Ida HILL: Every time I buy shoe they brake in place should not brake
Jaiden Eaton: I ordered 2 pairs of shoes pink and brown steve madden tennis shoes. When I put in my order and my card information in the first time on my phone, it said error. I didn't receive any confirmation in my email about it going through even though it said error. I then proceeded to still purchase them but instead on my laptop, it went through on my laptop. I then received a email confirming that my purchase went through, the next day i realized my account in a negative. Which means they charged me for 4 pairs of shoes and I only received a confirmation for one of those transaction. I then had to pay my bank a fee that i didn't create or do. So that same week I received all 4 pair of shoes and had to return each pair of them because i was charged double and it was the wrong size. I still wanted the shoes so i told my mom to order them instead since the first time i ordered it gave me error. My mom orders both pairs of shoes the same day, i return all 4 pairs of the shoes. I received only one pair which was the pink one the next day, even though she ordered both pairs together as one transaction . Shoe carnival then proceeds to send me a used shoe. The inside is dirty, as well as the bottom of the shoes, it has black marks on the shoe too. My mom looks at her account and they then reverse a payment and send the money back for my other shoe. So at this point I went and ordered that same pair of brown shoes that I did not receive from Macy's. Later on that day my mom gets a email about the brown shoes saying that they are on the way after they reversed the payment and after i have already purchased them again from another place. I then go and call the 1-800 number Roshnin is the one I spoke to that works for the call center devision would not accomodate anything. I explained everything and she basically called me a liar about the shoes not being dirty and about how the first transaction i doubled charge it myself. Which was 4 pairs of the same shoes that I returned the next day. Roshnin then put me on hold to speak to her supervisor of the call center. The supervisor name was Winnie, she was rude, she does not care about her customers, she would not accommodate anything for the inconvenience that the caused, all she said was i would have to return the shoes and reorder again after both incidents happened in the same week on there behalf. If i could give 0 stars i would do just that, this is extreme poor customer service. I will not be giving service to them ever again.
Christina Rushin: I just left the Waxahachie location. The female clerk was very helpful but the male clerk was rude to the point that I almost left the 3 pairs of shoes I purchased sitting on the counter.
Benjamin Reynolds: Nonstop spam. I've never ordered shoes from this place and have unsubscribed on their website several times, yet I still receive at least two emails from them a day.
Sassy BlueEyes: Can't ever find my shoe size. 5.5. I know my size is small, but I should be able to find at least one pair. I try to wear size 6 but end up with blister on my heal as they slip. So you guys lost around 200. Cause I was going to buy at least two or more pairs of shoes. Ended up buying online direct from the manufacturer Id rather pay more and have a shoe that doesn't kill my feet. If I hear one more time I should by kids shoes Im gonna flip out. Your loss.🤨
Arnedra Jordan: Horrible service still waiting on my refund from November. DO NOT Purchase from them they also do a lot of lying. The girl tried to make it look like I took the shoes into the store there is no Shoe Carnival in California. I reported my case to the Better Business Bureau let them handle it.
Paige F: This is one of the worst companies I have ever done business with. I bought a pair of shoes online. They did not fit so I initiated a return, however, I had to close the bank account I used for payment of the shoes. I was advised I would receive a gift card since my original payment method wad no longer valid. I was then told they couldn't issue a gift card and to contact my previous bank for the refund of the funds. Bank had no record and said they wouldn't accept a refund because the account is closed. Fast forward 6 weeks, 6 emails and 8 phone calls of a constant back and forth, gift card, contact bank, no gift card and so on. FINALLY after all the calls and emails and multiple b*tching session I got my refund. Don't know why this company is so inept as to simply issue a gift card from the beginning that I would be spending in their store anyhow. WOSRT COMAPNY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!

Andrea Hicks: I ordered a pair of shoes online with Shoe Carnival, I had discounts applied which did not adjust the cost. Spoke with a Rep and Manager, Manager would not honor the discount. They are frauds. I cancel my order.Shoe Carnival I will never shop with you again. I have to give one star to submit the review. You get no stars!! Your customer service SUCKS. Go out of business!

After interviewing my nephew he called his entire staff into a circle begin to talk about my nephew In a negative way. My nephew is only 16 with no experience so he know about interviewing. As a good supervisor he should have seen a canvas!! Well spoken groom and good manner.
Angela Robinson: Been a customer for years. Made the mistake of ordering a pair of shoes through the store for the first time. Was blatantly lied to by a associate. Was told I'd have shoes in 3 days. day 7 and still do not have them!!! Called customer service and they offered a 4.00 discount.. 4 dollars to make up for a hour drive one way and 4 days being on the phone trying to located my expensive package that I now no longer need due to their ignorance. They 100% completely lost my business!!!

Well that is by far the worst form of business I have ever seen..If my grandkid changed her mind so should you at accommodating us! The worst company policy ever! Brianna Allen: If I could I would give 0 stars but it would not let me go further without marking a starTerrible customer service placed a online order to be picked up in store thinking they offered curbside pick up like every other store at this time called they said no I had to come in store with my iD walked in the store and they would not give me my paid for order unless I had a mask on called customer service to cancel order and they couldn’t cancel they said the only way was to return the shoes and I explained to customer service representative that they wouldn’t even let me pick them up she said I needed to call the store and ask if they would walk them out to me since she couldn’t do anything so I called the store spoke to the manager and told him I would like to cancel the order since they wouldn’t give me the order my card has already been charged he said they couldn’t and said he would be happy to help me if I would just put on a mask so as of now shoe carnival in Plainfield is holding my order that has already been paid for and will not cancel the order I also can not have anyone else pick up the order for me will never spend money with shoe carnival again for this reason if they would just offer curbside for the people who can not wear a mask it would be fine so now i am out the money spent on shoes and still have no shoes
Amanda Laws: I had bought2 pairs of baby girl boots size 5 for my twin girls. They didnt fit. I took them back Sat Oct 3rd. I was suppose to be refunded on my debit account when I stuck my chip in the reader from the same card I paid with and it still hasnt been refunded back to my account yet and its Oct 6 and I have called the store and spoke with someone name josh that said he would call me back or email me about it when he figures it out and I never recieved a call or email and I still haven't recieved my 57.33 on my bank card. I have checked with my bank and there is still no pending transactions and shoe carnival isnt trying to help me get my money back but they sure did get their shoes back. I use to love this place but now I'll never shop there again. This is where I bought my whole families shoes but yet if something doesnt fit and I take it back I cant get my refund. I bet those boots I took back are on the shelf to be sold again and I still havent even been refunded for them. This is the shoe carnival in bristol TN in tge pinnacle. I am fed up with not having my money back yet.

Johnathan Mccoy: I will never buy anything from these thieves again. I bought shoes on Sunday and Tuesday morning they decided to steal a double payment. I called first thing in the morning to get this straight and was put on hold for an hour. Never again.

I don't mind paying such price for something but I'd expect it to be how it was or whatever.Places ran out very early or the item on the map was listed but you get to the booth & they explain it wasn't sposed to be listed..My son & I did get to attend the Special Kids Day again this year, I think it's great they are able to set time aside for this so EVSC kids can enjoy the Festival as well!
