Ethan Glover: Simply trying to open a new joint checking account was apparently too complicated for those at thIs location. We received not one consistent piece of information through anyone we talked to. We went to US Bank who was more than happy to assist us.
eric kiss: I live in the mountain area of California that was closed off entirely because we had a snow storm that made world news. No one could get to work for 12 days. I put in the form to defer a payment the end of February for march 1st. It got denied and No one called to tell me that it got denied till march 24th. They told me that the account was not 6 months old yet because I refinanced (the lady I submitted the form to didn’t tell me that) so it was denied even tho I refinanced a loan that I had with them already. Liberty federal credit union? There’s no liberty in that.

Paula Quinn: I've met twice with Josh Crawford at the Lovers Lane office of Liberty Federal Credit Union in Bowling Green KY. Josh is always friendly, patient, and knowledgeable, and has been able to answer tricky questions about my Credit Rating that other "experts" have not. Josh also encouraged me to meet with Lowell Harris, a Liberty Federal investment counselor from Louisville and arranged the meeting. Lowell Harris provided excellent information that will lead to my transfer of one-two underperforming investment accounts to Liberty's portfolio. I can't tell you how impressed with and grateful I am for Liberty's excellent employees and for their high-yield checking account and investment possibilities. 10,000 STARS!

I never have had to wait a very long time for service, everyone has been kind & very helpful. Although things did not go the way I wanted them to go eventually everything worked out. Great facility. David Walters: I have been a member of Liberty Credit Union for several years and find them to offer superior customer service and a great array of financial products. Rather than put up roadblocks to serving my needs they go out of their way to make my life easier.

Gary Wade: Since the name conversation I'm no longer able to access my auto loan on my laptop. Went into the branch and was told that I would only be able to access this loan through the mobile app which is not convenient for me.
Derek Herrmann: No customer service skills and no regard for life-long members. Would rate 0/5 if I could.
Dustin Hunt: I dint recommend them. I sold my truck to pay it off and move on to something newer. 12 days after paying it off i called and asked for the title. They said it will be about 2 more weeks because thats how their system works. I politely informed them they had lost a customer over pure laziness and was told “thats ok we have plenty of others”
Stacy Fulayter: I also wish I could give less than one star. Nightmare bank, I recommend not doing business with them . I filled a complaint with the BBB . Their system is a joke. So far four months and I still can't get the problem corrected even when they agree it exists. Simply stealing my money.
carl calhoun: We switched banks about a year ago, got all of our stuff transferred and paid off without ANY issues. We had an issue with our account a while back and they took care of us no questions asked and did so promptly. The app works pretty good except for mine, it is a little slow and my wife's is perfectly fine. Never had this "delay" in payment situation others are having. We even use external transfers and its there in a day or two. We have never been charged for "hidden" fees or anything for that matter.This bank is great and offers decent benefits and great rates. Hopefully it stays the same for us and we'll continue our business with them!
B “John bilson” B: Hands down the worst Credit Union I’ve ever dealt with. I was charged a $41 fee on a 2k car loan balance because I was unaware posting an online payment takes three days to credit to your account. 99.9% of Financial Institutions give credit the day the transaction is processed. Makes since they’re changing name to Liberty because they’re sharks!
Jackie Morgan: Not all loan officers are created the same. Before chosing a loan officer, I would do some research and look/ask for reviews of the loan officer that the website gives you.
Evilskull2003: Worst banking experience I’ve ever had.
Josh Beiriger: Attempted to get approved for a home equity loan and their requirements for income are ridiculous and illogical. I've reported income on my taxes year over year that they wouldn't accept it as income in my ratio. They also won't accept bonuses or rental income if you havent received them from the same location for over a two year span. They also count these newly issued loans as debt in your current debt to income ratio, and other credit unions do not do that. I was advised to refinance my vehicle and than I'd get approved for half the amount I wanted. I went over to Evansville federal credit union and they approved me for the full amount in under 3 hours when this process took me 4 days.
