Kelly Counts: First time I had a reservation, they were overbooked, and didn't have a car for me. The second time, they only had a short-range tesla 3 available we were told to trade out in Dallas due to our destination not having changing stations.
Debbie Moore: The vehicle I got was very clean and exactly what I wanted for my trip. Kat was very helpful in getting me the perfect vehicle.
Lori Mack: The customer service at this specific location is exceptional. We had a family death and needed a vehicle for several weeks. Kat (Katrina) was so kind to my elderly parent and assisted them with navigating the rental process. Her customer care, professionalism and service delivery is appreciated and valued. I highly recommend this location for car rental and service!
Amy Mckinney: The night shift is incredibly rude. My reservation was for 6 pm. I called a few minutes before 6 pm and told them I was a couple of minutes away. She told me if I wasn't there at 6 pm she was locking the door. I got there at 6:02 and the door was locked. She was still in there but refused to open the door. I reserved the car to take my sick husband to a specialist in Indianapolis. This was the absolute worst experience. I was unable to get my husband to his appointment and hopefully he makes it to be able to get to the rescheduled appt. Don't Make a reservation for 6pm if the store closes at 6pm. You won't get it.

Let me confirm an order..and email confirmation said bring your credit or debit card that you prepaid with paid in full walked in the store to pick the car up and was told they only take major credit card.... Had a trip planned for Florida trip had to be canceled had to tell the family we can't go. Please avoid Hertz if you have a family.

Second off the staff won’t even acknowledge that you are standing there making it so awkward and offensive that you don’t really know how to act. Once they finally ask you what you need they’re super eager to say no, no matter what the circumstance is or what your needs are. It’s a very weird experience. Go elsewhere.
Ted Grange: Hertz is no longer at theEvensville Airport. You have to take UBER or a Taxi to get to rental car facility. That's $42.00 ontop of the already inflated car rental fares. Move back to the airport or knock the UBER or taxi fare off the car Rental. STOP blaming everything on COVID!!!!!!!

Renting a car is a pretty easy process, no thrills to be had here, but they did a good job making everything easy peasy.

Anthony Martinez: This location is great. If you're ever in there ask for Ryan he helped me through the horrible time that I had with Allstate trying to get a truck so I could go back to work. There was also a misplaced key and he even stayed an hour after close to help us locate it we searched all around and then he ended up getting me another car to use for the night. I've never seen a place that has a person like that who will go above and beyond and try to help and he lives down by Madisonville so he stayed pretty late and had to come back in early the next day. I will never go anywhere else except to Hertz and deal with Ryan

Eric Howard: Second time I've had to use this location due to insurance purposes.The first time it took close to an hour to get a car rented.The second time we called earlier in the day to let them know we would be in around 3 pm.We arrived at 2:50 only to be told there was no vehicle ready. It was at Midas and would be 30 minutes to an hour before vehicle would be ready.When I expressed dismay there wasn't much acknowledgement and concern. They just wanted to know if I was going to wait or come back. None of which were an option for me.Don't go to this location!!!!

Mark Stamm: I was quoted $1048 for a weeklong van rental. I missed the 12 o'clock return on Saturday by 2 hours. The location was of course closed by then and since they don't work on Sundays I was charged extra for Saturday and extra for Sunday. Needless to say, if you're looking to rent a vehicle, look somewhere other than enterprise, and if you do end up renting from them make sure you get all the details about their operating hours so they can't screw you like they did me. The total charge ended up being $1305.69, my recommendation is to try Hertz.

Sally Slygh: They like to make things as difficult as possible for you so you won’t rent from them. I had to drop my car somewhere for a repair and that company was going to pay for a rental. I also happened to be having a medical procedure today and couldn’t drive. They won’t deliver a vehicle and you can’t have someone else pick it up even if your insurance policy covers anyone with permission to drive your vehicle. I’ve dealt with them a few times. When my insurance company paid for my rental they gave me a car that was not even comparable to what I drive. I believe next time I’ll try Hertz. They want your business.

