Adam: Where do I begin with this place... I could go on and on about my interactions with the owner, Doug, but I'll just leave a few bullet points instead of a block of text.- Doug is a nightmare to get ahold of and he refuses to take responsibility for anything that happens. The suits came in too big or too small and that was the vendors fault, not his (even though after our measurements were taken, we told them they were incorrect). If something else happened, "oh we have new employees and they're not very good". Doug will make empty promise after empty promise and do anything he can to get you off his back.- The store is a disorganized mess. They lost my initial deposit and wanted me to pay it again and every appointment we showed up for was a total surprise to everyone in the building.- On the day of the wedding, we were supposed to have altered suits that fit everyone by 10AM. Two of my groomsmen showed up at 10AM to pick up their suits and the doors were locked. The place was closed.I could go on and on about how poorly this business is ran. 3/6 grooms were unable to get the suits that they paid for. Doug has been ignoring calls and notes about refunds and I have had to turn this business in to the BBB in hopes of recouping some of the money we spent here.Thank God we all had such little faith in this place that we took the time to go shopping around town for suits before the wedding day because we wouldn't have had any suits that actually fit.Save the stress, time, and money from dealing with this place and go elsewhere. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

Keith Rheinlander: I never leave reviews, but I hope to save someone else from making the same mistake we made.While they were pleasant people, they were unfortunately very poor business people and put a huge damper and last minute stress on our special day with their lack of professionalism and inability to actually get us our clothes in time for our wedding.1 - Sizes/Measurements we’re way wrong on 4 of 6 tuxes (despite us telling them on several of them that the measurements were not even close to our normal size when they measured us and they wouldn’t change them)2 - As people heard we were using NP tux we had numerous people share horror stories of poor/no follow up and not getting their tuxes in time for their weddings (I wish they had left reviews or those reviews were still visible before we went there)With this information, we followed up constantly to be sure we were not left without clothes on the wedding day (unfortunately we were). I never got my pants and 4 of the jackets were insanely oversized, not even close). We tried to work with them to get sizes altered like they promised was the process and they never got us the corrected clothing before the wedding. Kudos to Express for having a great suit in stock that fit me at the last minute. It was kind of a big day for me and I really felt like I should have pants on.3 - they have moved buildings 3 times since we started this process and can’t seemed to be located most the time. We we’re promised refunds by an employee for items that were grossly incorrectly sized and then never provided to us for the wedding but the owner (Doug) is MIA and has yet to live up to the promise or even respond to us to apologize, etc. He is nearly impossible to reach.My opinion from our experience, If you want clothes that fit you in your possession for your important day, go somewhere else.

Haley Raven: I will start by saying I am never one to leave a poor review. Unfortunately, I fear that other couples will experience the stress we have if I don’t. Our first meeting with Doug was great. We made a deposit on my husband’s suit (which was later misplaced) and scheduled a try-on for the groomsmen and fathers - 6 men total. From there, almost all were sized incorrectly by under-qualified employees. My father was sized 6 sizes up from his normal and even after having them change his size on paper, the pants came in WAY too big and somehow too short. Our order form was misplaced not once, but twice. Two of the following appointments were forgotten about and they were not prepared when we arrived. They were with other clients both times. We never received any phone call updates. I had to call many times to make sure they put our order in before the wedding. Two days before our wedding the suits arrived, and 5/6 were the incorrect size. They made promise after promise assuring us they would have everything re-ordered for the wedding. Thank goodness I went to express and purchased a new suit for my husband THE DAY BEFORE our wedding, because sure enough they called us 30 minutes before our ceremony started. I didn’t bother answering. Three men never received their correct sizing after alterations and they have been ignoring our calls and refund requests for two weeks. If it had been handled properly and if refunds were issued to the men who never received their product, I wouldn’t have resorted to a Google review. I have now heard of many others experiencing this same problem. As a wedding photographer, I would not send any of my couples to them. The experience was the most stressful part of wedding planning and I have only shared a small piece of their bad business practices.

zach mooney: So my experience with np tux was not the best. Winning the lottery is hard but getting ahold of someone at the store is even harder. The buttons of the tux’s would fall off and the sizes of most peoples tuxs were completely off. Even though we all got measured. I would not recommend going through np tux as communication seems to be an issue at the store.

