Rita Brown: Reached out to eHandy from a google listing because I had some appliances in the basement I needed hauled off. Marcus gave me a quote and we set an appointment. I did not realize it when we first spoke, but because I was doing whole house clean out, I ended up with several other items that also needed to be hauled away. Contacted Marcus to ask if he would be able to take those items as well. He assured me he could. The day before the appointment he contacted me to confirm we were still on for the pick up. The day of the appointment he contacted me to let me know he was in his way. And at 9:00 am sharp (our scheduled time) he was in my driveway. He and and his helper quickly set to work loading the items. Because I had underestimated the length of two items they would not fit in the trailer. I did not have a saw. Marcus told me he would be right back as he was going to go get a saw so the items could be cut down. He said he usually has one, but based on my descriptions, he didn’t bring it. So, my error caused him to have to make two trips.He, along with his helper, were extremely pleasant and polite. He provided excellent customer service by making contact the day before and day of, and the two trips because of my error. The pricing was excellent!I would HIGHLY recommend eHandy and will use their service again should I find myself in need of having material hauled away.