Brad Butler: Have been an avid rental from this particular location for a little over a year now. I have never had any problems with the staffing, the vehicles, or anything. In fact, the one time I had a minor issue was last time, I had rented a full size sedan. They didn’t have any, so they gave me a Mustang Convertible. That’s great… in the summer. Unfortunately, this was winter, so I needed something with a little more grip. They said to try it out, and if I didn’t really like it, to trade it in to one of the other locations in Evansville. Ended up trading it in at the airport, for a Charger R/T AWD. Good thing, too, because snow came down that night. Friendly staff, great customer service, and clean cars.

Louis Schwämmlein: Schlechteste Avis Station an der ich jemals war! Wir wollten den Abgabeort von unserem Mietwagen ändern, da dies über die App/Website und die Hotline nicht möglich war. Also sind wir um 6 PM zu der Station gefahren die Sonntag bis 11 PM geöffnet hat, es war aber niemand anzutreffen und nur eine Telefonnummer an der Theke. Der Herr meinte das er in einer Stunde vom Lunch zurück ist. Um 8 PM waren wir nochmal dort und es lag noch der gleiche Zettel und niemand war anzutreffen und ist auch nicht mehr ans Telefon! Absolute Frechheit, wenn die Station geöffnet ist aber niemand da und erreichbar ist. Habe eigentlich immer regelmäßig bei Avis gemietet aber das war dann meine letzte Anmietung!
A-1 Duck Hunts: Horrible Horrible customer service by Gage Jackson. Arrived at 2:50 to return a rental that had mechanic problems from Indianapolis to pick up another car to drive to Atlanta. Upon receipt the bill was 20% more than original price at pick up. Upon questioning the agent, Gage, explain there was nothing in his control and to call customer service. Called customer service and they immediately change to the original price well gauge put up a sign and went out to his car at 3:30 PM. Other people come to rent vehicles, he came back in, rented vehicles to them and then put up a sign he was out to lunch and again went to his car while I was trying to rent a vehicle from him after having two confirmation numbers. Real smirky attitude and did not give two cents whether I as a customer were happy or not. Had to rent from enterprise (5pm), the counter next door after having two reservations and confirmation numbers and vehicle with problems from Indianapolis.

"It all felt like, Avis representative DON'T WANT TO WORK WITH ME at all. So I don't have any option other than just leave. It sounded like, that's exactly what the person wanted.So now, I rescheduled my trip to next week. I booked and paid for the Standard SUV (00910245US0) and went to the pick it up. The same person behind the counter. Same unwelcoming gestures, this time they had a car.So I signed the doc, got the key and went to pick up and noticed, its a compact SUV and its DIRTY (1st CAR), I walked back to the counter and told them its compact and I booked standard SUV. No, "We don't have anything other than that. All I have is sedan."Switched it to the sedan, picked a Ford Fusion Hybrid, went to the car to find it, it had SMOKE SMELL (2nd CAR) and I couldn't even sit it that car. Once again went back, informed about the smell. The girl in the counter was going to chance the car right away, but the guy whom I am working with all along, asked her to hold. Made me wait until he finish off with the customer he was working with and took his time to pack all the keys I returned and gave the other sedan Malibu.At this point of time, I just want to get away from there. Got into the car and started driving, turned on the heater and it is SMOKED as well (3rd CAR). Couldn't drive but at the same time I don't want to go back and get treated LESS THAN A HUMAN.So opened all the windows (during the December month) and drive the car home. No way I can drive this car for 5 hours tomorrow, so planning to go back to the Avis rental tomorrow morning and hoping this time I will see a representative who would like to work with every customer and deliver the product for which they paid for with respect.If not, I will just return the car and come home.May be, it's not the problem with the representative, it may be1. They DON'T have SINGLE CAR which is CLEAN and SMOKE Free.2. May be they didn't TRAIN the representative for the JOB.3. May be they never face the consequence for this type of behavior in the past, so IT IS OK to be this way.If you expect value for the money & respect you need to find a different rental company at least in Evansville airport.
chris brothers: First time and last time using Avis, especially Evansville location. Rented a car in Louisville as flight was diverted to SDF. Rented car to get to EVV so I could pick up my personal vehicle as I flew out of EVV. Dropped off car 3 hours later to a kid behind the counter that was more interested in his phone and headphones. A week later, car is not processed, no receipt and now I see they are trying to charge me for a week rental. Time to get my corporate travel involved on this one. Never again, I'll sleep overnight in airport before using AVIS.

