jmg: Please do not go here and pay their RIDICULOUS prices! It’s sad! I paid $27 and I will have to clean my car more here at home. I will never go back. I do not go around leaving negative reviews. All of my other reviews are 5 star reviews, EXCEPT for First Ave Car Wash. They are NOT who they used to be. Also, interior cleaning used to be covered in your package if you bought a certain one. Now they want and extra $15 to do that! There are other places to go. Please look at the reviews people are leaving and believe us!!! And then the owner Jeff will comment and apologize after the negative review. But, the damage and loss of money are already done. Don’t make this same mistake.

Marissa Sanford: Husband got hired to work there from 9-5, he worked one day vacuuming cars out and then hasn’t worked again after showing up 3 different times for work and got told to go home because they didn’t have anyone to train him and then got told to check back in a month for a job. Why hire anyone if you’re not going to train them or have them actually working when you hire them? We needed that job and they didn’t seem to care. Don’t hire someone if you’re not going to actually train them or schedule them to work.
Heather: Use to love this place & even still went when prices changed but now they have younger people working there & you can tell. I don't have little kids but when I left all I seen was small finger prints on the windows. Plus the vacuum was not up to par. I couldn't tell if they actually vacuumed because there were still traces of crumbs on the floor. Probably won't be back. With inflation who has the money to waste...NOT ME!!!Service:Vacuuming

Lynlee Phelps: First time using this car wash. Rajing and his supervisor helped me pick the best wash to get my suv clean. My suv was covered in mud and everything else and their best package got it super clean in one time thru the wash. Both gentleman were super professional and helpful. Definitely will be returning. Patti Humphries: My husband had his car washed last October 2022. When it went through the heavy fabric caught his wiper blade and tore up the wiper motor. My husband spoke to Bryan McKewen, Manager of Finish Line Car Wash, Evansville and told him he would be given the money for damages. We have been trying to get compensated ever since then for $100.23 - the cost of new wiper motor. Every time we call them they have turned it over to the Incident Department?!?!? The District Manager, Chase Cursey, did call our house once and said the check was mailed back in December - but somehow it was mailed to correct street address, but WRONG CITY?!?!?! We would just please like our check for damages done to husband's wiper motor - 2019 Acura MDX! I have called MANY MANY times with them also saying someone will contact us or e-mail us - NOTHING EVER! Thanks!

The GM came out and talked with me and said that he “doubts” that I’ve been there before because they would have caught it. The inconsistency and the fact that the GM implied that I was lying has brought me to the conclusion that I will probably never visit mikes again. Lucas wash down the road did a great job today.Also, Mikes make out a check to my wife by accident and did not know they made it out to the wrong person - we voided the check and called them to inform them of their mistake - then the GM implies that I lied about being there before in my truck. We've tried the car wash on West side (Lloyd Expressway by McDonald's & Expert Tire... and it didn't clean our vehicle - plus the employees were kind of rude, tbh) the entire staff at Boss Wash are extremely helpful and kind... the owners aren't afraid to get their 'hands dirty' aka We've seen them, on multiple occasions, even in inclement weather- working on their 'line' scrubbing vehicles prewash... that's the kind of owners I admire and respect! It shows they genuinely care, in my opinion!

Got a call today that they won't pay for damage on vehicles over 5 years old. They told me there is a sign stating so but I didn't see it. Wash cost $17. Replacement part is $35 plus shipping. Won't be going back there.

Barry Englehardt: Would give Minus Stars if I could. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Had their on-going Monthly Unlimited plan for several years (believe it was around 5 years). Went to West Side EVV location back in September 2022 to cancel & employee DID NOT tell me I had to call to cancel. Now 4 months later & they’ve been drawing $39.99 monthly and they refuse to offer ANY compensation. If their employee would have told me to call, I would have. The Manager @ West Side said there’s nothing he can do; only Customer Service can do any type of credit. Customer Service REFUSES to do anything whatsoever even tho it was their employee who was in the wrong. Even tho they are a few block away, I will NEVER use their services.

James Crowe: This Car Wash has moved from Cash and Card for payment to card only. Charged my Card automatically for a monthly membership $34.99 when i just wanted a $10.00 wash. Go inside and they will not refund and i am told to call customer service. Possible Scam here as customer service will not call me back and now i have a monthly plan and no sticker or any way to even use the plan if i wanted it which i do not. Very poor customer service at best and a possible Scam at worst. We did use this Car wash several times a month for all 3 of our vehicles but i think that we may be done.

And I believe the brushes scratched the top of my car. Had my car came out clean and shiny like it does at Mike's I been happy. But dirt and scratches I'll nvr return.

The spinning roller hit vechile so hard it tossed is back and forth and put side mirror pushed forward as far as it would go.They were rude to me about this. Told me to call customer service . Customer service were unable to help me.which they were sorry but said pictures should of been taken then and an incident report done. Advised me to go back there.i had already left and live 50 minutes away... oh and my vechile wasn't even clean ..Very disappointed with this experience and don't recommend anyone to go there.

Alvin Esteves: Switched to Pitstop after using a touch wash and seeing scratches on my paint. The touchless ones like Pitstop don’t have this issue. No lines. The only missing feature is monthly wash option which I had in my previous car wash company
The Doctor: This is the best drive through car wash in the area. I refuse to use any washes with abrasive brushes that damage the clear coat, I only do touch free laser washes. Car washes like this are rare, and this one’s a gem!

Matthew Menke: One of the last touchless carwashes left in Evansville. They are reasonably priced even for their high end wash I know I will always be back anytime!

Danny Rozhon: The spot free rinse was definitely not spot free. Other than that everything else was okay.
wes sanders: Change machine only distributed tokens, no soap came from nozzle when selected, rinse had whatever you selected previously. I don't recommend
Lindsey Hall: The automatic carwash doesn't actually get your car clean at all. The do it yourself part is ok, but don't accidentally leave your mats or anything behind because they just throw them away they don't hold on to anything.

Linda Reising: Usually very pleased but machine took 5.00. No one around and cards out to leave a issue. Called number left message and no return call. I have always liked this car wash. Just disappointed in no return call for a loyal customer.

J.: Spent $13 to wash my car in the automatic car wash just to get out to realize that it didn't do anything..... so I spent another $15 to hand wash it myself. The change machine wouldn't take $1 bills and it wouldn't take all the tokens that were given exchange for my fives and tens (from the car wash themselves) They need to update their change machines and their soap or something because it didn't even get leaves stuck on my car off in the automatic car wash. They had a lot of vacuums and such oh, it was nice and clean, but I probably will not be going back.
