Benjamin Dunkle: I really wanted to leave a 5-star review because this Chuck-E-Cheese definitely deserves it they go above and beyond to make their customers happy. My 4 year old daughter and my family and a friend from church celebrated her fourth birthday here and my other daughter has something happened that made her sad and it definitely wasn't Chuck-E-Cheeses but they went above and beyond and did some things that they didn't have to do to make her happy again and I meant a lot to me. They're pizza was great all their games worked it was clean and all the employees were very friendly to me and my family and friends. Will definitely be back and we definitely recommend the community coming here for fun and celebrations.Kid-friendliness: Very kidsafe they put a number on your hand with your kids and on their your kids hands when you walk in and when you walk out they make sure the numbers match to make sure the kid is walking out with the same person that walked in and they're super friendly to everybody and have great customer service.

Kezri Anna: Honestly I was going to give this place to 1⭐ because of the service. There were younger people working today and they seemed annoyed when you would ask them a question or for help(To do a job they were supposed to be doing in the first place).Also, the first couple of machines took our money but didn't work. We had to go get it back on the card.The only thing that really made it worthwhile was at the end when we did laser tag. My kids had a blast and so did we.Also, the kitchen staff was super nice and prepared me a pizza without meat. I really appreciated that.My kids enjoyed themselves but I think that there needs to be a meeting with the workers about their attitudes towards the costumers.I understand if it's at the end of the day and everyone is tired and wrapping things up, but it was at opening time.This was our first time coming. We drove and hour away with high hopes for this place, but honestly we probably won't be returning.

Leah Lomax: This place would've been a perfect dinner/play area if the games and rides were all working. We were able to do a really fun ride plus bumper cars. Sadly a few other games stopped on us middle of game but im sure if we complained more they would've refunded us our money. Pizza and choices of food are better than chucky cheese so all around a good experience. Staff was very friendly and helpful. One staff member even did the bumper cars with me and my daughter which made it more fun.

Brandon Aldridge: Machines took so much money from us and the my daughter won a large ticket prize. The employees acted like I was making it up. My five year began to cry. You can't buy this stuff with cash I guess. I would have in a second to get out of there. The manager had me literally running after her with my daughter in my arms to keep up just to tell me she wasn't doing anything about it. My daughter is not spoiled but she won and she was so upset when she didn't get her tickets.

Kendyl Qutie: Had my daughters 1st birthday there...never again spent over $200 for 90 mins...didn't even get a chance to open presents also the "Host" wasn't very attentive at all. They don't seem unprofessional just under employed and looked stressed. If your gonna expect people to pay a lot of money for a room then give them more than just 90 mins I will be going somewhere else next year