Cara Sublett: This was the worst car rental experience I have ever had. They charged us for just about every wrong charge one could have on a on a rental agreement. From “miscellaneous charges” to fuel charges that we didn’t use, to an entire extra day when we had returned the car four hours after initially renting it, you name it it happened. No one at the counter will answer the phone no matter what time of day you call. The phones do not ring therefore the people working at the counter either do not see the phone call come through or just simply choose not to answer it. That said, you are required to go through the corporate one 800 number to resolve any issues, which unfortunately we had to use no less than seven times. Any given call was a hold time from 10 to 20 minutes. Again, worst car rental experience I’ve ever had.

Kirk Davis: Customer service was great at checkout and turn in. I was told an email would be sent with my receipt, it never came. This may have been a program issue so I tried calling 4-5 times over 3 days during their advertised business hours and no one ever picked up. I had to contact corporate and be placed on hold for 10 minutes to be told they'd call back within 30 minutes. 2 hours later I got a phone call and a receipt. Again, customer service was GREAT. The two ladies at the desk were beyond nice.
Desiree Armstrong: I do not recommend anyone to do business with Avis Car Rental. On May 19th I park in the wrong place and the rental car was towed. I tried to go pick up the rental and Avis said corporate would have to come pick it up. (one of the dumbest thing I ever heard) 2 weeks go by and I get a certified letter stating I needed to return the vehicle. I was very puzzled by this because corporate was supposed to be picking up. Come to find out the lady that I spoke to never reported it and now Avis wants to charge me over $3,000 for there mess up.

Amber Dishman: Reserved a 12 person van for vacation 4 months ago- they called today, the DAY before I leave to tell me it isn’t available. I am the only one that can drive with several children, my mother, and my young sister. I have no other option but to cancel my entire vacation that my family and I have been planning since January. Victoria Mason: If I could give this place a no star I would. They gave us a mini van instead of the suv we ordered and it was not ready at all... he gave our car that we ordered to someone else. My husband went in and the man tried to fight my husband. He refused service to us after the altercation. I had already paid full price for the rental. We had to leave for our trip late because we were behind trying to find another rental somewhere else. After 6 hours past our leave time we finally found the last sun in town no thanks to budget. I have never experienced such rude service in my life. When I went in to pick up the car originally he looked at me and said "I have a a mini van that is all I have because I gave this couple my last SUV". We have a large family of 6 and was heading to the mountains. I have never met such a rude person in my life. I have never needed to post a negative review before. Do not go through budget.

Gregory Roeder: Ms Fields,I had reserved a 4 wheel drive Toyota 4 runner from your company for our ski trip to Colorado. On my way to pick up the vehicle I received a phone call from a very RUDE employee insisting I give my payment info on the phone which I did. When I arrived there was no one at the rental desk. I was very disappointed to find that I had been given a 2wd KIA Sportage. This vehicle is UNACCEPTABLE for our ski trip to the mountains in Colorado. If I wanted a much smaller 2wd SUV I would have driven the Ford Escape that I already own. I paid a premium for the 4 runner and if one was not available, would expect a comparable vehicle at least with 4wd.

