After some fight they agreed to return the money. Then they kept $500 for "materials". Still have yet to see the materials that I paid for. Called a different electrical company and they were there two days later and job completed that week...for less money. Matthew got us up and running, he told and showed us what was wrong and did a great job. He didn't leave until the job was done. Would definitely recommend them. We felt safer after he left. Also we have a dog and it didn't bother him that he was barking actually they made friends with each other which was helpful for us all. Wouldn't hesitate to call on them again.

They did not update the status of service request on AHS portal, did not share any details with me, did not send me the invoice, and made a mistake in the report that they sent to AHS. The operator did hang up the phone on me and did not even give me the serial number of my appliance in my own home. Totally disappointed with their service. Totally unprofessional. I am sorry that I had to deal with them to start with. Last time for sure!!!

Matt Bates: Highly Recommended! Keith from Reitz Electric came to my house today and quickly fixed my issue. We couldn’t use our outlets in our bathrooms as the breaker wouldn’t set, he quickly found our exterior lamp post was the culprit as it was wired to the same circuit (defective underground wire). Disconnected at the receptacle and gave us a few options for repair.