I will be going back for all of my tuxedo needs.I was attending a black tie, national awards gala in NYC to accept an award and needed a tux to match the event. I narrowed it down to two options: Men's Wearhouse (where I could do everything online, which was a plus since I was trying to limit my exposure so I could attend the gala: a negative COVID test was required for entrance) and NP Tux. My wife and I decided that for such an important event I needed someone local to give that personal touch, so we went with NP Tux. I could not be more satisfied with our decision. The experience, the tux, the whole thing was exactly what I needed and what I wanted.Since I was limiting my exposure, Doug happily agreed to wear a mask while in the store with me. I really appreciated that. We talked about the event, what I was looking for, and my fashion taste (which I gave very little direction on). He instantly had a tux in mind, a classic look but with just enough boldness to stand out. It looked sharp, I felt great in it, and I received several compliments at the event. That's a testament to Doug and his ability to pair me with the right tux for the right event. Doug even made sure I got the tux with plenty of time for fitting and to get any alterations (which I needed) before I had to fly out. Returning it was just as easy and flexible and Doug even followed up with me to ask how the event went and to make sure I was happy.

Emily Guerry: Our first wedding was canceled March of 2020 we set a new date January 1st 2021 for October 23rd, 2021 and let ALL of vendors know! We sent Doug all updated measurements September 10th We did not hear from him until October 9th…..29 days later!!! 14 days before our wedding after numerous phone calls and unanswered texts! Mid wedding week we still had no suits and countless excuses. It came down to the WHOLE wedding party running around town frantically searching for matching suits! When pieces of suits finally started to trickle in on THURSDAY the sizing was completely wrong and you can see below Doug say “this was one of the orders they told me to let it come in and they will issue replacements” how on earth does this make sense TWO DAYS before the wedding???? When more pieces (and I mean pieces) of suits came in we quickly learned Doug ordered the wrong colors!! Groom was supposed to be the only Navy everyone else in light gray (as pictured) but apparently that was the suppliers fault because the color we picked was discontinued! But they have no other grey suits right? This whole experience was so unnecessary! The supplier is not at fault for Doug’s lack of planning, professionalism, and communication! Don’t risk the added stress on your big day Go elsewhere!

Melissa Wagner: My husband and I used NP Tux last year for our wedding. The wedding was in the middle of COVID on June 20th and the Groomsmen where all fitted 3 months before in March. They came to our personal house and brought pizza to the free tux fitting. The tuxes came in two weeks before the wedding and they went out of their way to make sure the tuxes fit all of the Groomsmen that where spread out across Indiana. One of our ushers was no longer able to make the wedding and they rushed a tux to fit a new person to fill the spot. They made a stressful situation seem like no problem at all. They went above and beyond and the tuxes where top notch. I highly recommend them for any special occasion you might have!

Despite a significant increase in orders around the time of our wedding, NP Tux had no problem delivering my order accurately and with plenty of time to spare. Their free groom try-on was a great service as well, and I highly recommend it if you have any doubts about fit and styling. I'll definitely be coming back the next time I need to rent a tux!

Logan Bradbury: My husband and I are very laid back and understanding people, but the experience we had with NP Tux was very disappointing. Our wedding was 2 days ago on September 25th and the groomsmen were all fitted back in May. We were told that my husband's "try on" tux would be delivered in July to ensure it fit. It didn't arrive until less than 2 weeks prior to our wedding. Not one piece of the tux fit, and they said they would just order him down a size in everything and that should be good. We had to buy my husband a suit as a back up just in case, and he ended up having to wear the purchased suit because of the poor service NP tux provided. The website says free alterations, which is not a thing! They ordered the wrong colored vests and almost every groomsmen was either missing something or something didn't fit. Some items never even arrived. They did refund some of our groomsmen for these issues, but continued to have excuses as to why there were so many errors throughout the process. The communication was poor, they were very disorganized, and the service was lacking!

The tuxes for my wedding came in on time and everything fit perfectly! They also have an awesome selection. We went with one of the specialty tux styles. They claim they told me to go up a size and its somehow my fault that it doesnt fit....they did not. Go elsewhere for your prom and wedding needs folks.

I found the most perfect dress that I was Leary about but she had me put it on anyway and I am so glad I did. 10/10 recommend, these ladies know what they are doing and they will find something for everyone.

I live in Jasper so I called to get a price range that my alterations might be. A place 5 minutes from my house quoted me $25 an hour. I was told I would have t come in for a fitting just to get an estimate on price even though I know exactly what is needed because the day I bought it the lady told me what I would need done. Driving an hour just to get a price is ridiculous. If I would’ve known yeah I would’ve gotten my dress elsewhere. Needless to say I’m keeping my business close to home.

