Shane Praisler: Truck was a lemon. Transmission was roached once it got good and hot it wouldn't shift right. Needed new shift solenoids at $250×6. The mirrors the had sent to us was Chinese eBay knock offs that didn't have working lights or defrost like the oem mirrors. Jeremy got fired for doing some shady deals. The dealership would not honor anything he promised us. It was a mess and we were stuck with a truck that really needed some money and time to get right. The Diamond Valley financing they set us up with was another joke/nightmare. The entire transaction was a shame on them.

D Blythe: Never did a review before. My car had problems broke down. I came there looking for a jeep or anything really. That was in my price range. Waiting around for about 40mins or so while they run my credit. Came back out and told me I wasn't approved for anything. He claims he sent my info to two different banks.That he would send my info into another bank the next day to get me approved there. He said he would call back the next day. I had no calls. I checked my credit carma account. They had never sent my info to any bank. No hard inquiries at all from them.The next day I got approved for another jeep I wanted at the same bank he said I got denied at.

Justin Swails: This is not a post to bash this dealership as they were very helpful during purchase and have been in business for a while. This is rather saying, be wary of the vehicle you purchase here. Really test drive it and inspect it. I purchased a 2014 GMC Sierra Denali from here in May and in 3 months I have had to dump nearly $2,000 into it and I am still chasing what is wrong with it. It was great on the test drive and very quickly went wrong (within 72 hours)and has been since.

I leased a 2010 dodge nitro from them and the heat went out literally as soon as winter hit and they would not fix it , mind you I just had my new born. We were driving around in the cold and they knew that. I paid the car off and then it blew a head gasket ! I had no choice but to get a different car from them because I knew they’d approve me. Now I just got a dodge 2012 journey and they sold it to me with a messed up alignment old parts that made my heat go out yesterday and Joe said he would come out coolant in it …. After I just told him it was smoking the other day and now I have no heat. Long story short they just want your money they don’t care about your well being

Shelby Bartlett: Unprofessional dealership. First question I was asked by the sales guy was “are we going to be financing or trading anything in?” before I’d even given the car a full look. Didn’t really care to show me anything about the car or features of it, or possibly just didn’t know much about it. When we asked if there were any other used cars around $30,000 we were told this was the only car they had at that price point. The manager was nice and did offer to bring the price down to a reasonable level but I had personally decided that I did not want this car and didn’t want to give this salesman my money. This dealership is right next to a Hyundai dealer so I drove directly to Hyundai. Within 2 minutes of standing outside at this dealership, the car that I had just drove at D-Patrick drove by very fast, slowed down in the road in front of us, stared at us, turned around and screamed off back towards DPatrick. I can only assume this was out of spite that I did not buy it. I found this humorous as the Hyundai salesman was standing with us and had the complete opposite approach from the one at D Patrick and sold me a car within half an hour almost completely due to his great attitude, respectfulness and lack of pushy sales tactics.

He had moved up and was no longer a salesman, but he set us up with Austin H. Austin drove me around to all their lots and even to Boonville where I found my new ride. I really didn’t know for sure what I wanted and he was so patient. Thank you both for making it another great car buying experience. We will be back!

TimTam :D: Yeah, they will steal your money from you, give you the highest price with the highest APR. They are just wanting that cash grab from you. And give you a car with major issues. I have been to many car dealerships, this dealership is by far the worst sadly. I hope my issue gets resolved.

Ling Lee: I was very dissatisfied and disappointed with Dpatrick. Worst experience yet. All this started after they took possession of my vehicle for a minor repair. The only way I found out what was going on with my vehicle is if I was the one who reached out. I was greeted with unfriendliness, and treated as though I was a nuisance and a waste of time. The only reason why I chose not to go somewhere else is because they were certified to work on my type of vehicle. In short I would not recommend Dpatrick I would rate them a zero if I could. Being without your normal means of transportation is stressful enough by itself then adding unprofessionalism into the mix made it so much worse.

Then I decided to make a visit to see the car and when I got there she introduced me to Kameron who had the car ready to show and test drive. Making arrangements for a purchase with Kameron was very straightforward and professional. We picked up the car a week later and a BMW expert helped my wife with the controls and with linking our phones via Bluetooth. The whole experience was good.