She is incompetent, unreliable and extremely rude. She was verbally abusive and made us wait over three hours for our car which we ultimately did not even get.
Dale: We reserved a car a week in advance to be picked up at the airport in Evansville In. On June 2nd. Went to the counter and was advised that there wasn't any available and we would have to wait until a car was returned and cleaned. We waited over an hour and gave us the keys to a chevy Equinox and we reserved a small car such as a Toyota Camry. We went to the car and found out the accessories plug was Not working which we needed to plug in our Garmin Nav. We went back to the counter and the young man had left for the day, so we called the number and left a message for a call back. Never got a call back. I figured out the fuse was blown and bought a box mini car fuses at O'Rileys auto Parts and instaled it. Cost $10.00 We returned the Equinox on June 7th at the Evansville airport and no one was there at the counter, left keys in a drop box.We Will Never use Budget again. It was the worst experience we have Ever had renting a vehicle in over 40 years.
Megan young: I've rented from budget as a traveler year round (medical field) for over 7 years. Not once did I have a single issue until I came to this location. I have always recommended this company to family and friends. I was getting a flat so I made it to the nearest budget location, this awful place. The young "lady" they had working and exchanging cars was rude to myself AND their own roadside assistance. I spoke with their roadside assistance and my home office, they had NEVER heard of half of the charges they were attempting to charge me for. The people at this location are greedy, period. They're trying to charge people for reasons their own partner locations and help lines have never heard of. Avoid this location at all costs!!!!
Rose Mann: We rent a car in Evansville Indian on 3/21/22 through 3/25/22 . Lady in Evansville at airport had her kids there and they keep coming out of the back room and she kept telling them to go back in the back room. They were very distracting to her and she could not do her job right.When we got the car the license plates were expired call to let her know and she said that they would put new ones on at the new place so we were driving on expired plates from Illinois to Texas. Then we turn the car in at the airport in Houston Texas on the 25th before the time do in .Then we check our bank statement and they charged us an extra day because they said we kept the car over one day. Charge us an extra $300 very poor business do not recommend to rent a vehicle from the budget car rental very dissatisfied. If I could give zero stars I would but it won’t let me . Stay away from budget car rental. Call customer service and the guy did not help one bit . Got off phone and Call back and spoke with someone else . So I called back and got a hold of Hector and he was very helpful and got us a refund for the extra day and all the late fees and the extra insurance for the extra day . So everything they over charged us for he got it credited back to our card . Now that is good business so I will give them another chance if I ever need to rent a car again .

Showed up to the reserved Budget location and they only had a Honda Civic available... a car that cost far less than the mustang. Then was taken to Avis location at EVV airport just up the road (they are affiliated). Explained situation that I had reserved a mustang or comparable and was offered a VW Passat. The lady at Avis obviously sensed my frustration and mirrored it quickly while another coworker enjoyed his lunch at the counter...Ended up cancelling the 9 day reservation and called their customer service to figure out why this occured (which has not been back in contact).Reason for two stars and not one, is the lady at Budget was nice and apologetic. For that I am thankful. I understand she was limited of options.If seeking out a certain type of rental, I would recommend looking else where and hold no accountability to the online or phone reservation confirmation.

