Nancy Bock: I ordered my boxes of candy and then stopped in a bit later to pick them up. I could of waited, but had an appointment i had to get to. When I picked them up - they were perfect. And an added bonus - they give away free coffee! They have a keurig so you can pick from tons of flavors. I got cocoa - being in the sugar spirit.
Proud Anachronist: One day I was walking around the N.Main part of town when a nearby event I participated in was finished, and I randomly stumbled on to this store. Had never heard about until then. What a wonderful surprise! It's a local mom-and-pop business in a part of town that has some old world character, and they make and sell one of my favorite things: chocolate. Very courteous employees. By the way, the candy tastes great also.

You would think they would lack in something, but you would be mistaken. Their ice cream is delightfully delicious and comes in many flavors! An overall joy of a store!

Kimberly Calbert: Libs has been a part of my life since a child when in Washington Square. Now that I've grown up and moved away from Evansville, it's YET part of my life! Whenever in town, Stephen Libs is a must stop. The staff is friendly and the chocolate is as delicious now as it was as a child! Though the pecan supremes are my absolute favorite, the double dipped malted milk balls are a close second. Stephen Libs is an Evansville staple!

Elizabeth Weissmann: The best! No question. For example, their peanut butter midgies....so far above a reese's. The chocolate is so creamy and the peanut butter is real. I like dark chocolate, it's great and so much variety. Cashews are awesome. This is candy you savor. I treat myself with a piece maybe once or twice a week. You should go there. A great xmas, birthday, or special occasion gift.

Jeff Woford: Sadly, closed forever. We were in town for a funeral and needed to pick up some dark chocolate pecan flip overs for a fellow chocolate lover. We went in on Saturday, February 25th and the shelves were 99% bare. They said it was their literal last day to be open. My wife had been going there since the brothers Libs broke up decades ago. Thanks for all of the chocolate and hopefully Stephen's shop remains open for decades more.

Kelly: Chocolate was melted and unedible. I called to fix the problem. I was told they weren't responsible for melted chocolate. I was under the impression they woild ensure the proper steps to prevent this from happening. There isn't anything on the site about not being responsible for melted chocolate.

I live in California now, but I'm originally from the Midwest, and I have to say, there's nothing like homemade, handmade confections that are from a master like Mike.
