jeff meeks: I used to shop here but had a bad deal and I now buy from a nearby competitor. I was happy there for years and did not expect to get told something and then the deal changed after the deal was completed. Get everything in writing on a consignment not a handshake.

I was just browsing while waiting for my wife at the salon and Kelli went out of her way to show me a nice selection of watches. I had no intention of buying but she still spent nearly an hour with me just showing me good customer service. I'll always come back to Brinker's, and maybe one day pick up that Rolex. Thanks again.
Blake Chapman: Leda is a ROCKSTAR! My wife and I have purchased several vey special pieces from Brinker's, all through Leda. We loved her from the minute we met her. She assisted us with an anniversary ring and assisted me with two SUPRISE pieces for my wife Lisa. One was a beautiful necklace with our daughter's name on it shortly after she passed away. Leda helped me with the design and my wife loved it. The most recent piece was an additional diamond band for her wedding ring and a surprise LARGER diamond center stone. Leda was instrumental in not only the design but also the execution of the SUPRISE. David did the work on her ring it it is so gorgeous. We do love Brinker's and the entire staff is amazing and super friendly but for us Leda is the face of Brinkers. Blake Chapman.

Logan Harker: I bought an engagement ring here a few months ago, and later returned to buy wedding bands. We just picked up the wedding bands from Becky who was very helpful and patient. She also helped make sending the engagement ring off for repair painless. Marsha also went above and beyond to provide great customer service when I had questions about the engagement ring and billing.
Heather wilson: I love Becky that works there!!! If she's not working I won't even walk into the store. She's so funny and upbeat. If you're looking to buy jewelry she's your girl.

Cheryl Barrett: I went in today to have my ring sized for a different finger.This Grandmother’s ring was designed in September as a gift from my husband.Becky took the time to listen to me about the look of a few of the stones.She took the time to look at them under the scope and agreed with me that they did not look like they should.She really went out of her way to make me feel like a valued customer.She followed up with asking if I had it inspected and cleaned yet.I told her no and she added that to the request.We had bought the extended warranty which paid for this trip!Great jewelry store!

Troy Melton: Don’t get the Helzberg Credit Card! We bought our rings a year ago and they told us it was a year interest free, but failed to mention that if we did not have it paid in full in a year that the whole year interest then hits. Just had an extra $500 in interest hit our account. They knew what they were doing when they didn’t tell us that part knowing we wouldn’t get the card, plus they took our ID and filled the app out themselves, so only screen we seen was the signature. Had we known we either would not have got the cards or we would have had it paid off in the year so that we would have had the deal. But now we have an extra $500 to pay! Will not be back to Helzberg, the other two stores in the mall now have our business!
Megan McClain: My husband has purchased most of my jewelry from Helzberg in Evansville, IN. Chrishone is BY FAR my favorite Salesman. He could’ve sold me dirt. He will work with you and your budget. He’s not pushy either which I really loved. You can tell he is a very nice and genuine person. He definitely has a good soul. So if you aren’t going to Helzberg Diamonds and seeing Chrishone for your jewelry needs, then you aren’t doing it right.