e2power hub: Bunch of frauds and I am done...Rebecca a paralegal is a fraud...the whole company is fraud do not do any business with them...when multiple people are reviewing the business practice of this company its all the same....fraudsters and bad business model...screws people left and right that's why they have a 1.6 rating
Kyle Morski: I financed a tent with this company and they have been absolutely horrible to work with. I have been trying to get a payoff letter for over two weeks now. The communication with this company is horrible and the fees and rates work out worse than a credit card. Do your self a favor and AVOID this place and just open a credit card and finance what you need that way.
Kevin Rice: Never use this company!!! They are terrible!! They have done nothing right! I paid off my Corvette just so I didn't have to deal with them anymore! Been two week since paid off and they still take out a payment! I don't even give them one star.. should be - 5
J Roman: I would never do business with this company again. We have several commercial loans with United Leasing. I have been trying to get a payoff letter from them for over 5 days now! This is very close to costing me a sale and tens of thousands simply because they can’t tell me what I owe! This should not be this difficult nor thus frustrating!!
Anthony Bailey: I pay on time, and over payment every time. Never had an issue until this year when started charging me fees for calling in and asking for my loan balance, they won't display what you owe. Its pretty ridiculous and greedy. I'm going to do some legal research into it.
Trevor Forbes: It's almost incredible how primitive their website is. The site doesn't even tell you your balance or due date. There was an absurd dispute where the first payment isn't included in the booklet. They don't have any idea what they are doing. Avoid this place and get a real lender.UPDATE: Additionally, they do not report your loan to credit bureaus, unless you fail to pay your loans. Since I only found this out multiple years into the loan, my credit age and history will not get credit for this loan. Just another reason to avoid this company!UPDATE: This company charges late fees and never notifies the customer. AVOID AVOID AVOID!
ktownsfinest26: I work as an internet sales manager with a dealership outside of Houston. We received an inquiry on an F150 and sent out pricing and what was asked. Came back a couple days later stating (via email) they wanted vehicle...went back and forth to get all things together...in this crazy market to hold a vehicle is very tough, but through conversation and emails we stated we would lock it in even though money and paperwork still needed to be transferred...long story short 2 days past without the required docs needed as discussed...then upon a conversation finally with one of the loan processors, it was mentioned we would get that info, but due to weather they had not sent it...today we finally get an email stating there deal did not go through and we can go back to sell the truck...very poor business on that aspect. They will not be retained as client.
Joey Conti: Almost comically outdated customer service. It is now 2021; you can monitor, track history, and make payments online for your bills, subscriptions, and literally anything under the sun that costs over $1000... Unless you finance your car with United Leasing and Finance.I have called multiple times over the last two years and the answer is always: "We are working on it, but can't tell you when it will be available."Deeply frustrating.
Christina M: Archaic website with NO way to see how much you owe for your next payment! The least they could do is keep up with the times and design a website for payment that doesn’t look like it belongs in 2002. You can’t even see/print your invoices when you log into your account online. So what exactly is the point with having a login at all??? FIX THIS!
Salil B: Stay away! Financed gym equipment with these guys. They are taking advantage of the COVID situation and hitting their borrowers with higher interest rates in the pretext of “helping them”. If you ask them for payoff they will charge all the interest through the end of the term. I haven’t seen anyone with such unfair business practices and all out to take advantage of the COVID situation to further their interests.

Juan Quiros: This is my first negative review of any business. I had bought a car through them, and when the vehicle was totaled, I owed a certain amount. I was sure I had paid the amount through payment installments (I'm a busy resident doctor). I get a call from someone there, and he says "I'm pretty sure you owed 2-3 payments more, but just working from memory here; would you like to go ahead and pay it." I asked him what was the balance, and stumbling over his words, he says "I'm not sure and my computer is down here, let me get back to you later." Talk about sketchy and dishonest. Need I say more?

