Dropped off on a Thursday and picked it up on Friday. WOW, night and day to what I dropped off. I finally bought my dream car and was offered the dealer's paint protection called Simoniz which was quoted to me as $795. I did a lot of research on paint protection options and found that Simoniz is the worst option available. Did more research and saw a lot about SB3 being the best out there. Contacted D&L because they offer the SB3, and dude was SO patient with me and answered my many questions. I was only available to bring my vehicle in on one of their normally closed dates and they accommodated my crazy schedule! I'm a veteran and they gave me $100 off as a military discount. He upgraded and added the glass coating as well for no additional charge. He patiently explained how to care for my car to ensure that it looks brand new for a long time. Definitely recommend getting your car taken care of at D&L.These are the services I had completed: One step Paint Correction, SB3 Alpha 5 year Ceramic Coating, & SB3 Optic glass coating.

We're gonna have it awhile so we went with the the full inside/outside detail and then ceramic coating. It literally pops, and looks SO much better than it did the day we drove it home new.You don't find businesses that provide the level of service we got. They started and finished exactly when they said they would, and went way beyond what would pass for reasonable expectations on the paint correction. It's black, so it shows everything and it was so amazingly clean. They were able to get a scratch out of the hood that had been driving me nuts for 2 years. Their prices were really fair. And, they say they stand behind their work for the length of the warranty...and I know they mean it. The wife is so happy...which means I'm happy. Thank you D&L for all of the obvious hard work you put into it. Jill Young: We were hoping for much more for the $390 we paid vs what we received. There were a lot of missed spots on the interior such as under the seats were still dirty, the windows inside and out were smudged and there were still dead bugs on the windshield. Disappointing to say the least, we work really hard for our money but you just don’t get what you pay for now days! For this amount of money we paid it should have been like new showroom quality. We were shown the truck inside the shop when we picked it up where the lighting was poor and when we got the truck out in the sunlight there were a lot of spots that were missed. Not sure how you can wash, wax and detail the exterior and the truck still be dirty?! The bed cover was only halfway washed and some sort of protector on it, there were still areas where spots were missed may because they couldn’t reach it? We were afraid this would be the outcome but what do you do…you take a chance and hope for the best outcome. We were even charged extra because it was an extended cab pick up truck and it was about a $100 job, if that. Not much we can do now though; can’t take it back because what if something happens to it or it’s permanently damaged?! They very clearly strive to provide you with great customer service AND a great finished product.They brought my 3rd Gen 4Runner (21 years old) back to life with their paint correction service. I was dealing with some bad oxidation, swirls, scratches, and BAKED ON vinyl pin stripe decal that ran down the length of my vehicle. I opted in to let the guys lay down a new matte black vinyl decal with hopes of it masking the original decal (which could not be removed without removing pain) and they did not disappoint.They were very helpful and maintained communication throughout the whole process. He missed the tops of my windows, he didn't clean the headliner, among other things missed. I keep my car clean, so this wasn't a hard job at all. No food in my car, ever. No spills or sticky floorboards yet many things were still missed when detailed. I will not come back to this place because there was no passion taken with my car. If you love cars, you'll clean every last piece. Mine was missing so much, still a lot of dirt left. Took it to the car wash the next day to do what he missed, which was the tops of my windows, the black on the door trim, headliner and the windows had streaks. I'm bad about my windows. They gotta be clean for my customers and me. I just don't believe all door were opened and every piece washed and cleaned and then protected like a "detail" job entails. When I got the car back it was almost like a brand new car, not a single dog hair was in the car, the leather seats were thoroughly cleaned and conditioned.
