christina stevens: I get a shrimp dish called Governors prawns and they are absolutely delicious! I like my asian dishes very spicy and they deliver each time. Hot and sour soup is very good as well.Staff is friendly if they know you or recognize you as a regular. If not they can seem a impersonable. I dont mind that they seem mad at me taking my order as the food is worth it to me.

The pork was flavorful, with a hint of heat, cooked well, and a generous portion.The dumplings were amazing, the sauce really works with the dumpling. Though for $7.95 i would have thought to receive more than six.Vegetarian options: They have 12 tofu and vegetable dishes, as well as 8 noodle dishes that don't need meat.Parking: Lots of parking on this strip mall. Also very easy to wait outside the building.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible, though you'll have a tight left turn coming in from the vestibule.

Joshua Ohmer: Szechwan remains the best Chinese restaurant in Evansville and probably in the region, even into its second generation (and third decade). They have some really unique menu options. Start with their very good crab Rangoon, Szechwan dumplings, or lettuce wraps, then try the willow beef, fantasy duck, sesame beef, or pork with plum sauce. Empress chicken is another popular option. Or if seafood is more your taste, I hear the apple shrimp is nice. Enjoy with a nice pot of jasmine tea!

Robert Barnes: Great experience! We just moved back to the tri-state area and read the great reviews for the Ma T and decided to give it a try... very glad we did. The two of us ordered the Royal Queen Dinner set, included soup, salad, pork egg roll, two entrees/rice (white or fried), and a strawberry cheesecake mousse for what we thought was a reasonable price.We ordered one each of the egg drop soup and hot and sour soup, both were very good. The egg roll was full of meat and veggies (not all veggies like some cheaper ones). We chose General Tso's Chicken and Spicy Garlic Pork, both were top quality, freshly made and well seasoned. We left too full (my only complaint....lol).Had the pleasure of talking to the owner/boss of the restaurant and she mentioned that they're a family business that has been serving the area for 17 years and that they have a lot of regular customers. I can see why, everything in the place was clean, and had a sense of pride about it. If you like good quality, freshly made chinese food, you won't go wrong here!

Noah Scott: I ordered carry out for lunch. It was burnt and soggy. When I called and told them about it they advised me to bring it back. Since I work I dont have the luxury of just leaving to go take it back. When I told them this they said well bring it back when you’re off work. Almarie McLamb: Me and my family really enjoy this restaurant. The food is always fresh and tasty. The staff is polite, friendly and professional. Sometimes there’s a little wait when it’s busy but they keep the food well stocked and area clean so it’s a good trade off. The Restrooms are well maintained and hand sanitizer through the buffet line available for public use. The TOGO is also very easy and and affordable if you want to take out or you can call ahead and they will have it ready for you to pick up . I very rarely leave a review but I’ve been going here weekly for almost a very and they have consistently provided great customer service and care, and a great and affordable dining experience . I would recommend to anyone who enjoys Asian Cuisine Buffet style dining .

Mark Dormeier: This is my usual, my 'go to' place for Chinese takeout. For years I can't think of one time I've ever had any problems with this establishment. Order is always correct, always made fresh and timely matter. Staff always friendly and consistent with the upmost integrity.I like to try different menu items, but I will always get their egg rolls with duck sauce or their crab rangoons with my entree. The beef & broccoli seems to be the healthiest option, if thats your thing. I definitely recommend pork spare ribs. Support local businesses

We literally ate a small amount of what we could, paid and left. I did leave a tip for our waitress as I felt sorry for her. She did a good job just food is not great. Crystal Frnkova: My husband and I wanted to try a new place so we tried canton. I haven't been for several years and hes never been. We went on a Saturday early evening about 4pm. Selection was very limited but it was fine. The food however was cold. All the utensils had caked on food as if it had been sitting there all day. All fried chicken entrees were mushy and lo mean noodles were hard.Waitress was polite and kept our drinks full. She of course has no control over the food and we always tip our hostess.On the other hand, the food was below delicious and not worth $27.81 for 2. As soon as we left, we had to run straight to target to the bathroom. Since we already had exited the restaurant building.We won't be going back and indont understand all the decent reviews. This place used to be good in the early 2000s, not anymore.

My husband and I really enjoy Chinese food and this was just so different from any other Chinese we’ve had and in our opinion, not in a good way. To start, their CRAB Rangoon (listed on the menu as crab Rangoon) is made with tuna (confirmed by server) and is served with some type of strange “sweet and sour sauce” which instantly made me worried about the sweet and sour chicken meal I had just ordered. My husband ordered empress chicken which anywhere else is General Tso’s made with white meat but at this place just tasted like chicken in brown gravy. The fried rice is also not like a traditional Chinese fried rice with egg, veggies, etc.

Danielle Powell: After leaving the nearby furniture store, we spotted the restaurant and decided to have takeout. The staff greeted us warmly like a family business that cares about who walks through the door with grateful vibes. We were asked have we had visited before, did we want help with the menu, suggested appetizer items and almost forced the up sale cleverly for egg rolls and wontons. Ordered House family special, fried rice, Combination vegetable and lo mein. The fried rice was pretty tasty, the lo mein was good, I enjoyed the fresh veggies but the fried appetizers were pre-cooked and kept heated as I expected them to be fresh and crispy. the egg rolls were I bit gummy, and the won ton stretched chewy as I bit through the small bites. I'd rather the sides be made fresh and I'll request that when I return.

Too much gossip about patrons and customers, too much abuse of staff, too many negative public comments made by ownership's adult child, who is an employee.Purchased from restaurant at least 3 times per month since the pandemic began, again despite owner's legal troubles. But I will do so no more. Environment is mean, nasty, and hostile.

Mary Hawkins: We stopped with 8 people total after our special olympics B Ball game. We were disappointedit wasnt a buffet any more, but decide to stay anyway. I am so glad we did. Amazing food, large portions, and good service. We all brought food home. I am a foodie and I have eaten a pot of Chinese food but this was the best I have ever eaten, crisp, nicely sauces and served. A real gem.

Crab Rangoon didn't have a lot of Crab in it.Service was slow but there were only 2 people waiting the entire restaurant. The buffet is NOT open . Chris Lee: Had another great dinner here. They make meals to order from their menu. They have a wide variety of traditional favorites. You can request any of the meals prepared extra spicy if you like that. The service is great and the restaurant is very clean. It is located in a convenient spot from a major U.S. highway. Make sure you ask for a combo meal so you get an egg roll, crab rangoon, and soup.
Rahim Kamara: Very Kind and professional People (Family Owned) and the food was good. My only complaint was that I wish they opened earlier than 2pm. She told me they're short on help so I definitely understand. I would definitely recommend also the dine in is very nice inside.
fahim momin: First off all exceptional service, food and ambience of this place. When I visited this place there was no wait time as there was just one other family except for us dining at the restaurant. They were swamped with online order but that didn't let the service slow down. The soup was just right off the bat great, later we ordered chicken noodles and beef appetizer which had a good portion size. They have a good fish aquarium which adds up to the beauty of this restaurant. If you're craving for some hot and fresh Chinese food this is the place you need to visit.