Amy VanCamp: Very disappointed in this place. Never bought a vehicle here and don't plan to. I first reached out about financing needing some answers about how they pull credit and it affecting my credit score. Well, they never reached back about that, so I went and got financing from my bank for the maximum amount I was willing to spend on a vehicle. After getting this loan, I saw they had another vehicle listed for just above the loan amount I had I took out of bank but had some additional funds to put with it, so I reached out asking the all cash offer on the vehicle after taxes, registration, etc and was told a solid price and was asked when I could come test drive, but Nick never answered, so I moved on. Same night on Facebook, my husband reached out to another sales guy named Ryan on Facebook about the same truck but wasn't yet aware it was the same truck I had earlier asked about until he showed me and this guy confirmed with him to meet up on Monday, but told him he needed a credit card to hold non refundable deposit, so it wouldn't sell over the weekend to someone else. My husband didn't think to confirm that the same sell price I was quoted was solid and good to go, so the next day just to be sure, I had him check since it was a different guy. Well, this guy quoted almost $1100 more then the other sale guy. He then called my husband wanting to know who we spoke to first. Him or the guy who quoted me. Well of course I could prove by messages it was me who spoke with the guy named Nick first and my husband who spoke with Ryan last, so after that was confirmed, Ryan said that price Nick quoted was solid and we were good to proceed with that price. 10 minutes later, he called back and told us he spoke with his manager who said he couldn't honor that price. If you tell a customer a price, you should honor it. Plain and simply put! The communication is not great here, they are definitely just looking to hustle people, and don't care about the bottom line between right and wrong. There are definitely better dealerships in Evansville. Avoid this one!

Cierra Harper: We bought a car from here last year and have continued to have our car serviced with them. Today at an oil change appointment my son dropped a full cup of milk in our van. There was milk all in my cup holders, under the seats, on the seats, and on the floor. The men in the service department stopped what they were doing and helped us clean it up. They even cleaned my floor mat and cup holders for me so it wouldn’t be sticky. I’ll continue to do business with anyone who is willing to help when they don’t have to.

It was sold to us with a non-functional drivers seatbelt that was supposed to be fixed. Never heard back to have it fixed. We have paid almost double for the car and spent over $1400 just to fix the brakes because parts of the brakes fell off while my husband was driving. The entire car shakes when you drive it. Everytime I call for a pay off amount, it's the same amount. We got a little behind during COVID but have caught up and already paid way more than the original asking price. Very crooked company.

One we noticed because we were there to test drive it, and the other, simply because it was completely missing a spark plug and a spark plug cable. I couldn't imagine what shape some of the other cars are in.

My salesman had to follow up with the service department to even get the repairs scheduled, even though the salesman had left Kenny Kent for another job a week after our purchase. The customer service and communication we received from Kenny Kent was the worst I have ever experienced in my lifetime, and not just from a car dealership. I will never purchase from Kenny Kent again.

An repair defroster. None of witch was done. Boldface lied and said that the whole back glass would have to be replaced to fix my defroster their interior of my car was messed up really bad plastic rattles and does not fit and was not put together properly. The end of the day I was at the shop 4 hours an got nothing fixed. I still paid $149 for nothing. The guy behind the counter was obviously getting commissioned on parts because he said the valve stem was a special order a lie and the only way to fix that car was to put a new glass in. Another lie.

Chanda Burch: Had an appointment with the service department Thursday at 11:00…I explained to the lady that took my appointment that I would need a ride down the street to work and would be there at 10:45 so that I could be at work to open the store on time…got to Kenny Kent at 10:45 & there was no shuttle to take me to work. Very disappointed as I took time out of my morning to make an appointment and didn’t get my oil change. The young lady that helped me when I went in acted like it was no issue & was very rude. Very disappointed in the customer service.

I can't say enough good things about him. Who calls customers after work? Who takes my calls on his day off? Who offers to pick up customers at the airport and hotel? Who got me to the price I had to be at? Who treated me like I was family? Paul!! I will make that trip again to buy from him as long as this truck treats me better than the last one. But that's on Chevy. In the meantime, I will do anything I can to get Kenny Kent more business.

Kim Rindfield: Very disappointed with the customer service here. I got the car in late August of 2022. It’s now late December 2022. I’ve had it in their shop 3 different times now and now my car won’t even start at all. It was literally in the shop 2 weeks ago. I told them I was having trouble with my car constantly dying and needed jumped. They returned it to me telling me everything was fine. I specifically asked them if I continued to have problems with the battery if it would be covered under this time being in the shop because I couldn’t afford being stranded. I’m 34 weeks pregnant and high risk so I have several drs appointments. I went to leave town on Christmas Eve to it not even starting again. So I had a friend come out and jump me. It still wouldn’t turn over. So I called them and stated it wouldn’t start at all even when trying to jump it. They said bring it in and they would look at it. I asked how? She said that’s my problem to figure out. I told her literally two weeks ago I had it in there for this problem and she said it’s probably something else entirely and it’s my problem to figure out. I asked to speak with a manager or higher up. She said they would have to call me back. No call. I have witnesses stating they would take care of this problem if it happened again. And now they are telling me it’s my problem to figure out. I even had one of their sales people tell me he doesn’t trust the mechanics at this shop because they are shady. Should’ve listened to him. They are literally nickeling and diming me.Edit. The owner finally got ahold of me a couple days later stating he apologized but he was just busy. So I was able to get the car to start and took it to them. They fixed the issue without charging me. I have more problems with their service department because Dan was very calm and easy to work with. I hope that the service department can learn from him. Hopefully this will fix my issues with the car and it won’t be back in the shop any time soon
