Andycofin: Everyone was very polite, friendly, and prompt, seeing I accidentally showed up two hours early and they got me with thirty minutes. The doctor was professional, polite, and his explanation of our plan going forward was clear. He answered all my questions. The woman at financial planning was very thorough and also friendly and polite. I’m already scheduled for my first procedure next week!

Josh Trotter: My 15 year old son needed an immediate filling replacement. They scheduled it for 5:30 p.m. We told them we ONLY wanted the appointment if they could fix the tooth that night, otherwise we could go elsewhere. (They had x-rays from another issues he had 2 months ago. They knew the exact circumstances. We were clear on the phone.) Once we arrived, they took an hour past appointment time to get to us. The doctor confirmed he could fix the filling, however he was running behind so he was unwilling to do it that night. So basically they scheduled an appoint for late in the day, didn't give enough time, let my son sit around for an hour, and we left with my child still not having this fixed. All of this could've been avoided. They don't value the time or the needs of patients.

I told her they don't hurt she goes "well gum disease doesn't have symptoms it's like cancer" So she said the doctor will come talk to u about scheduling & pricing. Waited another 15 mins I asked u know how much longer he will tske cause I have been here for almost 3 hrs. She goes he doing surgery the surgery toke bit longer. I told her can I just call back cause I legit schedule and appointment to avoid waiting I have legit been here for 3 years .I'm going somewhere else cause you all don't care about new patience

Phyllis Anderson: Dr Stone is a wonderful dentist and very friendly, but some of the newer hygienists are unfriendly and condescending. I have been a patient here for years, I own my own home in a very nice subdivision, and always pay my bills. Iam 75, am disabled, and do not drive so my husband drops me off and picks me up. Today I had an unexpected co pay, and I never bring my wallet to the dentist unless I know I am going to need it. The co-pay was $59. At first the hygienist said I couldn't get the procedure if I didn't pay today. I said that I had called and paid over the phone many times in the past. She went out and talked to the insurance person, Wyatt, who then threatened to call all of the credit bureaus if I didn't pay by Friday !!! I have never felt so insulted in all of my 75 years. As soon as I got home I called, and paid them their $59 !
Kaitlyn Johnson: Truly unsure how this office has such good reviews. I had a great experience with both hygienists and the dentist I saw. The big freakin problem is with their billing personnel. I've had a total of 2 appointments with them in December of 2021 - a routine cleaning and to address a problem found at the cleaning. I've been dealing with incorrect bills SINCE, even after I called about a bill and they told me it was an error and to ignore it. Fast forward to a few months ago, I received a voicemail from them and I called back. They said their computer system said I had no insurance coverage, which I absolutely did. In their computer system it said I didn't, but a simple phone call to the insurance company for verification would have fixed this entire thing. They stated they tried to contact me about it multiple times - lie. I called back to try to get it resolved immediately. My husband has been trying to get it resolved, sometimes able to talk with someone, saying they'll take care of it, but mostly dealing with people in the office who refuse to call back. Then, surprise, I get a letter stating they freakin sent me to collections! While actively trying to work this out? Hubs ended up making a trip up there to talk to someone in person. Shocker, a simple phone call to the insurance company resolved the whole thing. Patient facing staff is great, back office, not so much.

Beth Cales: Beautiful office and very helpful people! I have never had an experience this great at a dentist before. I never felt rushed and every person I came in contact with was extremely nice. From Haley who checked me in and went over my cost for treatment, to Ashley who did an amazing job on my cleaning, and Dr. Sun who explained all my treatment. They show you this really cool 3D scan of your teeth so you can easily see areas that need work. They even let me snap a picture of it with my phone. My family and I will be calling this place home.
Amye Smith: I had been seeing Dr Stone for a few years and she is phenomenal. However, when they moved locations I was moved to Dr Shindler (sp), without being asked. The first time seeing the guy dentist was to receive my partial. The second time was to see how the partial fit. I told him it was bothering me. He said I had to let the swelling go down to get a proper fit. I hadn't had teeth there on 12 years, so there shouldn't be any swelling. I tried wearing more only for me to develop a blister on my gum. I go back out there to see if they can file the partial down. The guy dentist pulls the receptionist to the side to tell me they cant help at the moment and to continue wearing. The male dentist is rude and rather uncaring and unprofessional. Also, I had my son in Invisalign. Somebody in the office caught covid and they refused to allow my son to pick up his next set. Instead, they made him wait two months and told him to continue wearing his old set. Unacceptable.
Kaylee Ivy: Got a singular tooth filled. It took two hours and I had to be numbed 3 times. They had to redo it because it was not done correctly the first time. When they started redoing it I could feel the drill and they had to numb again. The filling is rough and I also now have a gap between the two teeth that was not there before but I was so scared of them putting the drill to my tooth again I decided to say it was fine and leave. I cried during half of this. Didn’t have problems with my fillings in the past with them so I don’t know what happened.

Water God: Got charged for something that I never agreed upon. Poor communication in the way they explained the treatment plan, and then basically told me it was to late they had already done cleaning and needed their money. Spoke to the hygienist and she was rude, basically asked if I had any questions about future appointments. I said no and she hung up on me. Lost a customer today
Ma’at Ferrell: Update: The new dentist Dr Sun is great. He’s gentle and very informative! Great dentist office if you’re looking.That new guy Charles Schindler who is another doctor there is very rude, unwelcoming, unfriendly and seems Racist! He’s not good with children, was very rude to my 4yr old son. From the moment he sat down and started talking his energy was so off putting and rude. I told him of the pain I was having and he wasn’t concerned or helpful at all and just walked away. He had an attitude for absolutely no reason and that’s not how patients should be treated. He made me feel really sad and I cried when I left the appointment. He needs to go!! Other than that this place is Good. Everyone else is friendly and welcoming.

So we were not stuck in a snow bank on interstate 69? Yes but no way will I help you when all u had to do was make a SIMPLE PHONE CALL!!! It comes down to greed because u overbooked. Plus my cuz mouth has been messed up for months. Pull teeth while infected. He needed antibiotics first, I as a bookkeeper knows this fact!!

Susan Westbrook: My gums are very sore from all the scratches the girl made in my mouth moving the thing around to take X-rays. I have never been hurt so many times in one visit and never by xrays - they called the cleaning deep cleaning but it seemed like any cleaning I have always had wherever I go - but at your place it cost more because it was called a deep cleaning and they say I have to come back in 3-4 months which means more expense - I am just not so sure about it - also the hygienist assumed I wanted an electric toothbrush and I had to tell her I didn’t want whatever she put in the sack - it was 135.00 - when the lady told me my visit was 550.00. I was shocked. My dental discount program doesn’t help me much - I do feel like I got alot of X-rays and clean teeth all in one day!