Beth Sweigert: If you ask me, this company is totally BAD and not the good kind of bad! They quoted a finance person at a car dealership the pay-off on my car and they were off about 7 thousand dollars, I should only owe $10,000 and they quoted him over $17,000! Very dishonest. Very unprofessional.I only gave it 1 star because you have to choose at least one to post this, they aren't even a 1 star!!!
Nick Lindy: Good rates but terrible technology for making payments. Recommendation from a rep was to send a payment from my bank's bill pay service. If I am going to do that I may as well move this loan to my bank. Every browser I use returns an error with 3-5 letters as you see attached.
Brittney Gaddis: I am a new customer with United. First of all I received my information in the mail after my first payment was due, so I had not even been able to find out how to make a payment before I received the mail. I made several calls to different voicemails at United and no one returned my call. Secondly, there is no option to check the balance of your loan online OR to make an additional principal payment. I’ve never dealt with a lender that didn’t have these options via online banking. Overall the place so far definitely feels like they don’t have their act together. I’d definitely chose someone else at least with a better online banking platform if I was given the opportunity.
Makenzie Carlson: This place is a fraud. They promised me they would report to the credit bureaus which is the ONLY reason I got a car payment. After a year nothing on my credit had changed. I called and they said they have never reported to the bureau and they are currently working on a deal with them. That's complete bull. This company lies there way through everything. I would NEVER use them again.
Amanda Morrison: Very professional, Chris Mason and another office staff member (Kristy?) were so patient! Since I wasn't organized I really hadn't expected to be treated with patience when I approached about reselling vehicle we purchased from them years ago. There was little to be gained from this business in serving our family. They were fantastic! Thank you for making a stressful season more manageable!
Shelby O'Nan: I would NOT recommend this company for any type of loan. I made a payment on my 2013 RAV4 which was $320 a month, they tried taking out 1.2 MILLION dollars of my checking account. When I called in about the issue they told me it was a "common error". A year later they tried to take out two car payments in one month. I have never dealt with a more unprofessional company in my life. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!!
Ben Bauer: Absolutely horrible they took 2 payments out of my account on the same day drained my bank account and told me they can't do anything about returning one of the payments back into my account because it's not there fault I would recommend never using this place this has been an absolute disaster in customer service
Willis Wodnik: We have used United Leasing many times over the last 9 years and couldn't be happier. The are very responsive, very straight forward and they took the time to get to know who we are and the nature of our business. After getting to know us, they were able to offer us lease terms that we wouldn't have otherwise known to exist, which turned out to be very beneficial for our business cycle. We have used them to lease vehicles, machinery and equipment. New and used. If we could rate them 6 stars we would. They have helped us grow our business and we will use them again in the future to grow it even further.

Kenny Kent Toyota: what do users think?
rick ellen: had a great experience. my salesman Joe Pearson called and said my car was in so I just went to pick it up. when I got there earlier than expected he handled it like a pro .He had to juggle getting the car ready ,finishing the sale and dealing with other customers. but he pulled it off. then I went into finance and Russell the finance manager was awesome. had me sign exactly what was agreed upon on the price and loan then he offered some extra warranty which I declined ,until he made me an offer I couldn't refuse(it was that good a deal). So thanks to the dealership for advertising a great deal and then honoring it and not adding a bunch of hidden dealer fees and especially thanks to joseph and Russell for all you did above and beyond standard practice.
Zach: Went to test drive vehicles and the salesman treated me like I was joyriding and even told me that I shouldn't test drive until I'm serious about buying. I spoke to the manager and he acted like it was no big deal. I have had several other issues with this dealer on different occasions as well. I have just bought a brand new truck and it definitely was not from them! RE: It's no surprise that you have no record of my visit since I left a bad review. I can assure you that my review is legitimate. Just ask your used car sales manager. I'm sure he remembers me!
Standard Living: Had a great experience with Steven Shutz.Very knowledgeable and thorough on the process of ordering a new vehicle and helping me search for others. He was very polite and patient with me. Highly recommend him if your in the market for a Vehicle!

