T MaVeety: A friendly man named "Tee" helped us out so much. Tee is a people person who took care of our problem. We had purchased some items that we needed to return and we live closer to the Town Center location. Town Center would not accept our return. We tried twice. Each time was not successful. The people at Town Center were not friendly, but Tee at Green River Rd was. We ended up having to travel across town in order to return our purchase. Tee was kind and nice to us and helped us with our return. Anytime a person is good to customers, I believe that they should be recognized. Thank you Tee. You are worth traveling across town to buy from. -Tom

1: Terrible service very rude, the store was close to closing and employees stared us down until we were ready to go, the one employee would not stop staring us down until we left and even after we left we forgot an item and they didn't even bother to try and tell us after we payed for it, they walked over to the side, and we knocked on the door and nobody came. We called and they said they couldn't open the doors while they were counting the money, so we waited several minutes and we saw the lights start to turn off so went up there and still they didn't go up to the door and they knew we was out there, the main girl who was very rude was an old lady wearing glasses, I think she needs to retire especially working at a dollar tree at her age.

I want to shop in store. I want to touch it, feel it, gage sturdiness or size, weight, color, a hundred reasons! I am very sympathetic to a FULL stock room. I could not shop the complete back aisle of paper product, the cleaning or soda aisle.There were 2 people on duty, one stocking, one at the cash register. I feel like most of the time I am shopping a flea market/garage sale, nothing is in its place, hit and miss availability, plan-o-grams are completely wrecked!
bri: I’ve used this store for the past 4 years and for them to be understaffed constantly they’re always nice. Yes they have a lot out of stock at time but they do great at filling them. Absolutely love this store & staff they literally deserve a raise.

I have been in half a dozen times in the last 3 months and the carts full of products to be stocked are still sitting in aisles whether it's new stock or previous stock. Seem to be short handed alot. Shelves are nearly bare in several areas. Kinda messy. The workers are decent. No problems with customer service to date. This store could use more help
Jason Krueger: Often close early and dont follow posted hours on google so you never know what hour this week its going to be open, this store is a bit of a shame. Stock is always on carts waiting to be put up, but never on the shelves. Customers by far do the most damage here though, this store is a main shopping location for this neighborhood so a constant in flow of kids and pan handlers make it so inpleasant to shop here. Constant theft and open half eaten packages all over the place. This store needs help.

The only items that are stocked is those that are stocked by outside vendors such as milk and soft drinks... otherwise it is pointless to waste my time to stop. I ran in last night and the store was in horrible shape many shelves are bare and freezer section and coolers are bare except milk and soft drinks. It was so bad I took pics.

Gabe: Use to come down here all the time since i lived in this area for over 20 years. Now every time i come down there is constantly something wrong with it. Be it the registers not working properly or they close way to early like tonight at 6pm for no other reason as to why. Also they advertised 10pm when they close when this past week the new management an manager close it 15 minutes too early for no reason because their lazy an want to go home. All the employees smoke dope to right in the store and they all look like they just came out of a hot topic store as its ran by people with tattoos an weirdos. Something needs to be done because this place is now a trash heap an is losing a lot of customers fast. Nothings ever in stock. I shouldn't have to ride my bike to a whole other store just to get simple things i need. I could keep going about how awful this place is but id be here all day.
bri: I use dollar general by my house on covert often but today I was literally followed through this store for what reason I’m not sure. I am a paying customer like everyone else I hate to throw up a race card but what other reason did she have? I’m clearly pregnant and I didn’t have a bag with me only my keys and debit card. How upsetting this store was completely stocked yet I was made to feel very obviously stalked I promise I won’t be so nice about it next time.

Joel: Myself and 2 other customers arrived 6 minutes before closing tonight. The doors were already locked. One of the employees saw us, and just shrugged his shoulders. I had two things to buy and would have been in and out in 4 minutes.

I go there to buy some cookies and milk and the guy starts talking about his future ambitions and dreams of starting various businesses.
