I'm sad to see this because it's going to cause me to have to find someplace else to go

Kip Wilson: Was looking for a coun laundry and went to the first Don's Clayton's on Morgan. It wasn't clear from maps or the website which locations have a coin laundry and which are just cleaners and/or dry cleaners. The lady at Morgan said she wasn't sure but she thought this location may have a coin laundry and they did. It was a very nice, clean and well maintained laundromat.

It was very rude by few people i encountered even the two young women that were laundry attendants were barely there they would disappear every 10 minutes . . This will be last time for me to use your Laundry facility ..Im never coming back .

Niko: This place is a mess. Non working washer wasnt labeled properly and i had no idea until after my soap and clothes were already in it and it smelled horrible. The one next to it had what looked like shaved soap clippings all over the top and had ran down the front ,trash n junk all over the filthy floors, people were walking through and not one person was cleaning anything but were in the back talking for the over two hours i was there. The washers in top are all jacked up with the dispensers wide open. Towels in the floor in front of leaking washers for people to trip over, many don't work at all, the washers are too expensive and now they want a dollar just to get a dryer going and a quarter after for only three minutes. They want your money but dont have enough of the biggest washers and the place is trashed.

Shawn Isaacs: Dropped off a large comforter for dry cleaning on Saturday and was told to pick it back up on Wednesday, and when we got it back home the slightly matted stained area seemed worse than before. When we called they told us they could perform a redo on it but we’d have to bring it back in for another 4 days or so. When I declined I got a warm wet hand towel and was able to get the matting to release within 3 minutes of doing just that. Not 100% sure they ever even dry cleaned it to be honest, so for $38.50 I can say I will not be back.

Place was very well kept and he made everyone feel welcome. It was certainly a neighborhood laundromat. This was my fist time there and was treated nicely fairly and got a value for money spent. This is horrible service. Please teach the attendant customer service.

The first time it had gotten really dingy (obviously from dirt) and it came back looking better than new. The second recent time it hadn't even really gotten much dirty but I had stained it so I took it in with a comforter and both pieces (the coat and comforter) came back amazing. I must say their prices for a king size comforter are INCREDIBLY reasonable considering this thing won't fit in my oversized washer or dryer and I didn't want to take it to a laundry mat.
