Thomas Wilson: Way over priced on shipping large boxes. If you’ve got some oblong shaped item to ship you will have to use a long box and they will charge you on dimensions not just weight. Costed me more to ship some auto parts than I even sold the parts for. My bill was over $300 to ship in the US just because of the huge box that weighed only 30lbs. Ridiculous. Sucks😖

Tracey Fellows: The automated line is BS. I need to talk to a "LIVE" person. Took forever for them to figure what I needed and once I did finally get through what I needed I still had to wait for a phone call to confirm what I wanted, which I still haven't received. Fix it!!!!!!!

Angie Morrow: I was scammed and sent a vintage Rudy Notre Dame jacket UPS. I was told to intercept it in Evansville, a 45 min drive. I rushed over there and the lady was absolutely dude and horrid. She had a friend in there she was talking to which is unprofessional as all get out and then told me that within 3 hours Mt package was "probably in Indy" I was told by 3 ups associates to go to the customer service building on nagle dr. I did. She did absolutely nothing expect power trip Infront of her friend. This is a 500 dollar Rudy jacket we are talking about. The one in the movie! She needs repremanded

With a line going out the door. I waited almost 30 mins to hand him a return to Amazon that took literally 1 minute. I won't be coming bk to this location. Clerks name was Marcus

Logan Boyd: UPS Customer Care center is pretty barebones, but what do you expect for a UPS store where the main purpose is to pick up boxes from?It's a little hidden though and unless you had a GPS I am not sure if you would be able to locate it very easily, some better signage would be ideal for this location near the main roads to direct you, or at least a large sign above the business location.When I went into the location I had to wait around 10 minutes before anyone came to the front desk as well. So service seems to be a little slow, but I was able to pick up my package after that.
Valerie Bristow: Driver signed my DELIVERED package but NEVER DELIVERED it to me!! Had to file a police report for STOLEN PACKAGE BY THE UPS DRIVER!!
