None Required: Almost $15 for 12 basic glazed donuts. This has to be the most overrated donut place on the planet and I simply cannot understand what makes people think these are really good. Someone else with me was buying these but I just laughed whatever I saw how much they wanted in the audacity that they would charge $5 for a 3-pack. Way better donuts available in the area or in pretty much any City that has one of these. I would highly recommend checking out a local bakery or donut shop for a much better tasting donut.

ky thunder: arrived at 10:25. They close at 11:00 pm They had two kinds of doughnuts and only a couple of each left.The lady that took our order was rude. It was obvious she didn’t want customers this close to closing. I realize sometime people have a bad day so when she game me my order, I said thank you very much. She never said a word. I had never seen this at a Krispy Kreme before. I will continue to go there because I love the doughnuts but I will never visit this location again.

Chris Shimboff: Always a great experience! I always go when that red light is on... so I can get me a fresh donut! They taste so good! The staff is always so patient too! How can a person decide which donuts they want quickly? Impossible to be quick, but they remain patient. I have been here several times and have had a great experience every time!

Cassie Boyd: Donuts were (mostly) great, employees were terrible so I guess I'll meet somewhere in the middle with my rating. There was one type of donut that just tasted and felt... Not fresh, but everything else was good. But the customer service made me question going back again. Maybe she was having a bad day? It happens. But you shouldn't ever make your customers feel like they are doing you an inconvenience by shopping at the place you are working at.

Clear Bertram: It's tasty when things aren't haphazardly tossed in a bag to get all over each other. My donuts this morning got cinnamon all over them, making them inedible to me because, and apparently this is normal here, they do not put the donut paper between things, like is common in every other donut place I've been and worked. You're wearing gloves? What is getting on the paper besides donut?So, there's a caution. Make sure to mention if you can't have something touching something else.

However, every single one of the donuts were stale. Everybody took one or two bites and threw it away. I've always had good experiences with Donut Bank, but not today.

Sage: Since my last post (on bottom) Ben and Alex have gone above and beyond to make things right. They have apologized and more than Reimbursed me for my coffee. I may have to wait for blue berry coffee to come back, but I'm ready for highlandergrog. Thank you guys again.Went through the drive through this morning, ordered a HOT coffee, went to grab it from the drive through worker and the lid was not on all the way, and it spilled all over me and my car. The worker stood there and stared. I had to ask for napkins, my coffee wasn't replaced..she just asked what color lid was on my cup and gave me a different lid. My hand was very burnt along with my leg, not to mention over half of my coffee was gone. Won't be going back.

I'm lactose intolerant and order with oat/soy, but there are times where I don't feel confident that they actually replaced the milk and throw it away. The lattes are either extremely sugary or extremely watered down, there's no in-between. The donuts are great, though!

Chris Lee: This donut shop has been making people happy since 1967. They have the best donuts in the tristate area. The store is very clean and welcoming. The staff are very friendly and professional even though they have to get up insanely early to be ready to soothe our sweet tooth and coffee needs. You should definitely go inside but they do have a very efficient drive through.

Today, Monday morning, I remembered them. I just ate one and it was still delicious and not the least stale. I was going to pop it in the microwave but after tasting it, found it was not necessary. Going to have my apple fritter tomorrow.

Amy Beavin: I went to use a gift card for my purchase and was told that they could not process it at the moment because “the system was down”. I called and spoke to Cindy and told her how disappointed my class was that they were unable to get their cookies over a system issue. Cindy filled the order the following morning for free and even gave my class an additional gift card to use at another time. Customer service like this has started to fade at many places, but I am so thankful that people like Cindy are still around to make our experience the best it can be!

Donut Bank this is not okay!New update Dec 28, 2022We decided to give Donut Bank another go but this time our coffee is cold. More like luke warm. This has happened repeatedly in my family. It seems to be the new thing to sell us cold coffee in the middle of winter. We paid $11 for cold coffee that we had to warm up in the microwave. Luckily we had the chance to warm it up in the microwave because otherwise we would have had to drink it Luke warm and everyone knows that hurts the stomach. Please do better Donut Bank.

Jessika Collins: The donuts are fine but the employees are rude. The last two times I’ve gone, the lady taking my order has cut me off and told me to pull forward before I was even done ordering. This last time I even told her I wasn’t done ordering so she told me to continue and I added one thing to the order before she told me to pull forward again—hadn’t even ordered my coffee. The lady at the window didn’t seem to care, she didn’t apologize or anything for the rudeness. I ended up not ordering my coffee—no need to give them my money if they are going to be this rude.
