The Caborn Chapel: Jeremy was very helpful and being in person helps you decide which phone you want. Also there are far more choices in person at the store than online. The cricket service is excellent with the app and online store not so much.

Brenda Koch: Such a relief to talk to a professional, knowledgeable, english speaking and friendly person. I had Straight Talk for 4 months and was about to go crazy. Technical support is on the phone in a far away country.It took Jeremy 10minutes to fix one of the problems with that phone after I spent hours with straight talk so called technicians.Thank you so much. This phone is so easy to use and I can take it to a real person when I have a problem.BEYOND HAPPY
Free trials: Had some tech problem and Jeremy fixed them for me no problem! Even showed me how I can save another $30 off my bill! Thanks Jeremy!

Brooke's Friend: A month ago I changed my phone plan with Cricket. I have used the service for over a year and never paid them late. I accidentally over paid my bill by 10.00 so I was thinking I have a ten dollar credit on this months bill. WRONG. They told me I can't use it yet🧐!!? WhaaaaaaaT 😳. Just thinking about cutting the service off and using wi-fi calling.
Andrew Hartt: Maisy was amazing. She was alone on a Friday evening handling multiple customers. You could tell she was fairly new to the company, but handled everyone’s issues with great care, even overwhelmed with 4+ customers in store. I’m a former manager for cricket wireless stores and commend her.

Joni Mestas: I went to the the Cricket store on 1st Ave today I was lucky on two fronts. Store was not crowded and tech expert Lucas was on duty. What a phenomenal young man. He set my newly purchased iPhone and Fitbit online. He was patient and kind. Two wonderful qualities. I was in meltdown mode and Lucas set the world right once again. He is an asset to this company. I am a customer for life. Thank you Lucas and thank you to the individual who hired you.
