No: I would not suggest this place for employment. The only person who does their job is the older HR lady. The management are the absolute worse. They have other employees train you for two days and put you by yourself. The day shift maintenance men who come to fix your machine will curse you out and tell you they refuse to come back to fix your machine. The welding machines are very old and need replaced. They use bits which are not the correct size and they wonder why they can't get parts to weld properly. If they have parts come out bad they put blame on the new people. The older operators will place bad parts on your rack and send them to assembly. The men who work there take a lady being nice as flirting and I constantly had two men who were married try to rub against me and flirt all the time. One constantly came into my welding cell and would try to hold me hand. I even had one guy tell me to jump up and down cause he wanted to see body parts of me bounce, and I was told they had a bet on the line to see how long is stay before I quit. If you talk to management about it they laugh and ignore it. I got to the point to where I literally cried as soon as I got into my car after my shift. For someone such as myself who welded at Toyota and never had a welding issue with experience. I sure had problems working at this place. There was way to much drama, employees seemed to enjoy the drama and most enjoyed causing chaos instead of making a better work place. I could have hired a lawyer and had a case but every one I talked to wanted 230$ a month to take this company to court for harassment. I do not suggest this place to work unless you want to loose your sanity. If anyone else has found a good lawyer who helped them please let me know. I felt like I had no choice but to quit. People there are nice at first but true colors come out very quick.

DatGirl’sOnFire Boo: It’s Great To See How The Place Grew! I worked at Fisher Dynamics in 2015- 2016. It was my first production job. I absolutely loved it. I didn’t like working 7 days a week, between 8- 12hrs a day. I didn’t like the work environment where whenever I tried to be kind to someone it was perceived as flirting. Sometimes I found myself crying in the bathroom. When I left the company I had gone through 7wks of therapy. This place had taken a toll on my mental stability. Yes, the work was easy and the pay was good but who wants to be verbally abused every day for 8- 12hrs? I was taught to treat people the way I wanted to be treated. So, that’s what I did. Mentally, it tore me down! I remember going to Janice in H.R. and crying to her. However, I learned a lot at Fisher Dynamics. I’m not from Indiana so I learned at Fisher Dynamics the ways of the people here in Indiana (Evansville). I learned that I love working with my hands. Today, I am still in production and it all started at Fisher Dynamics.
