even attempt to look or make the situation any better I even offered to pay for a suite. The room we have until 11:00 I believe that's 4 hours has no duvet on the beds or comforter the beds have no fitted sheets does not have any sort of mini fridge or a safe to put things in it is 1980s at best and the view is of the roof gravel. I'm thinking about jumping out!! We just wanted a nice girls weekend to get away. I would have felt better if she would have at least offered some meal tickets or looked at me and told me to go screw myself oh well as she said be out by 11:00 and we didn't get here until about 4:00 we did try but traveling from Tennessee in the rain took a little longer than we expected. My friend had bragged on this place and was excited to show me around her new hometown. It was heartbreaking to see her disappointment. I hate to go home today but it doesn't seem I have a choice.Noteworthy details: Hospitality was less than desirable room was hot because the air conditioner was off not sure if the carpet is clean or not doesn't appear to be no safe in the room for personals no mini fridge for a cold drink it does have a Bible though.

Abagail Badura: Bed bug infestationsI have bites on my face, arms and back.I woke up with a burning sensation on my arms, went to bathroom and saw my swollen right eye lid, forehead, and saw the swollen bites on arms and back.I took pictures and then checked bed and saw the bed bugs, took pictures of bugs as well. This was at 1a.m. I immediately got dressed went to check out, asked for a refund, got smirked at by Direk the hotel attendant who finally refunded my money.I left and my mini vacation was ruined 😡.I seriously recommend to not stay here!!!Horrible hotel staffNoisy elevator can hear in every room!Tried to get a hold of management regarding situation and no one available.
