Secret Headquarters: what do users think?
Jonna Owens: Helpful staff, great game room, excellent vintage items!
Justin Hoefling: Great local business! Fun for the kids. Always something new to see!
Barbara Higdon: I normally don't leave reviews for anything but this was the best time we could have ever had. The staff was the friendliest of any store we've ever went in. We initially went to a place called Comic Quest and felt strange and neglected there. The staff seemingly knew nothing about comics.Secret took time to show us around and took time to teach my kids things and answered questions. Both the owner and lady working the front were just awesome. My kids are now regulars and started collecting comics after they took the time to understand what we were looking for.Big thank yous
galer galaxy max: I liked their organized comics. File boxes. It is easy to find a group and go through it.
Jesse Hall: My son and I loved it here!! Small old style arcade and play all you want for 2.50 each.
Anthony Kuehn: They have everything you could want from a gaming place it was awesome.
Kris Riley: Best comics, used games, toy and POP Figure collection on the north side.More comics than you can shake a stick at
Brennen Dame: It's a nice place for games and comics I think there arcade is overpriced but besides that the place is amazing
Ron Adamson: I was delighted to see the comic titles I wanted. Ladydeath. Vampi, etc...They had older titles, too.Nice people, tooIf I get back this way, I'm stopping in again!
Lauren Gibbs: Great store and super fun arcade area! It was $5 for an hour of free play and we had an absolute blast!!
Keith Adkins: Definitely the best comic/hobby shop in the area. Friendly staff. Very honest. Lots of cool stuff.
Professor Piper: Very helpful and friendly staff :) I got a rad Sega Genesis controller and played in the arcade
Jana Muensterman: A great time! Love the video games. Reasonable prices!
Jason Brucks: Great place!! Could spend hours here!!
Ossiel Rivera: Loved the items available for the selection. Arcade, maybe for a bit, some games more classic than others, but collection opportunity is nice!!
Thomas Hostetler: Friendly staff. Actually employees who seem to know their stuff.
Gameboy 1000: It’s a very cool store with lots of great treasures and very nice people that are very fitting. Definitely deserves my five star rating!
James Willis: Neat little place. Large collection of comics.Small arcade bit over priced for me
Candy DeMoss: AWESOME PEOPLE AND PLACE✌️❤️😊🎵🎼🎶🌞🦋

The Book Broker: what do users think?
Michael Sites: There's something about the atmosphere of a used bookstore that just welcomes you immediately. Far more talented wordsmiths than myself have waxed lyrically about the draw and the magic of such places, and The Book Broker doesn't disappoint in that regard. One can spend hours browsing the shelves for their next read. Or their next dozen reads. The prices range from 50 cents to a dollar twenty-five fir most books there, so you can fill a bag without breaking the bank. They also have a large selection of table-top games and accessories as well as DVDs and blu-rays.
Juanita Burge: Staff is great and I can always find something there I can't find anywhere else.
Timothy Blankenship: This place has a bit of everything. Prices are usually very competitive and you never quite know what you will find. Hidden gems appear from time to time, but don't hang around for long.
Jeremy Wininger (SlaveZeo): I've been dealing with the Book Broker since I was a teen and they were located on Weinbach Ave. This is truly a great place to go for comic books. They've been able to hook me up with back issues I've been searching for on several occasions. I feel most everything I've bought from them hasn't been overpriced or overly marked up.The employees are where this place really shines. The staff I normally deal with are very knowledgeable of comic book nerd stuff and willing to give you their honest opinions. The Book Broker also has a couple of tables full of long boxes filled with 1$ comics. There is some great stuff if you take the time to comb through it all. This place also sells legit comic book t-shirts. I've bought a couple of Sandman shirts for my wife. It's awesome to get proper Tee's local.I can't comment on their other items such as books, movies or video games as I haven't purchased any.
Tod Bischoff: 1000's of books.
Rodney Cooper Jr: I used to live in Evansville in the early 2000s. I have such fond memories! Fast forward 20 years later, I live in Florida now, and I still have DVDs in my collection with that little yellow sticker with "$9.95" handwritten on it. I'm so glad this place is still open!
Bill McNutt: Very nice staff. Friendly and helpful. Good selection of products. A large store.
McCallister: Waste of time.
Justin Walker: Didn't care for this old place, felt like I was Treated as stupid and they have nothing but older junk nothing is organized and it's all based off what the employees like not there audiences
Mary Lee Gher: First time here - workers were wonderful to work with!
Chris Richardson: I love coming here and buying movies.
Robert Blackford: Love to browse here.
Josh Mayes (Amayzin): Best place to go for sports card trading. Pays fair, sells fair.
Paige O: Good selection of cards!
Eric Johnson: Good place for books dvds and cds. Wish they separated books genre. Eric from Lombard IL
Cheyanne Stone: I like the atmosphere in this place. They organize their goods better than other places I've been. Friendly staff and plenty of inventory.
Justin Peters: This place reminds me of the old comic book store I used to visit in my younger years. Great place to hunt for an old collectable. I personally buy card skins to cover my DC NFT card collection. I have also shopped comics there. Traded in DVDs. And over the years it seems to be a lot more functional and organized.
Christie Woodruff: They have a lot of items to look at and are reasonably priced. The employees are always nice and helpful.
M W: Great old books!
bryce bennett: Great store. Love the card tournaments and the amount of stuff you can get. I only have one issue. The sign on the door that says no concealed firearms. So…you are telling me, you want me to leave my gun in the car, on one of the most dangerous streets in evansville indiana, in one of the most dangerous cities in indiana. I think the owner needs to reconsider personally. Makes it hard to continue to want to support the business with policies in place like that. :/
Davyd T: Was a fun shop, lots of variety. I will be back whenever I'm in the area
