Me: This place did really feel like a true barista store. Unlike Starbucks, this area was quiet but in a calm way. We didn't even have to ring a bell or anything, as soon as we walked in the lady heard us and immediately started to take our orders. When we said to give us a moment to look she had no problem doing so. After a short while I asked a question and she answered immediately and assured that I can create my own style. The taste of the coffee was a bit bitter, a little bit more sweetness and it would've been good. The price of the coffee is as expected, overpriced. Tyler Dixon: This is an interesting little coffee shop. They have some good house grinds. Their staff was super friendly and helpful. They had an experienced roaster on site to answer my questions. They also have some nice chai, which was a pleasant surprise. Parking is tight but it's worth the stop. Looking forward to returning. The space is smaller, so I would think seating can get tricky when there's a crowd.First time having bubble waffles and I appreciate how it makes it easier to cut up as you eat. You don't even need a knife unless you really prefer using one.There's cool cafe merchandise and the music playing was 90s rock. D Dai: Don’t sleep on this coffee! The beans are brewed in house and it absolutely shows. I had the Ethiopian cold brew with a small amount of milk. So many notes of flavors burst forward before it leans into a smooth and roasty aftertaste. This coffee is meant to be sipped and cherished.The service was fantastic and the staff was so kind and patient to let me taste items and helped me decide what to bring home.They also seemed to have a good number of non caffeinated options - maple cream soda on tap and root beer on tap.
