It would be nice if store name was on the back of their building. I had to ask , as I came in off HirschlineA bag for keyboard, cord and mouse and keyboard would have been nice. Bought my computer on 12-22 have sent numerous requests for help and filed a BB report and sent three letters to the owner STILL no answers. It was much easier for them to take my money than it is to get my questions answered. I am 80 years old and female - says it all. They don't care. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. it is now 2-2-23. Guess they won't be kind enough to answer. IF I were a male I bet I would get service. Don't recommed unless you are computer literate and don't need any help. Computer was not explained to me before purchase. Sady Computer Plus doesn't care.

Kebin Hess: I needed a new laptop for my business and called and told the man what I needed and what i was using it for. He told me they could take a computer they have in stock but modify it to my needs and it would be ready the next day. I was very happy with that but I got a text later the same day telling me it was ready and picked it up and was able to do the computer work in 20 minutes that took over 10 hours the day before because my old one was so slow and kept freezing and crashing. David and Kyle were knowledgable and didn’t talk down to me because I dont know so much about computers. In the days of customer service lacking or being nonexistent it was awesome to see old school professionalism with new tech products.

Han Garrett: the easiest computer buying experience ive ever had hands down. i needed a new laptop on a budget and kyle tharp found a quality refurbished one that fit my needs exactly, even going so far as to picking one with my favorite color (red)!!! ive owned my laptop for over a year now, used it daily, and just now had an issue with the screen. kyle and his team diagnosed the problem in no time and found a much better quality cord than the one it came with, and i should have it fixed in a few days.if you need a good computer or want to put together a custom build, ask for KYLE THARP!!! he'll take care of you and you'll be a customer for life.

DormantPrawn 476: Took my pc in to get fix they overpriced the hard drive and said they where trying to transfer over the data all there was a clean install of widows and they didn't plug in all the cables and missing thumb screw for case will never take my computer there ever again

Teresa Mossberger: I called to have my printer scheduled for a repair. After speaking with the gentleman learning the fee and the value of replacing my make and model it would be best to try hp toll free number or if need be replace my unit. He even freely gave me hp number that I wasn't able to find on-line. I feel like he could have just taken advantage of me, yet he advised me of a lessor expensive way to go.

Ian T: Took my mom's desktop in for repair. They were very transparent with the repair fee and time to repair it. They said it would be checked on Thursday, but got it fixed on Wed ahead of time. They communicated very well with everything in the entire process and were very professional with their customer service. Even checked up on us after the repair to make sure the pc was doing ok. Definitely eons way better than another computer shop I can think of here in Evansville. Doing all my computer business here from now on👍💯

Very Profesional and good people all around great service and at a good price only 50 to diagnose and if they do the work they add that to the cost will not go anywhere else!!

First place I was directed to wouldn't help, spent more time giving excuses for not being able to do it than it would to just swap it out. Don't want to names (Computers Plus) I walked out of Computers Plus disgusted, they not only lost my business today but any and all future business. For now on if I need service on any computer components I will take it to PC Quest. They understand what service is all about. Great prices, great service and a real care in delivering your order. They make Amazon look like rookies. Mike from Quest4 was able to diagnose over the phone, kept me updated throughout the process of getting a replacement part, and even came out to my house on a SATURDAY to swap out the part.