Krissie Whitmore: Worst wedding experience.We used Magic Moments because my fiancé had just gotten a tuxedo from there for a friends wedding. My fiancé went in about a month and a half before our wedding to be fitted.First off, the tuxedos came in 15 hours before our wedding. Due to that, I had to pick them up without everyone trying on. Got home and the tuxedos were all the wrong color. We ordered Navy Blue and they were an ugly light gray color. Took them back, which they provided a full refund but left us searching for tuxedos the night before our wedding. Luckily my groom found one but we had to compromise on the others. Out of kindness, they allowed us to keep the vests, ties, and shoes. Got back home and looked over what we kept and the shoes were muddy from the previous person who wore them. Had to clean the shoes for the wedding day. Who puts muddy shoes in with the tuxedos. Overall wedding nightmare.PS ended up getting a suit from Kohl’s for half the price that we now own.

I believe one of them was the owner. We were not greeted when we came in however another pair of ladies who came in a few minutes after us was and then almost aggressively followed around the store being repeatedly asked what they were looking for and were not left alone to browse at all.I found two dresses to try on, one of them being very unique unlike anything I had seen so far at other bridal shops. Originally the other girl working started to help me get into a fitting room but then the owner came over and mostly took over. The owner spent the entire time berating the other employee saying she was new and didn't know what she was doing. She was even giving her a hard time about putting a dress back on a hanger.I felt very rushed the entire time I was in the fitting room. I had barely picked up the first dress when the owner was asking me if I was ready yet. One of the dresses I tried on was slightly too large and when the owner went to clip it on me the clip immediately fell off and she just walked away away. After trying on both dresses, I was interested in purchasing the unique one and was trying to get a better look at the inside of the dress to see what alterations might be possible. I did bridal alterations for several years and had mentioned that. The owner snatched the dress out of my hands and told me it just wouldn't be possible.I said something about being disappointed because I had been really interested in that one. I guess after realizing that I might have bought it she immediately back tracked and started going on about how oh you could do this or you could do that.However, at that point I was just unhappy with the whole experience and ready to be done, so we thanked them for their time and left.

Sarah Coudrain: Although I am giving 5 stars we did have a very rude encounter with one of the employees who has brown hair and a candle business :(I visited the store on Saturday, February 19th. I had a large group with me to watch me try on wedding dresses and the store was pretty busy already! So I do understand that the girl may have been flustered and overwhelmed. She was not only rude to me but to my sisters and other family members.I was already very overwhelmed with the whole experience, but the comments that were made to us made me feel even more uncomfortable. Some of my family were told that they were in the way and in the busiest part of the store (it was packed so honestly it was hard to get around regardless.)*her tone and approach to us was very uninviting and rude - like she was almost angry and irritated the whole time, not even one smile*She did get me a bridal suite so I was very thankful for that. I only tried on four dresses but she repeatedly came up to me and asked if I found the dress I wanted. It made me feel very pressured and overwhelmed and finally my friend had to stand up for me and tell her something and then she backed off.She was very helpful in taking the dresses out of the room for us but at one point it came down to my top two dresses and she ended up putting the other dress back on the rack. We were told “well I asked if it was a maybe dress and no one answered.” I didn’t even hear her ask and so much was going on, but she didn’t stop to ask me personally - the bride.After I picked my dress I went to check out and she marketed her candle business to me… I thanked her for all of her help.The best part was when a sweet blonde girl came to help, she had blue eyes! She was so sweet and excited for me and took a bunch of photos of me and my family! We are very grateful for her!Again, the store was busy so with a large group coming in I understand it is frustrating, but it’s left a bad mark on my day of finding my wedding dress.Regardless of that experience, everyone was helpful and I will definitely be back, y’all have unbeatable prices and so many dresses to choose from! I just think it was a busy day! I’m very happy!

Jenny Gould: I walked in there yesterday while in Evansville Black Friday shopping with my fiance. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and offered help by two super friendly girls. One helped me throughout my whole visit but even the other offered help and checked in to see how some dresses looked when she'd have a moment. Even when they had other people they were helping, they were super polite and made sure I felt that I also had their attention and support. I went in and shopped alone so I had no family or friends to turn to for opinions or advice. The fact that they were complete strangers but gave me honest advice on each dress, and were genuinely as excited about the dress I put on and loved as I was, was far more than I expected. Also more than I had gotten out of an experience at a bridal store closer to home. These girls were never pushy and were very encouraging and patient. The prices were also amazing. I appreciate their help so much and I'm so happy I ended up coming home with my dress today! I definitely recommend this store to anyone dress shopping.

I was told by 3 different people that there would be NO charges for my alterations due to the fact that I’m very pregnant with twins. She also said there wouldn’t be a charge for the alterations if I got married after they were born due to any complications that would occur. Went in today and they wanted to charge for the alterations and a rush fee. Very very disappointed and angry.
