Loved my clients but the company does not pay enough for what you have to go through as a staff. To top it off they need the help bad but does not care about keeping staff happy let alone clients

julie pruitt: The workers that take care of a few residents where I live are very disrespectful of the rules of our apartment complex. The play their music very loud in their cars at all hours of the day and night even after they are asked to keep their music turned down. They have their friends and families visit them while they are working. They are outside talking loudly as a group. It seems like it is a party to them. We do have quiet hours at this complex they just ignore. If they are so busy doing all of these things, who is taking care of the residents? Isn’t that their job? If their boss knew of these practices they should be fired or assigned to areas where this behavior is tolerated. I would not let any of these workers take care of my loved one! If Rescare has these kind of workers I bet their care is very similar. If I could not give any stars I would not but I had to choose at least one.
