Matt Huntfast: Inventory was very low or sold out on most items. Only undesirable colors were left. I understand that some things are hard to get, but not every item that is popular!
Karen Huff McDermott: Great selection of products to choose from. They always have great sales going on as well. They are very reasonably priced as well. You can find high end products a well as lower priced items as well. This store is dangerous for me!
Christie Keortge: First time ever going into this place since they’ve been in Evansville and it will definitely be my last. My daughter and I went in together and she knew exactly what she wanted to buy. As we were walking to check out, an employee looks at us and coldly states “Did you find what you were looking for?” No smile, no hello, nothing but blank stare. While waiting to be checked out, the cashiers would smile and speak to customers. Our turn, we’re smiling and neither cashier greeted us or smiled at us. We go ahead and pick one to check out with since they were standing looking like a deer in headlights. She proceeds to ask if we have the membership and my daughter kindly answers no we don’t but no need to worry about it because she doesn’t shop there often and what she was buying that evening is exactly what she needed, that’s all. The cashier continues pressuring about it and proceeds to keep talking about the membership and it would be needed in order to return the item. Clearly she did not listen to what my daughter said at all. She wouldn’t need to return the one item because she knew she what she wanted and had no need to return it. Overall AWFUL experience with rude employees. Ulta will never receive my business.

Sarah Minton: Hannah is the best! I have never had anyone else give such a good color match to foundation and honest opinion of a product that did or didn’t look good on my skin tone. She helped me and my friend find everything we wanted and made sure it all matched the best. She will be who I go to every time I go into the store. One of the best experiences I have had in this store in awhile.

I wish I would have gotten the name of the young lady that waited on me because she was wonderful.Ulta is expensive but they do have good sales at times and you can earn points. I had a good experience there. I was also told if what I bought didn't work I could return it if doesn't work for me. That made me feel better.

Bob Shnieder: on 6/20/22 i had an incredible experience at this location. i was looking for a certain uncommon type of product and 3 separate advisors were scouring the store shelves aswell as online for me. it was one of the vest experiences ive ever had at an ulta.the blonde chanel repthe clique rep with lash extensionsand the beauty advisor with purple bangs all really went above and beyond helpful, friendly, and seemingly a true desire to get me what i needed. Ended up we couldnt find what i was looking for but they all helped me find great profucts nonetheless.simply exceptional

I was offered help by a 1980's rock band member, except this 20 year old was trying to sing soprano. Honesty, my virgina felt too outnumbered his member & beard. I have wrinkles & bags under my eyes as a result of having children. His OWN wannabe facial skin routine is NOT going to help me. Nor do I want to hear his speel about his favorites. I want a host who I can relate to. -Ulta Credit Card holder & Mother who birthed & breastfed 3 & nearing 50 years old. The real deal!

Regan Pace: I visited Evansville Ulta yesterday, December 18th, the store was packed with Christmas shoppers. I just needed some foundation and after looking for a bit on my own was approached by a store associate , Tyler. I just wanted to express how absolutely amazing Tyler was at his job , he was extremely friendly , funny, and knowledgeable. Perfectly shade matched me sent me hone with a bomb sample and gave me so much information on the products . I really am blown away by the absolute customer care that was provided . He should run the place .

Paije Cariens: I start off by saying i don’t live local and I was on a budget. the Dr and her staff explained to me that since i was only spending $300 i won’t get a full result due to how strong my muscles are in my face (I’m not. Botox newbie so i knew this was true)- which i was perfectly fine with because i didn’t want to exceed my spending limit. But let me tell you, although i am so impressed with the result from my budget- I’m very weary of trying new people because even though Botox is very simple. The doctor seemed to be rushing and the injection itself was very quick, but i do not see that as a downfall, this woman runs two practices and on top of it she designed the entire office herself which i was blown away by because this place is GORGEOUS. Very impressed by this place

Ali K: I was really looking forward to my experience here but was a little disappointed. I called to make an appt and they advised I needed to come in right away during their holiday open house for "significant savings", so I was a little surprised when I came in that they quoted me about $250 more than other places had. Let me say this place is BEAUTIFUL & all the staff were very sweet!! And I was willing to pay more than other places hoping it would be the best. However when I came in for my actual appt and was getting ready to have the procedure done the dr. informed me it was going to be an additional $100 more. What am I supposed to say at that point when I'm sitting on the bed and already rearranged my day to come? So I went through with it, and honestly I can't tell that big of a difference. So unfortunately I wanted have a great experience, and many others I see have, I just probably won't be back based on spending that much more without noticeable results.

jessica dotson: This store doesn’t keep nail supplies in stock and when I try to order online something is either wrong with the system or it says products are in stock when they are not then they cancel my order. I guess I’ll have to go somewhere else that actually has what I need in stock.
Olivia Hamilton: Carrie is very unprofessional and a very inconsiderate manager for a large corporation such as salon centric.
katie skaggs: Twice now there has been problems. My zip code on my card is different from the zip code to the address of the salon I work at and sometimes I get them confused. Instead of stopping and calling me that there was an issue with the transaction they kept trying to pull it out multiple times. When I call they act like everyone’s bank is the same and does the same thing but I go through a private bank called Audubon federal credit union and when there are that many pending charges of over $200 it automatically puts me in a negative balance so once the actual order comes out there’s still a remaining negative balance. I called and tried to get this fixed and the assistant manager I spoke to the first time was very professional and polite and was actually trying to help but every time I asked for the number to corporate they just wouldn’t give it to me. I eventually asked why they won’t give it to me and they said they’re trying to help. Today I called and carrie is who I spoke to. Very rude to the point where she even chuckled a little bit and said I would’ve been in the negative regardless. All I was trying to get done was the negative balance of $36.61 reimbursed for an issue that I did not cause. It was caused by the staff trying to take out the payment multiple times without my knowledge or my permission and then the unprofessionalism of carrie was most definitely the cherry on top. If there’s a way for you to not have to deal with these people then go that route. Unfortunately my app doesn’t work for them lol how convenient. That’s probably my fault too.
Kathryn Martin: I used to like shopping here, however, now I really don't. Carrie stopped ringing up my items and whispered to someone right in front of me and came back all fake like "so tell me more about your life and I'll act like I like you..." It made me feel so uncomfortable. The whispering has happened 3 different visits back to back. What is the point of making people anxious and uncomfortable?
