Clog never got fixed still have the clog. Never ran the rotor rooter through the pipe I asked him to run his rotor through. Very disappointed.

In addition to replacing the sump pump, Andrew found a leak I didn’t know I had, but which was causing our basement to flood every time it rains, in our crawl space and fixed it.
