Casey Erickson: We eat at Buffalo Wild Wings often & it’s hit or miss. I called to place a Togo order and after I redeemed my points and paid I was told they didn’t have an Item I redeemed myPoints on. Telling me when I ordered would’ve been nice but they said they refunded me my points. I did not get my receipt because when I asked if I would need it the manager told me no. I still have not been refunded my points and when I called Buffalo Wild Wings the manager basically said SOL because they don’t have much to do with the rewards. I called blazin rewards and since I didn’t have the receipt (they said I wouldn’t need at the store)they couldn’t do anything. Way to show your customers you care.

I don't personally like sports bars and that's what this place is. Nate Forney: Went to watch the WBB Title game and the service started great. Got an appetizer and drinks fairly quickly. While we were watching the game our waitress ended up taking our salsa and guac without asking. The food was average at best but I had gotten extra wings to be able to eat later. Check came to the table at halftime without asking about desserts. I paid at the table during the fourth but stayed for the rest of the game. As soon as the game was finished I went to the bathroom, went back to get my wings and they were gone. I don’t feel like I should have to bring wings into the restroom. My server saw me headed back to the table and went to hide in the kitchen. There was no wait in the restroom and it couldn’t have been more than 3 minutes. To dispose of 10 to 15 wings instantly is very wasteful and we were still in the restaurant.

Michael Cosby: Everytime I order carry out from there they never sauce my wings at all!! What a joke. Just last night I ordered 15 garlic parm wings and they were completely dry I was practically choking to get them down. And the time before they ran out of the same sauce and didn’t even tell me, I had to call and get a refund. If you like dry wings then enjoy.

Spencer D: Don’t order take out here I consistently have the worst experience. Ordered a scheduled pickup 2 hours in advance and got in there and waited over 30 minutes past the time. Over 20 Togo boxes and 5 people working on them but no Togo boxes moving. Not even busy. This was the second time this happened. Will not be doing this again.

Peggy Webber: This place is a joke. We made reservations 3 weeks ago for 20 people and confirmed today around noon. When we arrived they had seated another party of 20 without confirming it was the correct party. They told us they didn't take reservations and tried to blame us until the manager finally admitted the mistake. He ended up seating our party but never assigned a server to us. Over an hour later and we only had a few drinks but food orders were never taken. Do NOT recommend! There was one server, Periahe, who tried to make it right but she was just way over worked. She definitely deserves a raise.

Spencer Boyle: I used to enjoy this Buffalo Wild Wings location, but at this point I think it might be time to give up on it.I mostly order for take out now. They've changed the system so online orders just get stuck on a shelf with nothing to keep them warm. The pick up time will be set for 30+ minutes when really the food is ready for pick up in about ten to fifteen minutes.So now when you pick up your order it's been sitting out and all of the food is cold. It's not that difficult to put online pick up orders in the same warming shelves that still exist in the store and they put the orders for someone who calls to order in.Might as well just not waste your time if you want warm food.
David Martin: I've always enjoyed the food here so I've repeatedly come back over the years. After my last two visits I'll never return. I sat at the bar for 15 minutes tonight just waiting for the bar tender to get off his phone to give me a menu. I finally just walked out. The time before that it was almost the exact same issue but a different bar tender. I made a video of our bartender that never tended to us, texting for over 8 minutes while all the patrons sat staring at him. What a joke this place has become.
