philip lieberman: I manage a three family condo in downtown Evansville. I asked Popham to give me a bid and time frame for two projects on the building roof - replace a window + frame and also to replace rubber boots around some vent pipes. I received both within two days. I accepted the bid and both projects were completed on time and on budget. I'm now going to ask them to bid on repairing windows and soffits on the back side of this 4 story condo. I'm happy.

Ariel Wire: I called to get an estimate on quite a bit of work my husband and I wanted on our house. The guy that called me back was rude and clearly not listening to what I was describing. Then without seeing the house he starts just saying very large prices for things we need done. He said putting in new cabinets and counters in our kitchen when we did not need to move anything or change the plumbing would cost 55,000 to 100,000. It was clear he did not want to come give an estimate for the work which is fine and he could have said that instead of giving costs that are extremely high.
Terry Wathen: Had what we thought was a major plumbing issue. I called them before they were open and explained what was wrong. They said they could have someone at my house the same morning. It turned out that it was just a bad pump floater valve and he had it replaced and fixed in less than an hour. We also had a slow draining kitchen sink that we wanted them to look at. They had to come back a couple of times but got it taken care of and draining properly. I highly recommend them for any plumbing need you might have. The manager Steve was very polite and helpful and his employees were as well. They will be our first call anytime we have a plumbing need. Thank you for your great service.

Oksana Ashley: need to have a talk with your employees about littering their trash out the window of the work van, especially in the neighborhoods they’re working at! Very disrespectful, I prefer to NOT have trash in my yard, and I’m sure our other neighbors feel the same.
Matt: These guys are great! I called them at 0630 for a small plumbing job and by 0800 they were at my house ready to work. The man I spoke with on the phone was very friendly and went out of his way to redirect a tech and get them to my house that morning. I’m very pleased with the work and how these guys treat the customer. Needless to say they will get all of my future plumbing and construction business. Great job!