Mark Stewart: I had a Sequioa reserved for 7 months. It finally arrived at the Princeton hub and they were unable to get it to the dealership for 2 weeks. I was unable to wait for the delivery. They were flippant about the situation and basically told me that they were not going to help me in anyway!! I was totally shocked and disappointed at their actions!! Would NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone!
Megan Deweese: I will NEVER do business at this dealership ever again. I scheduled an appointment and offered a deposit to hold a car while we drove over an hour to look at it. I was told a deposit wasn’t necessary and while I was on my way to the dealership they SOLD IT. When I confronted them about the situation, they sent “one of the sales managers” out to talk to me and tell me how “sorry” he was and how in this market, they can’t take a deposit unless they know the trade in value. I was never told this over the phone. The “sales manager” wouldn’t even look me in the eye when talking to me. They’re cowards and clearly don’t handle business with integrity. I’m glad I found this out before I purchased a car from them.
Jason Deweese: If you are shopping from out of town don’t waste your time with this dealership! I drove an hour to look at a vehicle and had an appointment scheduled to do so. I even offered to put down a deposit to hold the vehicle and was told it wasn’t necessary! I got there just to be told it was sold 5 minutes before we got there! I wouldn’t even give a star if it was an option!On the other hand. I have had great experiences at #donmooretoyota, #samlemantoyota, #uebelhortoyota, #toyotaofasheville, & #watermarktoyota.I would most definitely got to either of them instead!
Mike McD: Your service department is a embarrassment .Do not bring your Prius to this location. Start showing respect to Prius drivers. They try to quote me $2000 repair. I take it to Raeben tire they could fix it for 200. North Chicago runs deep and Lake Forest is always watching. Treat Prius drivers with the upmost respect. MM
Milo Carter: They make their money from service. They will charge you as much as possible for anything they can. They are crooks, plain and simple.
James Desouza: Does not honor discounts earned because of inventory. Should remember where their inventory comes from and the people who work tirelessly to provide that for them.
Skippy Crest: Make sure you visit this dealership if you want to get ripped off by their service department! This place is looking to do one thing and that is make as much money off of you and squeeze you for every dime that you do not have. Even if your vehicle has a recall, they will find a way to make it not about that recall. Be safe, drive something else other than a Toyota serviced at Kenny Kent.

Jody Pfister: Kenny Kent Toyota is a superior car dealership! Steve Schutz sold us our first new Toyota 4Runner in 2016.... we returned to the dealership to purchase our second new 4Runner from Steve. All staff throughout the process of purchase and delivery were knowledgeable and helpful. We will return to Kenny Kent for our next vehicle!
Dustin Walters: Jason provided exceptional customer service when I bought out my lease on my 2019 Toyota RAV4. Jason helped me secure the best deal and attentively guided me through the financial aspects of the purchase agreement. I was greeted by the team at Kenny Kent when I walked in. It is my pleasure to give Kenny Kent Toyota 5 stars!
KYMason: Kenny Kent Toyota are out to take advantage of you while they can. They have a $5000 “market adjustment” scam going on. When all this Covid nonsense is over, and inventory goes back to normal, remember how this dealership was taking advantage of their customers in tough economic times by overcharging people for new vehicles. Don Moore Toyota of Owensboro and Toyota of Bowling Green have no “market adjustment”. There are several other honest dealerships around that are not trying to use these difficult times as an excuse to make more money off of buyers. One star is too high, but that was the lowest that I could give. Just shop around, and avoid Kenny Kent Toyota.
Virginia Pieciak: The Kenny Kent Service department is careless. Went in for a routine service and as I was leaving, my car was wobbling. I parked and called the service department and started to explain my situation and when I mentioned them coming to me cause I couldn't drive, I was hung up on. Turns out, my wheels were not torqued and I saw that there was only one lug nut on one of my wheels. I walked back to the service department and was very vocal about my frustration because it could have been dangerous for me. I did receive an apology and promised a free oil change, but I'm still dissatisfied and will probably not return to this service department. Recommend doing a test drive in parking lot and reviewing the service checklist prior to leaving after getting your vehicle serviced. Not worth possibly getting killed over for something so basic.

Merry Cain: Purchased a 2020 Toyota Highlander with 22k miles with a trade in. Mark Linenburg was incredibly nice. No pressure, just helpful! We were able to get the KBB value of our trade. The price we negotiated for the Highlander was exactly where we wanted it. It wasn’t an over inflated amount like so many dealers I’ve heard about in this market. No crazy fees when we purchased. Overall one of my best experiences purchasing a vehicle. This is my second KKT vehicle and I’ll definitely purchase from here again!
