The selection is amazing, including real wool and silk - fabrics you just can’t get at any other brick and mortar stores in Indiana. Ive bought gorgeous shirting to make my husband’s button downs, cotton for dresses and tops for myself, heirloom quality fabrics for historical costumes and lush silk and velvet ribbons for millinery. This store is a treasure.I live two hours away and its absolutely worth the drive!

I often take pictures of fabrics so I can go through my patterns at home and return later to purchase everything I need. If I need help, I ask one of the friendly employees. If you have not been to Let’s Sew, plan your trip soon! You will not be disappointed! They have a wide range of fabrics for apparel sewing. They also carry quilting cottons. #SOOBIN: how can you NOT love kai: Do not work here.Overtime is unpredictable. Nepotism (there's a looot of families working here together) and favoritism are rampant. They've changed their point policy and raises a lot in the past few years; recently they decreased the amount of points you can get before you time out all while still penalizing you for an entire year with each point before they expire, and taking away quarterly raises for new hires. Sewing machines along with other equipment are outdated and constantly need to be repaired by maintenance which can take forever and force you to look for something to keep yourself busy. OSHA violations are plentiful, and the overall structure/organizational system of the factory is quite chaotic. You can expect to be pulled to another department with short notice and no explanation as to why. There's often no work to do.I can list quite a few people who shouldn't be working there, along with quite a few people who shouldn't have been fired. The woman who runs the training center has been known to pay more attention to certain demographics than others. Night shift lead for walls does not like to be challenged and will intimidate you if you do. And there's one woman in HR (out of the measly 3 who run it) who quite frankly seems insane and it's AMAZING that they have her in HR. She's horrendous. Her family works there as well, all of whom likely also get away with doing nothing. There's more I can include, but I'll save it.This place will only continue to decline. And I hope everyone I care for still working there leaves or retires before it crashes.

While reading the reviews I see where someone mentioned their engineering department. I too would love to be an engineer. I would love to be a welder, and sewing machine Operator. I can not wait to learn these things. I know what it’s like being a mother and trying to pay bills. Anchor is a job set up for mother’s. U get to go home at a decent hour to still be a parent to your children. I just had my 4th baby so I get it.
