will perdue: Called to rent a dumpster. Told them that’s why I was calling. Since I get my trash through the city and don’t have an account they told me to call the city. Doesn’t make since I just needed a dumpster. Going somewhere else obviously.

Wouldn't consider this company for any services again.We had a missed pickup, and I put in a request on the app for the pickup to be made up. They canceled this request without contacting me. I called, and they scheduled another. Canceled again without contact. When my regular pickup came around the following week, I of course had a couple extra bags sitting by the can because it's now 2 weeks worth of trash. They left the extra bags. I called to schedule another missed pickup since the excess trash was a result of the original missed pickup, and it was canceled again. This week, they left the extra bags AGAIN. I still have excess trash, because I can't get caught up from the missed pickup. They told me twice the driver claimed my can wasn't by the road, and it absolutely was. I have cameras.My next phone call was to cancel my service, and they wouldn't even refund me the amount I have not used on my 3 month term, even though they have not been doing the services I've paid for. Sounds a lot like multiple other reviews I see.The only reason it's even one star is the couple of customer service reps I talked to on the phone that were kind and understanding. Jon Roach: ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!! It has been the worst experience I have ever had with a company. Just as I’ve seen many say in other reviews I was quoted for the service and the price was much higher than I was told it would be. And crazy thing is that’s not the worst part. They dropped off the containers on time but that would be the only thing they did on time or in general. Ever since I purchased the service I never got a pick up on time. It took almost a month for my service to even be picked up for the first time. And that’s after weeks of calling in and telling them we were missed. Then when they did finally come pick it up they threw trash out on the ground and left broken glass and other trash all over my yard. WHERE MY KIDS PLAY. This is something that is unbelievably unacceptable and not to mention they tried sending me a bill for $450 due when they only picked up my trash 2 times in 2-3 months. Do not use this service the company is a complete joke and I’m looking into filing a law suite for the broken glass all over the yard that my child was playing around.

Cistel Diamond: Have been calling everyday for trash bins to be dropped off at my residence.. it is now day 36 and i still have no bins.. this company lies over the phone every single day and trys its best to loop you through transfer calls so you endlessly sit on hold while being transferred to the exact same person doing the exact same thing.. i have had multiple operators tell me i do not have an account or any information just to hang up call again and this time its a completely different story.. i will continue to call every day and this company will always have a 1 star by me.
Emily Adams: Terrible customer service. Charges fluctuate over $50 every quarter without itemized reasoning. When I canceled services they told me I’d be charged a $60 container pickup fee. Totally fine. I was charged over $90 for it, and no credit given to the two months I would not have service with them. When I called to ask about it they said that the additional fees were environmental and transportation fees because they have to use a different truck and crew to pick up the cans. No invoice sent regarding this, no transparency about the fees. I called mutliple times asking for my money back and to get an itemized invoice of the charges and they kept telling me they’d send an email invoice. I have yet to receive one or get my money back. Do not use this company.
Lisa Powers: I have had Republic for a few years. I pay $64 a quarter for trash only and take my own recycling. I don't have much trash, but pay for the convenience of not having to take it myself. I received my bill for the next quarter, and there was an additional "environmental recovery fee" of $35 plus a $5 late fee bringing my bill to $104. I called to ask about it and was on hold for 25 minutes before speaking to someone. I told her I wanted to cancel my service. She said she would connect me to someone that could do that and put me hold only to be disconnected. I called again and was on hold for 37 minutes then disconnected. I finally reached someone a few days later and she offered to adjust my bill to $54 total. I accepted but then was told I would have to pay the $104 for this quarter and NEXT quarter it would be $54. I said nevermind, I'm just going to cancel. She said they would bill me through July and then come get my can, FOR A $35 CHARGE! I said I'd bring it myself and she told me that "wasn't offered in my area" . I guess they plan to get their extra $35 one way or another. I absolutely would not recommend Republic to anyone needing trash service.Update: I contacted the email provided in the response asking them to "look into" the $35 can removal fee. I said I would be happy to return my can myself. This is the response"HelloWe apologize for your frustrations. The local office is closed to the public and is unable to take containers due to them being stored at another locations"UPDATE: Since this review, I paid my remaining balance on the trash service after cancelling.I have received a bill of $30 PLUS an "environmental fee" for can removal, and just received a phone call asking me to update my email and pay the can removal balance. If this goes to collections, I would like to start a class action lawsuit against Republic for hidden and undisclosed fees"As a consumer, you have the right to know what fees you will be charged for any products or services. Failure to disclose fees could be considered illegal under state or federal law. After three calls, someone did finally show up... and they replaced the standard, ordinary blue trash bin. So, I just made the fourth call and once again was promised that someone will come out later this week to make the green bin replacement. Meaning your responsible for the shipping charges which can start at an additional 119% over the original purchase price.They get three stars for the professional and courteous treatment I received from their employee when I called in to have the matter corrected. The employee wasn't authorized to honor the invoice, but was able to void the transaction and reverse the charges.Seems like a good company that just needs to fix their online ordering system, and automated responses.

Rob Follett: 4 Gamma lids and 4 5gal buckets -- arrived sooner than promised. I had problems unscrewing the gamma lid from it's base for 1st install. I called EPackageSupply, and found they recommended installing the total Gamma top to the bucket first, then try unscrewing the top. Worked perfectly for all buckets -- So word to the wise, don't follow YouTube or other sources for installation instructions -- they are wrong!Thanks, ePackageSupply!
